Claims (13)
- Walzenmantel (1) für eine rotierbare Presswalze zumindest teilweise aus einem Kunststoff bestehend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Kunststoff zumindest ein Drucksensor (2) befindet.
- Walzenmantel (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Kunststoff mehrere, vorzugsweise zumindest axial über den Walzenmantel (1) verteilt angeordnete Drucksensoren (2) befinden.
- Walzenmantel (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Drucksensor (2) ein Messwert-Sender (5) zugeordnet ist, welcher vorzugsweise im oder am Walzenmantel (1) angeordnet ist.
- Walzenmantel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Walzenmantel (1) zumindest überwiegend, vorzugsweise gänzlich aus Kunststoff besteht. - Walzenmantel (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zumindest ein äußere Schicht, vorzugsweise die Außenschicht des Walzenmantel (1) aus Kunststoff besteht. - Walzenmantel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Kunststoff Verstärkungselemente (8), vorzugsweise in Form von Verstärkungsfäden besitzt. - Walzenmantel (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucksensor (2) mit zumindest einem Verstärkungselement (8) mechanisch verbunden ist.
- Walzenmantel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zwischen der Achse der Presswalze und dem Walzenmantel (1) eine Stützeinrichtung (7) angeordnet ist. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Walzenmantels (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Drucksensor (2) in den Walzenmantel (1) oder die Schicht aus Kunststoff eingegossen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit dem Drucksensor (2) auch der Messwert-Sender (5) eingegossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
mit dem Drucksensor (2) auch eine elektrische Verbindung (4) zum Messwert-Sender (5) eingegossen wird. - Anwendung des Walzenmantels (1) in Presswalzen zum Messen des Druckverlaufs in einem Pressspalt einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredlung einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Presswalze nur über eine begrenzte Mess-Zeit als Messwalze in der Maschine eingesetzt wird. - Anwendung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein die Signale des Messwert-Senders (5) empfangender Messwert-Empfänger außerhalb des Walzenmantels (1) oder sogar der Presswalze angeordnet ist.
