Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a winch unit for a snow groomer with a Winch arm as well as with one at a front end area of the Low winch, movably mounted rope entry device for a winch rope.
Such a winch unit is from the applicant's own prospectus "Pistenbully 300W" known. The winch unit has a rope drum for storing and winding up the winch rope by a hydraulic reel drive is operated. The winch rope runs on you Winch arm along to its end area, on which a cable entry device is provided. The rope entry device is pivoted so that it can be adjusted depending on the extension angle of the Winch rope in its extended tension state the way of Adapts by changing the swivel angle of the rope entry device changed. A headlight is arranged above the cable entry device, which is directed to the rope inlet device and the winch rope is. The headlight is rigidly arranged. The luminosity of the Headlights are at most sufficient to remove a small portion of the extended Illuminate rope length.
A winch unit is used to prepare snow slopes in difficult terrain with a snow groomer. The Winch unit is particularly advantageous in extremely steep terrain. To enable the preparation of a corresponding slope, stops the driver of the snow groomer initially drives his snow groomer below of the difficult terrain and pulls the front end of the winch rope hand up the mountain by walking up increases. He places it in the upper end area of the slope to be groomed Rope preferably around a rock or a similar stable anchor point around and attached it there. Then the slope preparation begin, with the winch unit complementing the snow groomer pulls up to the chain drive. Since the winch rope in extended condition a stretched length of up to 1000 meters can pose danger to animals, especially in the dark and human being because it is not recognizable in the dark.
The object of the invention is a winch unit of the aforementioned Way to create the risk of injury when pulled out reduced or avoided in the dark.
This object is achieved in that the winch cable is light-emitting and / or light-reflecting signal means are assigned, which in extended tension of the winch rope in the dark over the the entire length of the rope shows the course of the winch rope. This Signaling means can be arranged stationary on the winch unit or also be carried with the winch rope. If only light reflecting Signal means are provided, is in absolute darkness effective protection given. Regarding this embodiment, the Solution according to the invention assume that these are light reflecting Signal means, however, at least in the moonlight or due to carried along Flashlights from skiers, touring skiers or hikers ensure adequate protection.
In one embodiment of the invention, a is used as the light-emitting signaling means Illuminant arranged in the area of the winch arm, its luminosity is dimensioned so that the entire rope length of the winch rope in extended tension state is illuminated. This is particularly suitable a high-performance headlight or a laser.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the illuminant is relative to the winch arm is movably mounted and the lamp is one Adjustment device associated with a sensor means for detecting a Extension angle of the one in the extended clamping state Winch rope and an adjusting means for adjusting the beam direction of the Has illuminant on the pull-out angle of the winch rope. The Adjustment device thus fits the direction of the light beam Illuminant to the tension direction of the winch rope. It is possible, either the entire lamp depending on the extension angle readjust the winch rope, or even within the lamp to design an optical system accordingly movable, which the Light beam depending on the orientation of the winch rope deflects.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the adjusting device couples a movably mounted support element for the lamp with the movably mounted rope inlet device. This is a particularly simple one and yet functionally reliable design. Because here can also by mechanical means, in particular by means of a mechanical one Sensor, the lamp according to the tracking of the Rope entry device to be carried. This configuration is based on the knowledge that the movably mounted cable entry device depends on the situation that occurs in the extended tension state Adjust the pull angle of the winch rope accordingly.
In a further embodiment of the invention, a light source is used as the illuminant provided with little light scatter. This can in particular a laser emitter can be provided. The low light scatter is alternative also achievable by an optical lens or prism system that is assigned to the light source. You can use suitable scan software also different light motifs (two-dimensional, three-dimensional) projected in front of the vehicle or on the slopes or in airspace become.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the winch rope is light-reflecting Provide signaling means. The entire winch rope can be used for this with a light reflecting coating or equivalent Sheathing be provided. Alternatively, it is possible to use the entire Rope length of the winch rope at regular intervals a variety light reflecting elements, in particular flexible reflector flags or similar, to be provided, which are firmly connected to the winch rope.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the winch rope is provided with light-storing and light-emitting elements. It is in particular possible to replace a rope strand of the winch rope with a luminescent, in particular fluorescent or phosphorescent, strand or with an optical fiber strand. Alternatively, it is possible to provide the winch rope with a sheathing made of such materials or merely to connect a plurality of elements made of such materials to the winch rope in sections at regular intervals.
In a further embodiment of the invention, a parallel strand of light-emitting or light-reflecting signaling means is assigned to the winch rope, which is held on a storage drum and can be carried with the winch rope when the winch rope is pulled out. In particular, a chain of lights, a light-emitting diode chain, an optical fiber cable or the like can be provided here, which the driver of the snow groomer carries together with the winch rope on foot up the terrain. In order to ensure that the parallel extended strand of light-emitting or light-reflecting signaling means can also detect the course of the winch rope over the entire length, it is possible to fasten this parallel strand by hand to the winch rope at several points. Because it is possible that due to the considerably reduced tension for this strand compared to the winch rope, a significantly greater sag occurs than with the winch rope.
