- une série d'arceaux de support de la bâche, disposés parallèlement, transversalement à l'axe longitudinal du wagon, auxquels la bâche est reliée ;
- deux rails longitudinaux, situés au droit des extrémités inférieures des arceaux, et
- des coulisseaux ou chariots engagés sur ces rails et déplaçables le long de ceux-ci, auxquels sont reliées les extrémités inférieures des arceaux.
- une série d'arceaux de support de la bâche, disposés parallèlement, auxquels la bâche est reliée ;
- deux rails longitudinaux, situés au droit des extrémités inférieures des arceaux ;
- des coulisseaux ou chariots engagés sur ces rails et déplaçables le long de ceux-ci, auxquels sont reliées les extrémités inférieures des arceaux, et
- des arceaux intermédiaires situés entre les arceaux de support de bâche et montés pivotants sur ces arceaux de support de bâche ou sur les coulisseaux supportant ces arceaux de support de bâche, deux arceaux intermédiaires étant situés entre chaque paire d'arceaux de support consécutifs, l'un de ces arceaux intermédiaires étant monté pivotant sur l'un des arceaux de support de cette paire d'arceaux de support ou sur les coulisseaux comportant cet arceau de support tandis que l'autre arceau intermédiaire est monté pivotant sur l'autre arceau de support de cette paire d'arceaux de support ou sur les coulisseaux comportant cet arceau de support, et ces deux arceaux intermédiaires étant pivotants entre une position de repliage, dans laquelle chaque arceau intermédiaire est placé à proximité de l'arceau de support adjacent, et une position de dépliage, dans laquelle chaque arceau intermédiaire est incliné en direction de l'autre arceau intermédiaire.

- deux portions d'extrémité présentant des formes courbes inversées par rapport à la courbure de ladite partie principale médiane,
- longueur en configuration d'extension : environ 400 mm ;

- chaque arceau intermédiaire présente une forme qui correspond sensiblement à celle des arceaux de support ;
- les extrémités inférieures des arceaux intermédiaires sont montées pivotantes sur lesdits coulisseaux ;
- l'inclinaison des arceaux intermédiaires en position de dépliage est telle que ces arceaux intermédiaires permettent de diviser la portion de bâche s'étendant entre deux arceaux de support consécutifs en trois parties de bâche de largeurs sensiblement égales au niveau de la partie supérieure des arceaux de support et des arceaux intermédiaires.
- une série d'arceaux 3 de support de la bâche, disposés transversalement à l'axe longitudinal du wagon 1, auxquels cette bâche est reliée ;
- deux rails longitudinaux 4, situés au droit des extrémités inférieures des arceaux 3 ;
- des coulisseaux ou chariots 5 engagés sur ces rails 4 et déplaçables le long de ceux-ci, auxquels sont reliées les extrémités inférieures des arceaux 3 ;
- des arceaux intermédiaires 6 groupés par paires, auxquels la bâche est également reliée, et
- des bandes souples 7 reliant les arceaux intermédiaires 6 d'une même paire l'un à l'autre.
Claims (9)
- Système de bâchage/débâchage notamment pour véhicule de fret tel qu'un wagon (1) de chemin de fer, comprenantsystème (2) caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des bandes souples (7) reliant les arceaux intermédiaires (6) d'une même paire d'arceaux de support (3) consécutifs, fixées au niveau des zones des arceaux intermédiaires (6) s'étendant entre les montants latéraux sensiblement rectilignes de ces arceaux et les parties supérieures plus ou moins arquées de ces arceaux ;une série d'arceaux (3) de support de la bâche, disposés parallèlement, auxquels la bâche est reliée ;deux rails longitudinaux (4), situés au droit des extrémités inférieures des arceaux (3) ;des coulisseaux ou chariots (5) engagés sur ces rails (4) et déplaçables le long de ceux-ci, auxquels sont reliées les extrémités inférieures des arceaux (3), etdes arceaux intermédiaires (6) situés entre les arceaux (3) de support de bâche et montés pivotants sur ces arceaux (3) de support de bâche ou sur les coulisseaux (5) supportant ces arceaux (3) de support de bâche, deux arceaux intermédiaires (6) étant situés entre chaque paire d'arceaux de support (3) consécutifs, l'un de ces arceaux intermédiaires (6) étant monté pivotant sur l'un des arceaux de support (3) de cette paire d'arceaux de support (3) ou sur les coulisseaux (5) comportant cet arceau de support (3) tandis que l'autre arceau intermédiaire (6) est monté pivotant sur l'autre arceau de support (3) de cette paire d'arceaux de support (3) ou sur les coulisseaux (5) comportant cet arceau de support (3), et ces deux arceaux intermédiaires (6) étant pivotants entre une position de repliage, dans laquelle chaque arceau intermédiaire (6) est placé à proximité de l'arceau de support (3) adjacent, et une position de dépliage, dans laquelle chaque arceau intermédiaire (6) est incliné en direction de l'autre arceau intermédiaire (6) ;
chaque bande souple (7) présente une courbure longitudinale et est disposée de telle sorte que sa face convexe soit tournée vers le côté extérieur des arceaux intermédiaires (6) qui la comportent, cette bande souple (7) pouvant adopter une configuration de contraction longitudinale lorsque les arceaux intermédiaires (6) sont en position de repliage, dans laquelle elle fait largement saillie au-delà des arceaux (6), sur le côté extérieur de ceux-ci, et une configuration d'extension longitudinale lorsque les arceaux intermédiaires (6) sont en position de dépliage, dans laquelle la bande souple (7) s'étend entre les deux arceaux intermédiaires (6). - Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque bande souple (7) est, en un matériau métallique élastiquement déformable.
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque bande souple (7) comporte au moins un élément (8) assurant un contact non blessant de cette bande avec la bâche.
- Système selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque bande souple (7) comporte un gainage (8) total ou partiel en matériau plastique souple.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque bande souple (7) présente :la bande (7) étant conformée et dimensionnée de telle sorte que la face convexe de ladite partie principale médiane (7a) soit, dans la position de bâchage, située en retrait du plan passant par les axes des portions d'arceaux (6) auxquelles la bande (7) est fixée, donc nettement en retrait de la bâche.une partie principale médiane (7a) ayant la courbure précitée,deux portions d'extrémité (7b) présentant des formes courbes inversées par rapport à la courbure de ladite partie principale médiane (7a),
- Système selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque bande souple (7) présente les dimensions suivantes :longueur en configuration d'extension : environ 400 mm ;rayon générant la partie principale médiane (7a) : environ 528 mm ;rayon générant chaque portion d'extrémité (7b) : environ 70 mm ;point d'inflexion entre chaque portion d'extrémité (7b) et la partie principale médiane (7a) situé à environ 60 mm, en distance rectiligne, de l'extrémité correspondante de la bande (7).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque arceau intermédiaire (6) présente une forme qui correspond sensiblement à celle des arceaux de support (3).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités inférieures des arceaux intermédiaires (6) sont montées pivotantes sur lesdits coulisseaux (5).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'inclinaison des arceaux intermédiaires (6) en position de dépliage est telle bâche de largeurs sensiblement égales au niveau de la partie supérieure des arceaux de support (3) et des arceaux intermédiaires (6).
