Claims (10)

  1. Appareil destiné à former des coupelles (41) de soutiens-gorges (42) ou de maillots de bain, ledit appareil ayant une partie supérieure, une partie inférieure, un côté avant, un côté arrière et des parois latérales, ledit appareil comprenant une plaque de support (7) supportant une pluralité d'éléments d'emporte-pièce chauffés (5, 6), chaque élément d'emporte-pièce étant couplé à et recouvert par une coiffe (30, 31) respective interchangeable, qui peut avoir différents diamètres pour fournir des coupelles (41) de taille différente, chaque dite coiffe pouvant s'engager dans un orifice respectif (19) d'une plaque métallique chauffée de fond interchangeable (18) supportant un tissu (40), lesdits éléments d'emporte-pièce (5, 6) et coiffes (30, 31) étant appuyés contre ledit tissu (40) par une plaque mobile (15) portant ladite plaque de support (7) et étant entraînés par un piston principal (1), caractérisé en ce que ledit tissu étant en outre pressé contre ladite plaque métallique chauffée de fond (18) par des éléments de pressage du tissu (17) supportés par un châssis (13) mobile verticalement et entraînés par deux pistons pneumatiques (2, 3) étalonnés supportés par ladite plaque mobile (15), en ce que ledit appareil comprend en outre un dispositif de réglage permettant de régler la longueur de la course verticale dudit piston principal (1), et en ce que ladite plaque de support (7) comprend une pluralité de fentes (8, 9) allongées ayant leurs axes principaux agencés transversalement par rapport au dit côté avant dudit appareil et dans lequel un élément d'emporte-pièce (5, 6) respectif est monté pour coulisser dans chaque fente (8, 9) afin de régler la distance entre lesdits éléments d'emporte-pièce, chaque élément d'emporte-pièce (5, 6) est raccordé à une plaque dentée (36) ayant une pluralité de dents (37), chaque paire de dents définissant un interstice dans lequel peut s'engager une portion d'extrémité (11) d'une broche de réglage (20) afin de régler finement la position de chaque élément d'emporte-pièce (5, 6) et chaque élément d'emporte-pièce est muni d'un levier de serrage (12) destiné à serrer chaque élément d'emporte-pièce dans ladite position réglée finement.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments d'emporte-pièce (5, 6) sont composés d'un alliage métallique.
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites coiffes (30, 31) sont chauffées par lesdits éléments d'emporte-pièce (5, 6) par conduction thermique, lesdits éléments d'emporte-pièce (5, 6) étant à leur tour chauffés par des résistances électriques intégrées.
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément d'emporte-pièce (5, 6) comprend au moins une sonde thermique (14) poussée par un ressort pour entrer en contact avec les surfaces internes desdites coiffes (30, 31).
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque métallique chauffée de fond (18) constitue une paroi supérieure d'une chambre inférieure (22) qui est alimentée avec de l'air chauffé à température variable.
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit tissu (40) est supporté par une plaque de silicone perforée isolante (32), et une couche isolée thermiquement (21) étant agencée entre ladite plaque de silicone perforée et isolante (32) et ladite plaque métallique chauffée de fond (18).
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque de silicone perforée et isolante (32) et ladite couche isolée thermiquement (21) peuvent être inversées en les retournant, sous la forme d'une combinaison, sur 180° dans l'espace afin de fournir soit une surface à frottement soit une surface glissante pour supporter ledit tissu.
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit appareil comprend en outre un ventilateur centrifuge (23) destiné à faire circuler l'air chauffé à travers ladite chambre inférieure (22), ledit ventilateur centrifuge (23) aspirant l'air contenu dans ladite chambre (22) et convoyant ledit air aspiré vers une autre chambre (24).
  9. Appareil selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit appareil comprend en outre une pluralité de conduites (26) destinées à convoyer ledit air chauffé, lesdites conduites étant en contact avec les éléments chauffants.
  10. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de réglage est un dispositif de réglage électromécanique commandé par une unité de commande électronique.
