Watch according to claim 2, characterised in that said snap fitting assembling means include an axial annular edge (64) of the back cover (22) having a truncated lateral wall (72) whose diameter increases from said back cover and an elastically deformable annular extension (76) of said inner tubular part (38) directed obliquely towards the interior of the case, which co-operates with said truncated lateral wall (72) to surround and grip said axial annular edge (64) when said back cover (22) and said bezel (20) are assembled.
  4. Watch according to claim 1, characterised in that said inner tubular part (38') is made in a single piece with said back cover (22').

Watch according to claim 1, characterised in that said middle part (24) is mounted so as to float between the bezel (20; 20') and the back cover (22; 22') of the case (14) by being clamped between two annular sealing gaskets (84, 92) housed in grooves (82, 90) respectively at said bezel and said back cover.
  9. Watch according to claim 1, characterised in that said bezel (20; 20'), said back cover (22; 22') and said inner tubular wall (38; 38') are made of metal and in that said middle part (24) is made of plastic material.
