Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauelements, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:Auskleiden einer Form (1) mit einer Trennfolie (4),Aufbringen einer Bindemittel enthaltenden Masse (5) auf die Trennfolie (4),Trocknen der Masse (5) undAusschalen der Masse (5) aus der Form (1).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Trocknen ein zu beschichtender Gegenstand (6) zumindest teilweise in die Masse (5) eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennfolie (4) mit Hilfe von Unterdruck an die Kontur der Form (1) angepasst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennfolie (4) für das Auskleiden der Form (1) erwärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit Masse (5) gefüllte Form (1) zur homogenen Verteilung der Masse gerüttelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Masse (5) mit einem mineralischen Bindemittel verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mineralischer Gegenstand (1) beschichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Ausschalen die Trennfolie (4) an der Masse (5) haften bleibt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennfolie (4) aus einem Kunststoff oder Schaumstoff besteht, der in der Form (1) derart aushärtet, dass eine feste Innenform entsteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Trennfolie (4) Platten aus Kunststoff oder Schaumstoff eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Beschleunigung des Trocknungsprozesses Heizelemente eingesetzt werden, welche die Masse (5) nach dem Aufbringen auf die Trennfolie (4) erwärmen.
- Bauelement, hergestellt nach einem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Bauelements mit einer Form zur Aufnahme der zur Herstellung verwendeten, bindemittelhaltigen Masse (5), wobei die Form (1) Poren (2) aufweist, an die eine Unterdruckerzeugungseinrichtung angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch eine Wärmevorrichtung zum Erwärmen einer in die Form (1) einzulegenden Trennfolie (4).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, gekennzeichnet durch eine Rüttelvorrichtung zum Rütteln der Form (1).
