Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant le fonctionnement d'un système de communication comprenant au moins un dispositif de communication et au moins un dispositif d'émission de communication. Selon ledit procédé, un message spécifique du système (SYS-MSG), pouvant être visualisé à partir d'un dispositif d'interface utilisateur (UI) du dispositif d'émission de communication (TE1, TE2, TE3, MS), allant du dispositif de communication (PBX) au dispositif d'émission de communication (TE1, TE2, TE3, MS), est converti en un protocole permettant la transmission hertzienne d'informations textuelles et/ou graphiques, et est visualisé à partir du dispositif d'interface utilisateur (UI). Au cours d'une saisie de sélection (SI), de la part d'un utilisateur, réalisée sur la base d'un message spécifique du système (SYS-MSG) visualisé à partir du dispositif d'interface utilisateur (UI), des informations d'adressage (AI) associées à la saisie de sélection (SI) sont transmises au dispositif de communication (PBX) et converties en un message spécifique du système (SYS-MSG) afin de permettre l'activation ou la désactivation d'une caractéristique de service ou d'un service.
