Claims (17)
- Pompe à combustible haute pression pour une installation d'injection d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un boîtier de pompe (1), avec au moins un élément de pompe (15) et un arbre à came (3) pour l'entraînement de l'élément de pompe (15), caractérisée en ce que le boîtier de pompe (1), l'arbre à came (3) et une palette (37) coopérant avec l'arbre à came (3) forment une pompe à palettes et en ce que la pompe à palettes refoule du carburant jusqu'à l'au moins un élément de pompe (15).
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un espace interne (31) est pratiqué dans le boîtier de pompe (1), en ce que l'arbre à came (3) tourne dans l'espace interne (31), et en ce que la palette (37) et l'arbre à came (3) divisent l'espace interne (31) en un espace d'aspiration (41) et un espace de pression (43).
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'entre l'espace de pression (43) et l'élément de pompe (15) existe une connexion hydraulique (45).
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que du côté de la palette (37) tourné vers l'espace de pression (43), est prévue une rainure (47) et en ce que la rainure (47) fait partie de la première connexion hydraulique (45).
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'espace de pression (43) est en face de l'élément de pompe (15).
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un poussoir à galet (13) est disposé entre l'élément de pompe (15) et l'arbre à came (3).
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le poussoir à galet (13) est guidé dans le boîtier de pompe (1) et en ce qu'entre le côté du poussoir à galet (13) opposé à l'espace interne (31) et l'espace d'aspiration (41) est prévue une deuxième connexion hydraulique (53).
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que le poussoir à galet (13) est guidé dans le boîtier de pompe (1), et en ce que le côté du poussoir à galet (13) opposé à l'espace interne (31) est sollicité avec une partie du carburant refoulé par la pompe à palettes.
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que dans la deuxième connexion hydraulique (53) est prévu un étranglement (65).
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce qu'une soupape de régulation de pression (63) est prévue pour réguler la pression du côté du poussoir à galet (13) opposé à l'espace interne (31).
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la quantité refoulée de l'au moins un élément de pompe (15) est régulée par une régulation d'étranglement d'aspiration.
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la quantité refoulée de l'élément de pompe (15) est obtenue par dérivation de la quantité refoulée en excès pendant la course de refoulement de l'au moins un élément de pompe (15).
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'arbre à came (3) présente plusieurs cames (33) réparties sur la circonférence.
- Pompe à combustible haute pression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'arbre à came (3) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec un arbre du moteur à combustion interne, en particulier un arbre d'équilibrage ou un arbre à came.
- Pompe à piston selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pompe à combustible haute pression est raccordée par bridage au moteur à combustion interne.
- Pompe à piston selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pompe à combustible haute pression refoule dans un accumulateur de combustible haute pression.
- Pompe à piston selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un retour de combustible pour l'évacuation de combustible en excès.
