Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roof insulation board with an upper side for the support of roof tiles or roof tiles and a roof slat side underside.
  • roof insulation panels are usually made of a foamed plastic, preferably made of foamed polystyrene.
  • the roof insulation panels are placed on the roof battens of a roof structure and fastened to the roof battens.
  • the joined roof insulation panels thus form an intermediate layer between battens and roof tiles.
  • Such roof insulation panels are used in particular for thermal insulation.
  • the roof insulation panels usually have profiles that facilitate the support and positioning of roof tiles (see. DE 3304806 A or FR-A-2246703 ).
  • the known from practice roof insulation panels of the type mentioned are usually attached to the roof battens with special fasteners.
  • the fasteners are, for example, nails with which the roof insulation panels are nailed to the roof battens.
  • This way of laying the roof insulation panels is very complex and indeed both very labor-intensive and therefore expensive and material-consuming, since usually a variety of fasteners for the fixation of the roof insulation panels is required.
  • the roof insulation panels penetrating fasteners, especially nails also form undesirable thermal bridges.
  • in the known from practice roof insulation often insufficient exact positioning is possible. That can result in that as well a functionally reliable support of the roof tiles on the roof insulation panels is problematic.
  • the invention has the technical problem of providing a roof insulation panel of the type described above, which can be positioned in a simple manner and fixed to the battens and with the disadvantages described above are effectively avoided.
  • the invention teaches a roof insulation board with an upper side for the support of roof tiles and a roof slat-side underside, wherein the underside has at least one mounting recess, with which mounting recess the plate can be suspended on a roof batten, wherein the roof batten engages in the mounting recess and wherein the mounting recess has an acute-angled undercut, in which undercut engages the roof batten in the installed state of the plate with an acute-angled portion.
  • the mounting recess thus has a like wedge-shaped undercut, in which a correspondingly trained section of a batten can engage. It is therefore within the scope of the invention that the roof insulation panel according to the invention is provided for placement or for hanging on specially shaped roof battens. Due to the hanging of the roof insulation panel with its mounting recess on a roof batten are more fasteners to fix the roof insulation board to the batten not required. By enclosing the roof batten in the mounting recess, the roof insulation panel is kept functional on the roof batten.
  • the mounting recess extends over the entire width of the plate. Conveniently, the mounting recess thus has no interruptions along its extent. With regard to the length of the roof insulation panel from the ridge side to the eaves side of the panel, the mounting recess is preferably provided centrally in the underside of the panel. Conveniently, the mounting recess in the middle third, preferably in the middle fifth of the plate (in relation to the length of the plate) is provided.
  • the batten preferably projects slightly from the underside of the plate.
  • the thickness d of the roof batten by a few millimeters, for example 0.5 to 3 millimeters, preferably 1 to 2 millimeters larger than the depth t of the mounting recess. In this way inaccuracies of roof batten and roof truss or rafters can be effectively compensated.
  • a mounting recess in cross-section rectangular, with the acute-angled undercut on a rectangle side formed.
  • the otherwise rectangular in cross-section formed mounting recess thus has on a rectangle side of the acute-angled undercut.
  • the acute-angled undercut of the mounting recess is arranged on the ridge side.
  • First-sided arrangement means that the acute-angled undercut or the tip of the acute-angled undercut is oriented towards the ridge side of the plate.
  • First side of the plate refers to the laid state of the plate, in which the page in question is oriented towards the ridge out.
  • the acute-angled undercut of the mounting recess pushes under the action of gravity or under the load of the plate or the tiles resting thereon, as it were on the associated acute-angled section of the roof batten.
  • the mounting recess of the plate is provided for a positive reception of the acute-angled portion of the roof batten.
  • the acute-angled section of the batten bar thus expediently engages positively in the acute-angled undercut of the mounting recess.
  • the acute angle ⁇ of the undercut is 25 ° to 40 °, preferably 25 ° to 35 °.
  • the acute angle ⁇ of the undercut is 27 ° to 33 °, for example 30 °.
  • a second mounting recess is provided on an end face of the plate and this second mounting recess is formed open to this end face. At the end, this second mounting recess thus has no limiting wall.
  • the end face provided mounting recess as it forms a step on this front page. It is within the scope of the invention that, when properly applying or attaching a further roof insulation panel to the face provided with the mounting recess, this mounting recess is as it were completed.
  • a corresponding section of the further plate preferably closes the hitherto open side of the mounting recess.
  • the second mounting recess is provided as the first mounting recess for mounting or for hanging on a roof batten.
  • the second recess has expediently the same shape and size or at least substantially the same shape and size as the first mounting recess. It is within the scope of the invention that the second mounting recess, at least in the completed state (that is, in the installed state of the roof insulation panels) has an acute-angled undercut, which preferably corresponds to the acute-angled undercut of the first mounting recess. According to a very preferred embodiment of the invention, the second mounting recess is arranged on the ridge side of the plate. Then this second mounting recess is open to the ridge side of the roof insulation panel. In the installed state, the second mounting recess is ver-completed by means of the first side adjacent further Dachdämmplatte. It is still in the Frame of the invention that the acute-angled undercut of the second mounting recess is provided on the ridge side. The advantages associated with this orientation have already been explained above.
  • the invention is based on the finding that the roof insulation panel can be easily fixed on a roof lath or roof battens due to its design according to the invention.
  • the roof insulation panels according to the invention can be easily placed with their MontageausEnglishept on the roof battens and positioned and oriented in this way easily and accurately.
  • the roof insulation panels are characterized by a firm grip on the battens and additional fasteners such as nails or the like are not required for fixing the plates. Therefore, also eliminates the disadvantageous thermal bridges described above. It should also be emphasized that the roof insulation panels according to the invention can be produced in a simple and cost-effective manner.
  • the figures show a roof insulation panel with a top 1 for the support of roof tiles or roof tiles, not shown, and a roof slat side bottom 2.
  • the bottom 2 has in the embodiment a first mounting recess 3, with which the plate on a roof batten 4 (Fig. 3) can be suspended or fixed.
  • the roof batten 4 engages in the first mounting recess 3 a.
  • the first mounting recess 3 has an acute-angled undercut 5, in which undercut 5, the roof batten 4 in the installed state of the plate with an acute-angled portion 6 engages (Fig. 3).
  • the first mounting recess 3 extends over the entire width of the plate. From FIGS. 1, 3 and 4 shows that preferably and in the embodiment, the thickness d of the batten by a few millimeters, for example, 1 to 2 millimeters is greater than the depth t of the mounting recess. This has been indicated in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, in particular in FIG. 3.
  • the mounting recess 3 is rectangular in cross-section, with the acute-angled undercut 5 on a rectangular side, formed ( Figures 1, 3 and 4). After a very preferred embodiment and in the embodiment of the acute-angled undercut 5 of the mounting recess 3 is arranged ridge side.
  • the acute-angled undercut 5 is oriented towards the ridge in the laid state of the plate. From Figs. 1, 3 and 4 is removable, that the mounting recess 3 is provided for a positive reception of the acute-angled portion 6 of the roof batten 4.
  • the acute-angled section 6 thus engages positively in the acute-angled undercut 5 of the mounting recess 3.
  • the roof batten 4 is narrower than the mounting recess 3, so that in the laid or mounted state of the plate a roof slat-free clearance 7 remains in the mounting recess 3.
  • the roof insulation panel made of foamed polystyrene, so components of the roof insulation panel are usually elastically deformable.
  • the roof batten 4, the mounting recess 3 completely fill or almost completely, because the elastic deformability of the side walls of the mounting recess 3 nonetheless allows a simple placement or clamping on the roof batten 4.
  • the roof batten 4 takes the roof batten 4 with respect to the width b of the mounting recess 3 at least 60%, preferably at least 75% of the mounting recess 3 a.
  • the roof batten 4 expediently assumes at least 60%, preferably at least 75%, of the mounting recess 3 with respect to the entire mounting recess 3, that is, with respect to the width b and the depth t of the mounting recess 3.
  • the acute angle ⁇ of the undercut 5 is preferably 25 ° to 35 °. In the exemplary embodiment (see in particular Fig. 3), the acute angle ⁇ is 30 °.
  • FIGS. 1 and 4 can be taken that, according to a very preferred embodiment and in the embodiment, a second mounting recess 8 is provided on an end face of the plate and that this mounting recess 8 before laying the plate (Fig. 1) is open to the front side.
  • this mounting recess 8 is completed (this is illustrated in FIG. 4).
  • the further applied plate thus supplements the open side of the second mounting recess 8, so that a complete second mounting recess 8 results.
  • the second mounting recess 8 is arranged on the ridge side 9 of the roof insulation board.
  • a wedge-shaped element 11 is provided on the eaves side 10 of the roof insulation board, with the juxtaposition of the plates, the second mounting recess 8 is completed, so that these second mounting recess 8 has an acute-angled undercut 5.
  • this acute-angled undercut 5 then likewise engages a roof batten 4 with its acute-angled portion 6 (Fig. 4).
  • the second mounting recess 8 has the same shape and size as the first mounting recess 3.
  • the second mounting recess 8 extends over the entire width of the roof insulation board.
  • each roof insulation panel has two mounting recesses 3, 8.
  • the first mounting recess 3 is completely formed already in the uninstalled state of the plate.
  • this first mounting recess 3 is provided with respect to the longitudinal extent of the plate from the ridge side 9 to the eaves side 10 in the middle in the bottom 2 of the plate.
  • Center means in particular that the first mounting recess 3 is arranged in the middle third of the underside 2 of the plate with respect to the longitudinal extent of the plate from the ridge side 9 to the eaves side 10.
  • a roof insulation panel according to the invention preferably has profilings 12 for the support of roof tiles or roof tiles (not shown) on its upper side 1.
  • these profiles 12 in cross section (or in the side view) are wedge-shaped thickening. 1 is removable, that in the unused state of the plate at the top 1 of the plate a cross-sectional wedge-shaped profiling 12.1 is provided, which is completely formed and in terms of the longitudinal extent of the plate from the ridge side 9 to the eaves side 10 expediently centered on the top 1 of the plate is arranged.
  • Two further cross-sectional wedge-shaped profilings 12.2, however, incomplete in the untensioned state of the plate Fig.
