Hartmetallschneiden sind wünschenswert bzw. erforderlich, da Bohrungen, z.B. bei der Fertigung von Möbelteilen, meist in kunstharzgebundenen Pressspanplatten hergestellt werden, so dass Werkzeuge aus Werkzeugstählen ohne Hartmetallschneiden nur eine unbefriedigende Standzeit erreichen.The invention relates to a cylinder head drill with carbide cutters according to the preamble of claim 1. Werkzeugs aus Hartmetall herzustellen, und zwar im Spritzgussverfahren unter Verwendung von mit einem Wachs als Plastifizierer versetztem Hartmetallpulver, und Sintern des spritzgegossenen grünen Rohlings, während der Schaft mit einem angeformten Kopfträgerteil aus Werkzeugstahl hergestellt wird. Der Hartmetallkopf und der Kopfträgerteil des Schafts sind dabei mit miteinander zusammenwirkenden Formschlusselementen ausgebildet, die sowohl ein Zentrieren des Kopfs mit Bezug auf den Schaft beim Aufsetzen des Kopfs auf den Schaft als auch eine Formschlussverbindung in Umfangsrichtung herstellen, so dass zum einen auch die richtige Drehposition des Kopfs mit Bezug auf den Schaft beim Zusammensetzen sichergestellt wird als auch im Einsatz des Zylinderkopfbohrers eine formschlüssige Mitnahme des Kopfs durch den Schaft erfolgt. - Drill bit with cylindrical head having a head (2) provided with hard metal cutters (22, 23), and a shaft (1) for clamping, wherein

the shaft (1) is formed with a head support part (12), onto which the head (2) is attached at the front side,

the head support part (12) of the shaft (1) and the head (2) are provided with single-piece form-fitting elements (15, 16, 24, 25) co-operating with each other, which both center (16, 24) the head with respect to the shaft, as well as position (15, 25) the same with respect to the pivoting position, wherein the form-fitting elements have surface projections (15), as well as plane recesses (25) complementary thereto, at both shaft (1) and head (2) parts for the positioning with respect to the pivoting position, and wherein the form-fitting elements have a centering pin (24) disposed on one of the shaft (1) and the head (2) parts for centering, and a counter bore (16) disposed on the other respective part. - Drill bit with cylindrical head or tool according to claim 1, characterized in that the shaft support part (12) of the shaft (1) is provided with plate-like elements (13), on which the surface projections (15) are formed, and the complementary plane recesses (25) are formed on the bottom side of the head.
