Claims (20)

  1. Etikettenträger, umfassend einen hinteren Teil (1), der an einem Regalboden mit schmaler Stirnseite befestigbar ist, und einem vorderen Teil (2), der zur Aufnahme eines Etiketts bestimmt ist und mit dem hinteren Teil (1) über ein weiches Gelenk (3) verbunden ist, das sich in einem oberen Bereich des hinteren (2) und vorderen (1) Teils befindet, und Mittel zum Verstellen der Neigung des vorderen Teils (2) relativ zu dem hinteren Teil (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellmittel ein erstes Anschlagelement (12) aufweisen, das über eine erste durchtrennbare Verbindung (13) einstückig mit einem der hinteren (2) und vorderen (1) Teile verbunden ist und mit diesem eine Rinne (12) bildet, deren freier Rand einen ersten Anschlag bildet, gegen den oder mit dem sich der vordere Teil (2) durch die Schwerkraft auf dem hinteren Teil (1) abstützt, um eine erste, im wesentlichen vertikale Position des vorderen Teils (2) relativ zu dem hinteren Teil (1) zu definieren, wobei das erste Anschlagelement (12) durch Durchtrennen oder Durchbrechen der ersten durchtrennbaren Verbindung (13) entfernt werden kann, um eine zweite Position des vorderen Teils (2) zu definieren, in der dieser sich durch die Schwerkraft gegen den hinteren Teil (1) abstützt, und damit eine Neigung nach unten annimmt.
  2. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Teil (1) eine vertikale Lasche (11) aufweist, die dafür vorgesehen ist, vor der Stirnseite des Regalbodens positioniert zu werden, und dass das erste Anschlagelement (12) über eine erste durchtrennbare Verbindung (13) mit dem unteren Ende der vertikalen Lasche (11) des hinteren Teils ( 1 ) verbunden ist.
  3. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Anschlagelement in Form einer Rinne (12) an der Seite des freien Rands der Rinne (12) eine im wesentlichen horizontale Abwinklung (16) aufweist, gegen die oder mit der sich der vordere Teil (2) abstützt, um die erste Position zu bilden.
  4. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwinklung (16) mit der Rinne (12) über eine zweite durchtrennbare Verbindung (18) verbunden ist und durch Durchtrennen oder Durchbrechen der zweiten durchtrennbaren Verbindung (18) entfernt werden kann, um eine dritte Zwischenposition, zwischen der ersten und zweiten Position, des vorderen Teils (2) zu definieren.
  5. Träger entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellmittel ferner ein zweites Anschlagelement (4) aufweisen mit zwei Armen (40, 41), die miteinander einen Winkel bilden, wovon der eine Arm (41) in die Rinne (12), die von dem ersten Anschlagelement gebildet ist, einführbar und dort elastisch festklemmbar ist, und die Länge des anderen Arms (41) derart ausgelegt ist, dass er sich über den freien Rand der Rinne (12) hinaus in Richtung zum anderen des vorderen (2) und hinteren Teils (1) erstreckt und einen zweiten Anschlag bildet, um eine vierte Position des vorderen Teils (2) zu definieren, in der dieser sich durch die Schwerkraft an dem hinteren Teil ( 1 ) gegen oder mit dem zweiten Anschlag abstützt und dabei eine Neigung nach oben annimmt.
  6. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Arme (40, 41) des zweiten Anschlagelements (4) einen Winkel bilden, derart, dass der andere Arm sich im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu dem anderen des vorderen (2) und hinteren (1) Teils hin erstreckt, wenn sich der vordere Teil (2) in der vierten Position befindet.
  7. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 5 oder Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (40, 41) des zweiten Anschlagelements (4) unterschiedliche Längen haben, so dass es möglich ist, dem vorderen Teil (2) durch Einführen des einen oder des anderen Arms des zweiten Anschlagelements (4) in die Rinne (12) zwei Ausrichtungen nach oben zu geben.
  8. Träger entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der beiden Arme (40, 41) des zweiten Anschlagelements (4) eine Schwächungslinie aufweist, derart, dass die Länge des Arms, der die Schwächungslinie aufweist, durch Umbiegen des Arms entlang der Schwächungslinie oder durch Entfernen des äußeren Abschnitts des Arms durch Durchtrennen oder Durchbrechen entlang der Schwächungslinie verkürzt werden kann, um die Neigung des vorderen Teils nach oben zu verringern.
  9. Träger entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, ss die vertikale Lasche (11) mindestens eine Öffnung (15) aufweist, in die ein Verbindungselement (6) einsetzbar ist für die Befestigung des Trägers an einem senkrecht nach unten gerichteten Rand eines Regalbodens aus gebogenem Blech.
  10. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenn der Träger dafür vorgesehen ist, vor einem regalboden positioniert zu werden, dessen vertikaler Rand derart gebogen ist, dass er eine Nut (51) mit einem C-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, das Verbindungselement (6) einen Kopf (60) aufweist, der über einen kurzen Schaft (61) mit einer Nocke (62) verbunden ist, die eine zu der Achse des Schaftes 61 symmetrische Kontur aufweist, derart, dass die Nocke (62) in einer ersten Winkelposition in die C-förmige Nut (51) eintreten kann und in einer zweiten Winkelposition der Nocke (62), die sich durch eine Drehung der Nocke (62) um ungefähr 90° ergibt, in der C-förmigen Nut (51) einklemmt wird.
  11. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nocke (62) eine Kontur mit zwei großen Seiten (65) aufweist, die zueinander parallel sind und an jedem ihrer Enden über eine Folge von Facetten (64) miteinander verbunden sind, deren Abstand relativ zu der Achse des Schaftes (61) von einer großen Seite (65) zu der anderen großen Seite (65) der Kontur hin zunimmt.
  12. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 10 oder Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (6) aus einem Stück besteht, die Öffnung (15) rechtwinklig ist, wobei ihre großen Seiten horizontal angeordnet sind, und der Kopf (60) des Verbindungselements (6) eine rechtwinklige Kontur hat, deren große Seiten eine Länge haben, die kleiner ist als die der großen Seiten der rechtwinkligen Öffnung (15) und größer ist als die der kleinen Seiten der rechtwinkligen Öffnung (15) und deren kleine Seiten eine Länge haben, die kleiner ist als die kleinen Seiten der rechtwinkligen Öffnung (15).
  13. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 10 oder Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (6) aus zwei Teilen besteht, die nach dem Durchtritt des Schaftes (61) des Verbindungselements (6) durch die Öffnung (15) in der vertikalen Lasche (11) des hinteren Teils ( 1 ) endgültig zusammenfügbar sind durch Einrasten des Schaftes, der mit einem der beiden Teile des Verbindungselements (6) verbunden ist, in dem anderen der beiden Teile des Verbindungselements (6).
  14. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (60) des Verbindungselements (6) eine Form aufweist, die größer ist als die der Öffnung (15) in der vertikalen Lasche (11) des hinteren Teils (1).
  15. Träger entsprechend einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Teil (1) eine horizontale Lasche (10) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, an der Oberseite des Regalbodens positioniert zu werden.
  16. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil der horizontalen Lasche (10) entlang einer durchtrennbaren Verbindung (14) abnehmbar ist.
  17. Träger entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Teil (1) des Trägers zwei horizontale Laschen (10, 17) aufweist, die mit einem oberen Abschnitt der vertikalen Lasche (11) eine Befestigungsklemme bilden, die unter Kraftanwendung auf die Kante des Regalbodens aufsteckbar ist.
  18. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden horizontalen Laschen (10, 17) des hinteren Teils (1) auf ihren sich gegenüberliegenden Flächen rutschhemmende Ausformungen und/oder eine rutschhemmende Beschichtung aufweisen, die eine Verschiebung der Klemmen zur Vorderseite des Regalbodens hin verhindern bzw. verhindert.
  19. Träger entsprechend einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere (2) und der hintere (1) Teil des Trägers aus einem Profil bestehen, das mit dem weichen Gelenk (3) koextrudiert und auf die gewünschte Länge abgelängt ist.
  20. Träger entsprechend Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Teil (2) die Form eines Schienenabschnitts hat, der im wesentlichen aus einem Boden (20) und zwei zu dem Boden (20) senkrechten Flügeln, einem oberen (21) und einem unteren (22), gebildet ist und Mittel zum Einhaken und Halten mindestens eines elektronischen Etiketts aufweist.
