Claims (14)
- Kunststoffschlauch (1) zur Herstellung gasgefüllter Füllkörper, mit einer Oberfolie (2) und einer Unterfolie (3), die übereinander liegend an einem ersten ihrer Längsränder (4) gasdicht miteinander verbunden und zur Ausbildung aufblasbarer Taschen (7a, 7b) in Querrichtung durch mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete, gasdichte Schweißnähte (5a, 5b) miteinander verschweißt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folien (2, 3) auch an ihrem zweiten Längsrand (6) durchgehend miteinander verbunden sind, und dass die Oberfolie (2) einen mit Abstand zu den Längsrändern (4, 6) verlaufenden Längsschnitt (12) in Längsrichtung aufweist. - Kunststoffschlauch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Querrichtung verlaufenden Schweißnähte paarweise angeordnet sind, wobei zwischen den Schweißnähten (5a, 5b) jedes Schweißnahtpaares (5) ein Zwischenraum vorhanden ist, in dem eine Perforation (9) beider Folien in Querrichtung verläuft.
- Kunststoffschlauch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Querrichtung verlaufenden Schweißnähte (5a, 5b) in einem Abstand vom Längsschnitt (12) enden.
- Kunststoffschlauch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterfolie (3) parallel zum Längsschnitt (12) durch die Oberfolie (2) eine Perforation (13) aufweist. - Kunststoffschlauch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfolie und/oder die Unterfolie mindestens einen weiteren mit Abstand zu den Längsrändern und zum ersten Längsschnitt verlaufenden zweiten Längsschnitt aufweist, wobei die Folien zwischen je zwei Längsschnitten miteinander in Längsrichtung verschweißt sind. - Kunststoffschlauch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Längsschnittes (12) eine Codierung bildende Markierungen (10) zur Anzeige der Lage der Schweißnähte (5a, 5b) und/oder zur Anzeige der Foliendicke und/oder zur Anzeige der Folienbreite angeordnet sind. - Kunststoffschlauch nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vorzugsweise im Bereich der querverlaufenden Perforation (9) Ausstanzungen zum Eingreifen eines Dorns für den Weitertransport des Kunststoffschlauchs (1) vorgesehen sind. - Verfahren zur Herstellung gasgefüllter Füllkörper (7a', 7b'), mit den folgenden Schritten:a) Bereitstellen eines vorkonfektionierten Kunststoffschlauchs (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 mit optionalem Einbringen des Längsschnittes (12) in den vorkonfektionierten Kunststoffschlauch;b) Einblasen von Luft oder einem anderen Füllgas in jede Tasche (7a, 7b) durch die Gas-Einfüllöffnung (8), die durch den Längsschnitt (12) in der Oberfolie (2) des Kunststoffschlauchs (1) gebildet wird, undc) gasdichtes Verschweißen der Gas-Einfüllöffnung (8) der gasgefüllten Taschen (7a', 7b').
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durcheine Halterung für einen Schlauchvorrat;eine Transporteinrichtung zum Transport des Schlauches durch die Vorrichtung;eine Gasbefüllungseinrichtung, die im Bereich des Längsschnittes (12) der Oberfolie (2) angeordnet ist und eine Düse aufweist, mit der Luft oder ein anderes Füllgas in die Gas-Einfüllöffnungen (8) der Taschen (7a, 7b) einblasbar ist, undeine Schweißeinrichtung, die ebenfalls im Bereich des Längsschnittes (12) der Oberfolie (2) angeordnet ist und ein Schweißwerkzeug aufweist, mit dem die Gas-Einfüllöffnungen (8) der Taschen (7a, 7b) mit einer in Schlauchlängsrichtung verlaufenden Schweißnaht gasdicht verschließbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gasbefüllungseinrichtung einen Einfüllschuh mit zwei in entgegengesetzte Richtungen weisenden Gasauslässen aufweist, wobei die Gasauslässe durch den Längsschlitz der Oberfolie in den Bereich zwischen den Folien eingeführt werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gaseinfülleinrichtung zwei Niederhalter aufweist, welche während des Einfüllens des Gases die Oberfolie gegen den Einfüllschuh drücken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Erkennungseinrichtungen für Markierungen (10) auf der Folie aufweist, wodurch die Maschinengeschwindigkeit und/oder die Gasfüllmenge und/oder die Schweißzeit gesteuert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinrichtung den Schlauch (1) taktweise transportiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauch (1) kontinuierlich an der Gasbefüllungseinrichtung und der Schweißeinrichtung vorbeigeführt ist.
