Claims (33)

  1. Modulares Element für mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tore beziehungsweise Türen wie Garagentore, Eingangstüren, Läden, Verdunkelungen oder dergleichen mit einer vorderseitigen Fläche (12), mit einer rückseitigen Fläche (13), die parallel zu der vorderseitigen Fläche (12) ausgerichtet ist, mit einem ersten Rand (15) und mit einem zweiten Rand (16), die die beiden parallelen Flächen (12, 13) miteinander verbinden, wobei der erste Rand (15) eine sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Ausnehmung (21) aufweist, die der rückseitigen Fläche (13) zugewandt ist und eine im Wesentlichen halbzylinderartige innere Wand aufweist, mit einem konvexen Profilstück (27), das im Wesentlichen als eine Verlängerung an der vorderseitigen Fläche (12) angeordnet ist, mit wenigstens einer Abschlusslippe (31, 32), die durch ein erstes Ende des konvexen Profilstückes (27) gebildet ist, und mit einem geneigten und geraden Profilstück (33), die die sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Ausnehmung (21) mit der Abschlusslippe (31, 32) verbindet, und wobei der zweite Rand (16) einen sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Hohlraum (40) mit einem im Wesentlichen trapezartigen Querschnitt umfasst, der durch eine erste seitliche Flanke (41), die im Wesentlichen gerade und in Richtung des inneren Teiles des sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Hohlraums (40) geneigt ist, durch eine zweite seitliche Flanke (42), die im Wesentlichen geradlinig ausgebildet und in Richtung des inneren Teiles des sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Hohlraums (40) geneigt ist, und durch eine bodenseitige Wand (43) gebildet ist, die in einer Querebene liegt, die zu den parallelen Flächen (12, 13) im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das konvexe Profilstück (27) im Wesentlichen koaxial zu der inneren Wand der sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Ausnehmung (21) ist, dass die zweite seitliche Flanke (42) im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem geneigten und geraden Profilstück (33) des ersten Randes (15) ist, und dass die rückseitige Fläche (13) wenigstens einen Aufnahmeabschnitt (47, 62) aufweist, mittels dem im Gebrauch das modulare Element (10) auf einer zugehörigen Trageebene (57a, 57b) eines Scharniers (26) ruhen kann, das dazu eingerichtet ist, jedes modulare Element (10) mit einem anderen benachbarten modularen Element (10) zu verbinden.
  2. Modulares Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die bodenseitige Wand (43) und den an sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Hohlraum (40) angepasste elastische Dichtmittel (45) vorhanden sind, die dazu eingerichtet sind, während des Gebrauchs mit der Abschlusslippe (31, 32) eines benachbarten modularen Elementes (10) zusammenzuwirken.
  3. Modulares Element nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Dichtmittel (45) einen sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Streifen aus einem elastischen, einem gummiartigen oder einem Kunststoffmaterial aufweisen.
  4. Modulares Element nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der in Längsrichtung erstreckende Streifen (45) in Bezug auf die bodenseitige Wand (43) des sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Hohlraumes (40) geringfügig nach außen erstreckt.
  5. Modulares Element nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden parallelen Flächen (12, 13) zwei aufeinander angepasste gebogene Metallbleche (17, 19) aufweisen, zwischen denen eine Lage (20) aus einem isolierenden Material angeordnet ist.
  6. Modulares Element nach Anspruch 5 und nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Dichtmittel (45) in ihren Aufnahmen durch erste Enden (17b, 19b) der gebogenen Metallbleche (17, 19) gehalten sind.
  7. Modulares Element nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende des ersten Randes (15) durch die Umbiegungen der beiden Metallbleche (17, 19) gebildet ist, die wenigstens eine Abschlussrippe (31) und eine weitere Abschlusslippe (32) bilden, wobei die beiden Abschlusslippen (31, 32) im Wesentlichen in Bezug aufeinander ausgerichtet sind und in der gleichen Querebene rechtwinklig zu den parallelen Flächen (12, 13) liegen.
  8. Modulares Element nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Wand der sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Ausnehmung (21) und das konvexe Profilstück (27) mit einer sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Schwenkachse (22) des Scharniers (26) koaxial sind.
  9. Modulares Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufnahmeabschnitt eine in der rückseitigen Fläche (13) ausgebildete Schulter (62) aufweist.
  10. Modulares Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Ausnehmung (21) dazu eingerichtet ist, einen Stift (23) und den zugehörigen halbzylinderartigen Teil (25) des Scharniers (26) aufzunehmen.
  11. Modulares Element nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Lage (20) wenigstens eine verstärkende Metallplatte (50, 51) angeordnet ist, die dem Metallblech (19) benachbart ist, das die rückseitige Fläche (13) bildet, und wenigstens innerhalb des Bereiches, in dem das Scharnier (26) mit dem Metallblech (19) verschraubt ist.
  12. Modulares Element nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass angepasst an ein zweites Ende des konvexen Profilstückes (27) der erste Rand (15) weiterhin eine erste sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Auskehlung (29) aufweist, die dazu eingerichtet ist, während des Gebrauchs eine vorderseitige Rippe (46) eines benachbarten modularen Elementes (10) aufzunehmen, wobei die vorderseitige Rippe (46) durch die vorderseitige Fläche (12) und durch die erste geneigte seitliche Flanke (41) gebildet ist.
  13. Modulares Element nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorderseitige Rippe (46) dazu eingerichtet ist, während des Gebrauchs die äußere Fläche der ersten sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Auskehlung (29) zu berühren, um zwischen zwei benachbarten modularen Elementen einen weiteren Tragebereich zu bilden.
  14. Modulares Element nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Rand (15) weiterhin eine zweite sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Auskehlung (30) aufweist, die zwischen der ersten sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Auskehlung (29) sowie der vorderseitigen Fläche (12) angeordnet ist und ein Sicherheitsfach bildet.
  15. Modulares Element nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite geneigte seitliche Flanke (42) und die rückseitige Fläche (13) eine rückseitige Rippe (47) bilden und dass die vorderseitige Rippe (46) um einen Betrag länger als die rückseitige Rippe (47) ist, der im Wesentlichen gleich dem Radius der Krümmung (R) der innenseitigen Wand der sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Ausnehmung (21) ist.
  16. Modulares Element nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufnahmeabschnitt durch die rückseitige Rippe (47) gebildet ist.
  17. Modulares Element nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigung des geneigten Profilstückes (33) und der zweiten geneigten seitlichen Flanke (42) zwischen etwa 20° und 30° in Bezug auf die Ebene der rückseitigen Fläche (13) ist.
  18. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Anzahl von modularen Elementen (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche aufweist, wobei jedes der modularen Elemente (10) mit einem benachbarten so verbunden ist, dass der erste Rand (15) eines modularen Elementes (10) in den zugehörigen zweiten Rand (16) eines benachbarten modularen Elementes (10) eingefügt ist.
  19. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer koplanaren Anordnung der modularen Elemente (10) das konvexe Profilstück (27) und das geneigte Profilstück (33) eines modularen Elementes (10) in den sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Hohlraum (40) des zweiten Randes (16) eines benachbarten modularen Elementes (10) eingefügt sind und zwischen der wenigstens einen Abschlusslippe (31, 32) und den elastischen Dichtmitteln (45) eine Kontaktverbindung erzielt ist.
  20. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei koplanarer Anordnung zweier modularer Elemente (10) das obere modulare Element (10) auf dem passenden unteren modularen Element (10) wenigstens häufig mittels des Scharniers (26) ruht.
  21. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die benachbarten modularen Elemente (10) mittels des Scharniers (26) miteinander verbunden sind, das mittels Befestigungselementen (53, 54) an die rückseitigen Flächen der beiden modularen Elemente (10) angebracht ist.
  22. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trageebene (57a, 57b) des Scharniers (26) im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu der rückseitigen Fläche (13) ausgebildet ist.
  23. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente (53, 54) Schrauben aufweisen, die lang genug sind, um sich in die beiden Enden (17a, 19a) der gebogenen Metallbleche (17, 19) einzuschrauben.
  24. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei koplanarer Anordnung zweier benachbarter modularer Elemente (10) die vorderseitige Rippe jedes modularen Elementes (10) in Kontakt mit der äußeren Fläche der ersten sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Auskehlung (29) des benachbarten und des darunter liegenden modularen Elementes (10) ist.
  25. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei koplanarer Anordnung zweier benachbarter modularer Elemente (10) die Kontaktbereiche zwischen den benachbarten modularen Elementen (10) die der wenigstens einen Abschlusslippe (31, 32) des einen mit den elastischen Dichtmitteln (45) des anderen, die der ersten vorderseitigen Rippe (46) des einen mit der äußeren Fläche der ersten sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Auskehlung (29) des anderen und die der rückseitigen Rippe (47) mit dem Scharnier (26) sind.
  26. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei koplanarer Anordnung zweier benachbarter modularer Elemente (10) zwischen den geneigten Profilstücken (33) eines modularen Elementes (10) und der zugeordneten zweiten seitlichen Flanke (42) des anderen modularen Elementes (10) ein Spalt mit einer im Wesentlichen konstanten Amplitude ausgebildet ist.
  27. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Führungsmittel (55) vorgesehen sind, um die modularen Elemente (10) sowohl in der geschlossenen Anordnung mit dem Aufliegen der vorderseitigen Flächen auf einer bestimmten Ebene als auch in der geöffneten Anordnung in einer in Bezug auf die vorbestimmte Ebene vorteilhafterweise geneigten Ebene zu führen, und dass Getriebemittel (56), die dazu eingerichtet sind, in den Führungsmitteln (55) zu gleiten, mit den modularen Elementen (10) verknüpft sind.
  28. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes obere modulare Element (10) im Wesentlichen durch den halbzylinderartigen Teil (25) des Scharniers (26) getragen ist.
  29. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier (26) jeweils Befestigungsflügel, nämlich einen oberen Flügel (57) und einen unteren Flügel (58), aufweist, um es an zwei zugehörigen benachbarten modularen Elementen (10) anzubringen, und dass wenigstens einer der Befestigungsflügel (57, 58) mit einer zugehörigen Schulter (62) zusammenwirkt.
  30. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes modulare Element (10) weiterhin innere Verstärkungsplatten (50, 51) aufweist, die mit der rückseitigen Fläche (13) verbunden sind und mit den Befestigungsmitteln (53, 54) zusammenwirken, um das Scharnier (26) zu befestigen.
  31. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach den Ansprüchen 28 und 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsplatten (50, 51) ein Ende aufweisen, das sich so weit erstreckt, bis es mit dem halbzylinderartigen Teil (25) des Scharniers (26) passend mit dem Bereich zusammenwirkt, in dem das jeweilige modulare Element (10) ruht.
  32. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür nach den Ansprüchen 29 und 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsplatten (50, 51) über ein Ende verfügen, dass sich so weit erstreckt, bis es mit den Enden der Befestigungsflügel (57, 58) des Scharniers (26) in Übereinstimmung mit dem Bereich zusammenwirken, in dem das jeweilige modulare Element (10) ruht.
  33. Mit Abschnitten ausgebildetes Tor oder mit Abschnitten ausgebildete Tür wie ein Garagentor, eine Eingangstür, ein Laden, eine Verdunkelung oder dergleichen mit einer Anzahl von modularen Elementen (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, die in Längsrichtung mittels zugehöriger Scharniere (26) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei jedes modulare Element (10) mit einem ersten ausgeformten, sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Rand (15) ausge-stattet ist, der dazu eingerichtet ist, mit einem passenden zweiten ausgeformten, sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Rand (16) eines benachbarten modularen Elementes (10) zusammenzuwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei koplanarer Anordnung von zwei modularen Elementen (10) das obere modulare Element (10) auf dem passenden unteren modularen Element (10) mittels des Scharniers (26) wenigstens häufig ruht.
