Abstract
In order to transfer energy in a contactless and inductive manner, a primary circuit comprises two parallel lines (9) along which a vehicle comprising a secondary circuit travels. The two lines forming the primary circuit are arranged in the ground in such a way as to ensure the observation of a given distance in relation to the vehicle. U-shaped holding elements (4) are provided, the centre limb (5) thereof comprising two curved holding limbs (8) between which a line (9) is secured. The outer sides of the holding limbs (6) of the U-shaped holding element (4) are provided with projections extending in the longitudinal direction of the holding elements (4). Said holding elements (4) are placed in a rectangular recess (3) in the ground in a vertically adjustable manner by means of said projections.
Description
Leitungsanordnung line arrangement
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Leitungsanordnung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a line arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.
Eine solche Leitungsanordnung ist beispielsweise in den Figuren 1 und 10 der EP 0 577 611 Bl dargestellt. Die beiden den Primärkreis bildenden parallelen Leitungen sind an einem Träger befestigt. Diese Leitungen greifen in die Spalte eines E-förmigen Transformatorkerns ein, auf dessen Mittelschenkel die Sekundärspule angeordnet ist. Diese Anordnung gewährleistet, daß der die Sekundärspule aufweisende Transformatorkern zu den beiden den Primärkreis bildenden Leitungen Luftspalte aufweist. Nachdem die Halteteile 4 höhenmäßig justiert in ein Profil 15 eingesetzt sind, wird auf den Rohboden und in die Profile 15 ein Estrich 14 auf- bzw. eingebracht. Leitungsanordnung zur berührungslosen induktiven Energieübertragung, bei der der Primärkreis durch zwei im Abstand zueinander verlaufende parallele Leitungen (9) gebildet wird und längs der Leitungen (9) ein Fahrzeug verfahrbar ist, das einen Sekundärkreis aufweist, wobei jede der beiden Leitungen in eine rechteckige, bodenseitige und mit einer aushärtbaren Vergußmasse ausgefüllten Ausnehmung eingesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß U-förmige Halteteile (4) vorgesehen sind, deren Mittelschenkel (5) zwei bogenförmige Halteschenkel (8) aufweist, zwischen welchen eine Leitung (9) eingeklippt wird und die Außenseiten der Seitenschenkel (6) der U-förmigen Halteteile (4) mit in Längsrichtung der Halteteile (4) verlaufenden Vorsprüngen (7) versehen sind, mit denen die Halteteile (4) höhenjustierbar in die jeweilige Ausnehmung (3) eingesetzt sind.1.
