Claims (8)

  1. Eine Funkbasisstation, enthaltend:
    einen Kanalschätzer zum Durchführen einer Kanalschätzung eines Uplink-Zeitschlitzes;
    eine Sendediversität-Steuereinheit (14);
    einen Datensender (15);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Sendediversität-Steuereinheit (14) zum Steuern der für jeden Downlink-Zeitschlitz verwendeten Sendediversität konfiguriert ist, basierend auf der Kanalschätzung und der Anzahl der sich jeden Downlink-Zeitschlitz teilenden Benutzer beim Verwenden eines Codetrennungsvielfach-Systems, und
    der Datensender (15) zum Senden von Daten in jedem Downlink-Zeitschlitz mit Verwendung der gesteuerten Sendediversität konfiguriert ist.
  2. Eine Funkbasisstation gemäss Anspruch 1, wobei:
    die Sendediversität-Steuereinheit (14) ferner die für jeden Downlink-Zeitschlitz verwendete Sendediversität basierend auf dem Zeitunterschied zwischen jedem Downlink-Zeitschlitz und einem Zeitschlitz, für den eine Kanalschätzung durchgeführt ist, steuert.
  3. Eine Funkbasisstation gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei:
    die Sendediversität-Steuereinheit (14) bestimmt, ob die Sendediversität für jeden Downlink-Zeitschlitz verwendet wird oder nicht.
  4. Eine Funkbasisstation gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei:
    die Sendediversität-Steuereinheit (14) eine Art der für jeden Downlink-Zeitschlitz verwendeten Sendediversität bestimmt.
  5. Ein Verfahren zum Steuern von Funkverkehr, enthaltend folgende Schritte:
    a) Durchführen, bei einer Funkbasisstation (10), einer Kanalschätzung eines Uplink-Zeitschlitzes;
    b) Steuern (203, 404), bei der Funkbasisstation, der für jeden Downlink-Zeitschlitz verwendeten Sendediversität basierend auf der Kanalschätzung und der Anzahl der sich den Downlink-Zeitschlitz teilenden Benutzer beim Verwenden eines Codetrennungsvielfach-Systems; und
    c) Senden (204, 405), bei der Funkbasisstation, von Daten in dem Downlink-Zeitschlitz unter Verwendung der gesteuerten Sendediversität.
  6. Ein Verfahren zum Steuern von Funkverkehr gemäss Anspruch 5, wobei:
    in dem Schritt (b) (203, 404) die Funkbasisstation (10) ferner die für jeden Downlink-Zeitschlitz verwendete Sendediversität steuert, basierend auf dem Zeitunterschied zwischen jedem Downlink-Zeitschlitz und einem Zeitschlitz, für den eine Kanalschätzung durchgeführt wird.
  7. Ein Verfahren zum Steuern von Funkverkehr gemäss Anspruch 5, wobei:
    in dem Schritt (b) (203, 404) bestimmt wird, ob die Sendediversität für jeden Downlink-Zeitschlitz verwendet werden soll oder nicht.
  8. Ein Verfahren zum Steuern von Funkverkehr gemäss Anspruch 5, wobei:
    in dem Schritt (b) (203, 404) eine Art der verwendeten Sendediversität für jeden Downlink-Zeitschlitz bestimmt wird.
