Abstract
Description
Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 2.The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of
Kontinuierlich arbeitende Papierverarbeitungsmaschinen, insbesondere
Continuously working paper processing machines, in particular

It has been shown that such flags in downstream Processing stations can cause interference. DE 198 04 415 C1 who builds the invention describes a method with which it succeeds, the flag cut to a harmless remainder of at most a few mm. she also describes several suitable for performing the method Devices. In the known method, the glued together Paper web guided through a curvature, the center of curvature on the lies away from the flag. When the flag goes through the curvature, it is erected by centrifugal force and then by a knife, where the paper web passes at a very short distance, cut off. The The straightening effect of centrifugal force can be supported by an air blast between the paper web and the flag in the direction of the web movement is blown in. To ensure a safe cut, a Embodiment in front of the knife at a distance of 20 to 60 mm from the continuous paper web arranged a driver element, for example a Suction roll or a suction belt which is driven at a speed, which is higher than the throughput speed of the paper web. The through the Centrifugal force and possibly by an additional air blast from the Paper web separated flag is due to the suction effect on the driving element held; accelerated by friction and thus fed to the knife.
The invention has for its object that method, of which the preamble

The first part of the task is characterized by the characteristic of
The second part of the task is characterized by the feature of
The subject of
The drawing serves to explain the invention. Figures 1 to 7 illustrate schematically an embodiment of the invention.
Restes der Fahne; er beträgt daher vorzugsweise höchstens wenige mm.As can be seen from FIG. 1, a
Minuten.In operation, the
The device illustrated in Figure 2 differs from that just described
described device in that instead of the
Figure 3 shows a further embodiment, in which as a
It is understood that the
In operation, a flag that passes the area of action of the
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, one is around her as a driving element
Axial rotatable
ansammeln. In the exemplary embodiments which are illustrated in the remaining figures,
