Abstract

An air conditioner, wherein, when a horizontal vane (18) for adjusting the air conditioning air blowing direction is installed at the air diffuser (16) of the air conditioner, and the air flow upstream side end edge part of the horizontal vane (18) at both longitudinal end parts thereof is cut out to form an opening part (18c) allowing the air conditioning air to pass, whereby a ceiling surface (70) is prevented from being contaminated when a horizontal blowing is performed.
