Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de soudage de tube (1) à l'aide duquel on soude un tube (2) formé à partir d'une bande métallique mince sur la zone de soudure (4) qui en résulte, comprenant une plaque de base (5), un premier chariot (6), qui est disposé de façon mobile par rapport à la plaque de base (5), dans un plan qui est perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal (3) du tube (2), un premier rouleau presseur (7) guidant la bande métallique formée en tube (2) étant disposé de façon rotative sur le premier chariot, et un deuxième chariot (8) disposé de façon mobile par rapport au premier chariot (6), dans un plan qui est perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal (3) du tube, un deuxième rouleau presseur (9) guidant la bande métallique formée en tube (2) à proximité de la zone de soudure (4) étant disposé de façon rotative sur le deuxième chariot (6),
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins un guidage (18) horizontal et au moins un guidage (19) vertical sont associés au premier chariot (6) et au deuxième chariot (8).
  2. Dispositif de soudage de tube selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que, deux systèmes broche filetée/écrou (21) disposés en parallèle, dont l'entraînement est assuré par deux organes de commande (24, 25), entraînés par un moteur commun (23) sont prévus pour l'ajustage vertical du premier chariot (6) .
  3. Dispositif de soudage de tube selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de réglage de position et de blocage (27) sont disposés entre la plaque de base (5) et le premier chariot (6) et/ou entre le premier chariot (6) et le deuxième chariot (8).
  4. Dispositif de soudage de tube selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de réglage de position et de blocage (27) qui règlent et immobilisent les deux chariots (6, 8) en direction verticale, l'un par rapport à l'autre ne sont disposés qu'entre le premier chariot (6) et le deuxième chariot (8).
  5. Dispositif de soudage de tube selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé par une cale réglable en tant que moyen de réglage et de blocage (27).
