Definitions
- the invention relates to a solenoid valve according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a solenoid valve is for example from the EP 0 690 223 A2 known.
- the solenoid valve described therein is used to control an electrically controlled fuel injection valve.
- Such a solenoid valve is further from the DE 196 50 865 A1 known.
- a solenoid valve is proposed, the armature is designed in several parts.
- a damping device is provided here on the armature.
- the magnet assembly In conventional solenoid valves, the magnet assembly is typically bolted to a injector body via a magnetic lock nut. A disadvantage of this fitting proves that this requires a relatively complex and costly installation. Furthermore, during operation of the Solenoid valve come to a release of Magentspannmuttern, whereby the reliability and efficiency of the solenoid valve can be affected. Magnetic clamping nuts must be made of a relatively hard material. Typical materials are steel alloys such as ETG 100.
- An object of the invention is to provide an improved connection possibility for magnet assembly and injector body of a solenoid valve.
- the retaining ring has two flanged edges, which cooperate with corresponding grooves and / or projections of the magnet assembly or of the injector body. With the formation of two flanged edges a very consistent connection between the Magentbauen and injector body is guaranteed, which proves to be robust and reliable.
- the retaining ring is designed to be more elastic than magnetic clamping nuts.
- the necessary elasticity results from the concrete circumstances, with preferred materials for the connecting ring being stainless steel alloys, such as e.g. the alloys 1.4303 or 1.4301 are mentioned.
- the retaining ring is formed with a lateral recess.
- a recess can serve as a predetermined breaking point or predetermined crack location, so that the retaining ring can be disassembled in a simple manner for releasing the connection between the magnet assembly and the injector body.
- This possibility of removing the retaining ring ensures that no contamination occurs during disassembly of the solenoid valve. In particular, particle formation or abrasion can be prevented, which occurred in the release of conventional magnetic clamping nuts.
- FIG. 1 a conventional solenoid valve is generally indicated at 11.
- the solenoid valve 11 has a magnet assembly 12 which is surrounded by a sleeve 12a on.
- the operation of the magnet assembly will not be discussed in detail here, since this is not the subject of the present invention.
- the magnet assembly 12 is connected by means of a magnetic clamping nut 14 with an injector 13.
- the magnetic clamping nut 14 has a screwing station, which can not be recognized in detail, on which an open-end wrench for tightening the magnetic clamping nut can be attached.
- a disadvantage here proves that the magnetic clamping nut 14 is deformed oval in such a tightening. Also it can lead to a plastic deformation the sleeve 12a come. Furthermore, the interaction between the nut and the key can lead to particle removal, which leads to the danger of contamination of the solenoid valve and of the assembly lines.
- a preferred embodiment of the solenoid valve according to the invention is in the Figures 2 and 3 shown.
- the solenoid valve is designated here in total with 21. It has a magnet assembly 22 and an injector body 23. It also recognizes a formed on the injector connector 28, which is provided for example for connecting a pressure bore of the solenoid valve to a high-pressure accumulator.
- the magnet assembly 22 and the injector body 23 are connected to one another by means of a retaining ring 24.
- the retaining ring 24 in this case has a first flanged edge 24a and a second flanged edge 24b.
- the flanged edge 24a cooperates with a lower groove 23a of the injector body 23. It can be seen that the retaining ring 24 is crimped into the groove 23 a of the injector body 23 in order to form the flanging edge 24 a.
- the second flanging edge 24b comprises a shoulder support 22b of a sleeve 22a of the magnet assembly 22. It should be noted that the sleeve 22a may be a deep-drawn component.
- the assembly of the solenoid valve shown is characterized in that first the retaining ring 24 is placed on the injector body 23, and then the retaining ring is crimped into the lower groove 23 a of the injector body 23. Subsequently, the magnet assembly 22 mounted or brought into connection with the injector body. Conveniently, then the magnet assembly 22 is pressed with a hold-down on the injector body 23, while the second flanging operation for forming the second flanged edge 24b takes place. It proves to be particularly advantageous that during the second flanging operation, the shoulder support 22b is elastically deformable, whereby the production of the second flanged edge 24b is simplified. A plastic deformation of the shoulder pad 22b does not take place.
- the retaining ring thus holds the magnet assembly and the injector body together.
- the flanged edges 24a and 24b engage in the groove 23a of the injector body 23 or around the shoulder support 22b of the sleeve 22a.
- FIG. 3 is finally an uncut side view of the solenoid valve according to FIG. 2 shown.
- the already referring to FIG. 2 explained components are provided here with the same reference numerals.
- a recess 27 formed on the outside of the retaining ring 24 can also be seen.
- the retaining ring 27 can be dismantled by being torn open at this lateral recess 23.

Description
- Figur 3
- das Magnetventil gemäß
Figur 2 in einer ungeschnittenen seitlichen Ansicht. - In
- In
