Abstract
Description
Program control method for a water-bearing household appliance, especially a dishwasher.
The controls of today's water-bearing household appliances such as Washing machines and dishwashers are only limited Hot water connections designed. They don't respond to different ones Water inlet temperatures and the resulting ones Temperatures in the household appliance. With hot water connection increases after each washing or rinsing step, i.e. after every water change, the temperature in the dishwasher or in the washing machine until the maximum inlet temperature is reached. By increasing the temperature in the washing or rinsing steps shorten the warm-up times of the warm ones Rinse cycles such as cleaning and rinsing. The cleaning and Rinse aid times are no longer ensured or Exposure times for the detergent and rinse aid are too short. Poor cleaning and drying results can Be consequence.
The program control of the device is a selectable one Program variant supplemented by which the device's own Heating at least one to be carried out with hot water Washing program is constantly switched off.
The invention of DE 43 04 382 describes water-carrying household appliances with a program control device with a program selection device, with controls for selecting one Washing or rinsing program and with connections for the water supply. The connections for the water supply are very variable, e.g. B. for hot water, recycling water, rain water etc. The program control device is connected to the additional water supply system customizable.
A further invention is described in DE 43 36 837. The invention uses external hot water central systems for water filling the household appliance and BUS technology to optimize the energy consumption for hot water filling in the household appliance. The temperature of the central system hot water flowing to the household appliance is measured, the inflowing hot water with an insufficient temperature discarded and otherwise used and only the inflowing Hot water with a sufficient temperature for a rinse or washing process used. This will be proportionate complicated calculations and information from existing heat content transmitted to the central system, d. H. the Household appliance is continuously informed about how much hot water at what temperature is available in the central system stands. Due to the washing or rinsing process selected by the user then the household appliance checks whether the use of the available warm inlet water an energetic Brings advantage. However, this requires installation an expensive house bus technology in the building location of the Household appliance. The tap water is only sufficient if high temperature used for a washing or rinsing process.
The invention is based, the washing or rinsing task of household appliances depending on different To optimize water inlet temperatures.
This task is accomplished through a program control process for reached a water-bearing household appliance, depending on the water inlet temperature the washing times of the individual Washing steps in the program can be changed automatically and / or individual washing steps can be shown or hidden.
After an advantageous embodiment of the invention is at the beginning the temperature of the water in the household appliance in each washing step measured, the determined temperature the duration of the respective washing step. With so-called "cold" Washing steps are set the shorter the washing times the higher the water temperature and so-called "warm" washing steps are set the longer the washing times, the higher the water temperature is.
An embodiment of the invention is described in more detail below using the example of a program sequence of a dishwasher described. The control process of the hot water supply and of the individual programs depends on the water temperature after entering the dishwasher. The water temperature is expediently in the sump of the dishwasher measured. According to the measured rinse water temperature the washing times are either extended or shortened and / or individual rinsing steps are shown or hidden. Before each rinsing step, e.g. Prewash, clean, rinse and rinse, the water temperature reached after End of water intake determined. This temperature determines then the duration of the respective rinsing step. So-called cold rinsing steps, such as pre-rinsing and intermediate rinsing timed so that a higher temperature the length the flushing time is reduced. With so-called warm rinsing steps, like pre-rinsing, cleaning and rinsing, the rinsing time is extended, the higher the measured temperature.
When using a hot water connection increases by the initial temperature in the dishwasher every time the water is changed up to a maximum of the water inlet temperature. Becomes not with the second water change for the cleaning rinse cycle at least the specified temperature, e.g. Reached 50 ° C, see above can add more water or even change the water again be carried out until the specified temperature is reached. Only then will the actual cleaning process started with the dosage of the cleaner.
Should the desired water temperature also be achieved by If the water change cannot be reached, the device heating can to be switched. With complex program control for example, the increase in temperature per Unit of time can be measured and depends on the speed the temperature increase the connection of the device heating to be controlled. From a slow increase in temperature e.g. be concluded that the desired temperature cannot be reached is or can only be reached after too much hot water has been consumed is, so that it would be cheaper to switch on the device heating. Due to the possibility of switching on the device heating can also be avoided that e.g. Water with a Temperature of already e.g. 48 ° C is pumped out again.
When changing the water for rinsing is also dependent the water temperature water decreased or an additional Water change carried out for rinsing until about 60 ° C are reached. Only then is the rinse aid dispensed.
