Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé, un système et un support pouvant être lu par ordinateur permettant de générer une liste de commissions personnalisée. Le procédé consiste à recevoir, de manière électronique, un identificateur de client et un identificateur de produit associé, dans un ordinateur associé à un magasin de détail, et à générer, au moyen de l'ordinateur, une liste de commissions personnalisée comprenant un produit associé à l'identificateur de produit et fondée sur l'identificateur de client. La liste de commissions personnalisée est ensuite remise à un client associé à l'identificateur de client dans le magasin de détail. La liste de commissions personnalisée peut être remise au client sous la forme d'une liste imprimée ou sous la forme d'une copie électronique de la liste personnalisée et peut être stockée selon des critères de stockage sélectionnés par le client. La liste peut également être accompagnée d'incitations à l'achat et de publicités.
