Description

The present invention relates to a device for cleaning and degreasing continuously, without manual intervention, the circuits and ducts of ventilation and extraction of stale air by cooking then sucked from kitchen hoods, as well as all ducts or ducts likely to be fouled with organic matter. It also helps neutralize odors at the outer (or inner) outlet of the extraction and ventilation ducts kitchen or any other air outlet or smelly gaseous body.

The device according to the invention consists in creating an extremely fine water mist to which is mixed, in varying proportions, a product or products containing mainly bacteria and enzymes selected for biodegradation and digestion of fats and organic matter, thus preserving the continual cleanliness of ducts and ducts while contributing to the elimination of odors by avoiding deposits of grease inside these ducts, ducts, and any other places likely to be dirty (extraction engines etc); essential oils and natural essences for neutralize odors as well as any other product that can contribute to the improvement of health or hygiene.

Un tel dispositif est exposé dans DE-A-19626898.Current techniques used to degrease and clean the inside of ducts Baking extraction and ventilation are essentially manual or mechanical. They are extremely heavy, expensive and inconvenient because they require a stop the operation of the kitchen or other industrial functions during the time necessary for these cleanings. Such a device is disclosed in DE-A-19626898.

The configuration of the ducts, their path in places very often inaccessible and can have significant lengths make it virtually impossible to clean them, as much as it is almost always impossible to do some checks, both to assess the fouling and to check the action of the traditional cleaning.

The possibility to do it by remote controlled robots inside the ducts with television, cleaning devices and caterpillars for advancing inside clogged ducts, is under study, the prototypes reaching prices of uses that are totally impossible to consider in commercial operation.

Current techniques used to eliminate odors are also heavy, expensive, inconvenient, cumbersome, sometimes dangerous to implement and exploit (activated carbon, ozone, air wash, pyrolysis ...).
The object of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages for the safety of the environment and hygiene, both inside and for the neighborhood. It is characterized by different associated technologies:
  • creation of a machine whose function is to mix the water and the products in determined dosages, to put this mixture in high pressure while heating it, to diffuse the mixture in the form of fog, often the finest possible to the inside of the extraction ducts, or of different sizes according to the specificities of the operation to be carried out.
  • water treatment by acting on the crystals of calcium carbonate and magnesium, microorganisms, the various minerals contained in the water so that the contact at the molecular level of the product and water transformed into extremely fine fog is accelerated and is done as quickly as possible by being conveyed and distributed homogeneously over the entire length of the ducts and surfaces to be treated.
  • selection of emulsifying and / or biodegradable biological products as well as essential oils, natural essences, sanitizing and other products having beneficial effects for the neutralization of odors, health, hygiene and various other applications.

Figure 2 - Sans réservoir d'alimentation en mélange.
The attached block diagrams illustrate the invention with reference to the various principles enumerated above.
Figure 1 - With mixing feed tank.
Figure 2 - Without mixing feed tank.

The machine (figure 1/2) is composed of mixing devices of the water of the network with the selected product mixed in a tank (9) by metering pumps (2) proportional, peristaltic or by venturi system. Their number will vary according to the specificity of the place to be treated (from 1 to 3 in general) a variant of the machine (figure 2/2) is to make the mixture directly in the arrival of the water hose which directly feeds the high pressure pump (without tank) .The pump (3) and fed will put the mixture under pressure (between 25 and 100 bar depending on the needs specific) and convey it by means of high-pressure hoses (4) on a nozzle or several special nozzles (5) which will be adapted to the specific needs of the installation to be treated and will vary by their number, their flow / time (also function of the pressure used), and the size of the droplets produced (from 2 to 15 microns to 50 -100 microns). Pressurizing the water will raise its temperature, favoring the awakening of the bacteria due to the use by the nozzles (5) of a flow less than that discharged by the pump (3) and which will be done by recycling the unused water in the tank by keeping the mixture at the waking temperature of the bacteria.

The high pressure hoses (4) will allow the most sinuous paths, without limit of distance to position at the most suitable place the nozzles (5) whose number and choice will be determined by the power, the volume of extraction, routing and length of ducts. A programmable control unit (6) allows, by a system of solenoid valves and timer containing several circuits, all the possibilities of adjustments:
  • Percent dilution of product in water by controlling the metering pump (s).
  • Clocks 7 days out of 7, 24 hours a day make it possible to program the operation of the machine and its various circuits at the selected times.
  • Adaptation of the operation of the nozzle supply circuits (5) according to the periods when the process needs more power.

All these elements are enclosed in a protection and security cabinet.

The purpose of the water treatment device (1) is to obtain water favorable to the contact of the active components of the product with water, the transformation of the mix in fog, then evenly distribute these same components active to grease and other organic matter all along ducts as well as to air flawed. For this we will use a process that will act on calcium carbonates or of magnesium in the water, by producing subnanic calcium forms supersaturation of calcium ions. These forms will achieve an expanded crystal substrate flake type very numerous and very light octagonal shape serving as a basis for effectively convey the neutralizing elements, bacteria and enzymes, increasing the contact surfaces. This is equivalent to delaying the speed of propagation of the water vapor conveyed by the extraction of air containing the active products and their give more contact time with the air and the materials to be treated. This phenomenon is amplified by decreasing the density of bodies giving even more possibilities of contact both in the air conveyed and swirling that to be distributed on the surfaces inner sheaths. This is achieved by passing the water through cartridges containing 2 materials of opposite signs creating an electromagnetic field (iron and catalyzed manganese).

The selection of biological active products, essential oils, essences natural (or other according to applications requested) is done for their ability to biodegradation of fats, digestion of fats and organic matter, neutralization of odors, aseptic of the medium by natural effect (essential oils)

The process will also allow the dispersion of products beneficial to health and hygiene in indoor ventilation systems. The development of the products of the biotechnology ensures a constant evolution in the ability to adapt our selection to the specificities of the problems to be treated.
