Description

PROCEDE DE NETTOYAGE ET DE DEGRAISSAGE EN CONTENU DES CIRCUITS D'EXTRACTION DE CUISINES ET DE NEUTRALISATION DES ODEURS EN SORTIE EXTERIEURE DES GAINESMETHOD FOR CLEANING AND DEGREASING THE CONTENT OF CIRCUITS FOR EXTRACTING KITCHENS AND FOR NEUTRALIZING ODORS AT THE OUTSIDE OF THE DUCTS
The present invention relates to a device for continuously cleaning and degreasing, without manual intervention, the circuits and ducts for ventilation and extraction of stale air by cooking and then sucked out from kitchen hoods, as well as any ducts or ducts susceptible to be clogged with organic matter. It also makes it possible to neutralize odors at the exterior (or interior) outlet of kitchen extraction and ventilation ducts or any other outlet of air or smelly gaseous bodies.
The device according to the invention consists in creating an extremely fine water mist with which is mixed, in variable proportions, a product or products containing mainly bacteria and enzymes selected for the biodegradation and digestion of fats and organic materials, preserving thus the continuous cleanliness of the sheaths and conduits while contributing to the elimination of odors by avoiding the deposits of grease inside these conduits, sheaths, and all other places likely to be clogged (extraction engines etc); essential oils and natural essences to neutralize odors as well as any other product which can contribute to the improvement of health or hygiene.
The current techniques used to degrease and clean the interior of the extraction and cooking ventilation ducts are essentially manual or mechanical. They are extremely heavy, expensive and inconvenient because they require the kitchen or other industrial functions to stop operating for the time necessary for these cleanings.
The configuration of the ducts, their routing in places very often inaccessible and which can have significant lengths make it practically impossible to clean them, as much as it is almost always also impossible to make some checks, both to assess fouling only to verify the action of the traditional cleaning.
Elle se caractérise par différentes technologies associées :The possibility of doing this by remote-controlled robots inside the ducts with television, cleaning devices and tracks to advance inside dirty ducts is being studied, the prototypes reaching usage prices which are completely impossible to consider in commercial operation. 0 The current techniques used for eliminating odors are also cumbersome, expensive, inconvenient, cumbersome, and sometimes dangerous to implement and operate (activated carbon, ozone, air washing, pyrolysis ...). The object of the invention is to remedy these safety disadvantages for the environment and hygiene, both indoors and in the neighborhood. It is characterized by different associated technologies:
- création d'une machine qui a pour fonction de mélanger l'eau et les produits en dosages déterminés, de mettre ce mélange en haute pression tout en le chauffant, de diffuser le mélange sous forme de brouillard, souvent le plus fin possible à l'intérieur des gaines d'extraction, ou de grosseurs différentes suivant les spécificités de l'opération à réaliser.- creation of a machine which has the function of mixing water and products in determined dosages, putting this mixture at high pressure while heating it, diffusing the mixture in the form of a mist, often as fine as possible. inside the extraction ducts, or of different sizes depending on the specifics of the operation to be performed.
- traitement de l'eau en agissant sur les cristaux de carbonate de calcium et de magnésium, les micro- organismes, les différents minéraux contenus dans l'eau afin que le contact au niveau moléculaire du produit et de l'eau transformés en brouillard extrêmement fin soit accéléré et se fasse le plus rapidement possible en étant véhiculé et réparti de manière homogène sur toute la longueur des gaines et surfaces à traiter.- water treatment by acting on the crystals of calcium carbonate and magnesium, microorganisms, the various minerals contained in the water so that the contact at the molecular level of the product and of the water transformed into extremely mist end is accelerated and is done as quickly as possible by being conveyed and distributed uniformly over the entire length of the sheaths and surfaces to be treated.
Figure 1 - Avec réservoir d'alimentation en mélange. Figure 2 - Sans réservoir d'alimentation en mélange.- selection of organic emulsifying and / or biodegrading products as well as essential oils, natural essences, sanitizing products and others having beneficial effects for neutralizing odors, health, hygiene and various other applications. The attached diagrams illustrate the invention with reference to the various principles listed above. Figure 1 - With mixing supply tank. Figure 2 - Without mixing supply tank.
The machine (figure 1/2) is composed of devices for mixing water from the urban network with the selected product mixed in a tank (9) by proportional, peristaltic dosing pumps (2) or by venturi system. Their number will vary according to the specificity of the place to be treated (from 1 to 3 in general) a variant of the machine (Figure 2/2) is to mix directly in the inlet of the water pipe which feeds directly the high pressure pump (without reservoir). The pump (3) thus supplied will put the mixture under pressure (between 25 and 100 bars according to specific needs) and convey it via high pressure hoses (4) on a nozzle or several special nozzles (5) which will be adapted to the specific needs of the installation to be treated and will vary by their number, their flow / hour (also depending on the pressure used), and the size of the droplets produced (from 2 to 15 microns up to 50 - 100 microns). The pressurization of the water will raise its temperature, promoting the awakening of bacteria due to the use by the nozzles (5) of a lower flow rate than that driven back by the pump (3) and which will be done by recycling the unused water in the tank while maintaining the mixture at the bacteria awakening temperature.
Une unité de commande programmable (6) permet, par un système d'électrovannes et de temporisation contenant plusieurs circuits, toutes les possibilités de réglages :The high pressure hoses (4) will allow the most winding paths, without limit of distance allowing to position in the most suitable place the nozzles (5) whose number and choice will be determined by the power, the volume of extraction, routing and length of the sheaths. A programmable control unit (6) allows, by a system of solenoid valves and timing containing several circuits, all the possibilities of adjustments:
- Pourcentage de dilution du produit dans l'eau en commandant la, ou les pompes doseuses.- Percentage of dilution of the product in water by controlling the, or the metering pumps.
- Horloges 7 jours sur 7, 24 h sur 24 permettent de programmer le fonctionnement de la machine et de ses différents circuits aux horaires sélectionnés.- Clocks 7 days a week, 24 hours a day allow you to program the operation of the machine and its various circuits at the selected times.
Tous ces éléments sont enfermés dans une armoire de protection et de sécurité.- Adaptation of the operation of the nozzle supply circuits (5) according to the periods when the process needs more power. All these elements are enclosed in a protection and security cabinet.
The purpose of the feed water treatment device (1) is to obtain a water favorable to the contact of the active components of the product with water, to the transformation of the mixture into a mist, then to distribute these homogeneously. same active components to grease and other organic matter along the sheaths as well as to stale air. For this we will use a process which will act on the calcium or magnesium carbonates contained in the water, by producing subnanic calcium forms by supersaturation of calcium ions. These forms will make a substrate of expanded crystals of the snowflake type very numerous and very light in octagonal shape serving as a base to efficiently transport the neutralizing elements, the bacteria and enzymes, by increasing the contact surfaces. This is equivalent to delaying the speed of propagation of the water vapor conveyed by the extraction of air containing the active products and giving them more contact time with the air and the materials to be treated. This phenomenon is amplified by the decrease in the density of the bodies giving even more possibilities of contact both in the conveyed and swirling air than to be distributed on the interior surfaces of the sheaths. This is achieved by passing the water through cartridges containing 2 materials of opposite signs creating an electromagnetic field (catalyzed iron and manganese). The selection of organic active products, essential oils, natural essences (or others depending on the applications requested) is done for their capacities of biodegradation of fats, digestion of fats and organic matter, neutralization of odors, sanitization of the medium by effect natural (essential oils)
The process will also allow the dispersion of products beneficial to health and hygiene in the interior ventilation circuits. The development of biotechnology products ensures us a constant evolution in the possibility of adapting our selection to the specificities of the problems to be treated.
