Simultaneously, the upper cover 9 is locked onto the base body 6, so that no unintentional or unauthorised opening of the plug connector is possible.

Claims (9)
- Connecteur à fiche (1) pour systèmes de coussin gonflable ou similaires, équipé d'un boîtier (2) qui a une partie prise (3) et un réceptacle (4) pour au moins un élément électronique (5), et un corps de base (6), caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (6) comprend un assemblage d'éléments conducteurs et d'éléments électroniques sur ses deux faces, supérieure et inférieure, et des ouvertures de traversée (7) pour la connexion des éléments conducteurs (8) avec ledit au moins un élément électronique (5).
- Connecteur à fiche selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (2) est plat verticalement par rapport au sens d'insertion, avec un capot inférieur (10) qui est verrouillable sur les côtés du corps de base (6) au moyen d'éléments de verrouillage (11), auquel un capot supérieur (9) peut être verrouillé.
- Connecteur à fiche selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (6) a un réceptacle (12), qui est ouvert sur sa partie inférieure pour recevoir un élément électronique (5), dont les fils de connexion (1-3) sont soudés dans les ouvertures (7) aux éléments conducteurs (8) qui sont passés à travers lesdites ouvertures et sont disposés sur la face supérieure du corps de base (6).
- Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments conducteurs (8) et les éléments de contact (14) sont intégralement formés à partir de feuille
d'acier, et les pattes de connexion (15) ne sont séparées qu'après leur incorporation dans le corps de base (6). - Connecteur à fiche selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (4) sépare les éléments conducteurs (8) du composant électronique (5).
- Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le capot supérieur (9) recouvre totalement le corps de base (6) du boîtier (2) et a des creux (16) pour le passage de bras (17), d'un verrou secondaire (18), ce verrou secondaire (18) en position verrouillée bloquant simultanément les capots du boîtier (9, 10) en position fermée.
- Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (12) pour l'élément électronique (5) sur la face supérieure du corps de base (6), a une forme sensiblement semi cylindrique, dont l'axe central croise l'axe du câble de connexion, et est disposé entre les extrémités de connexion du câble (19) et les extrémités des éléments conducteurs (8) sur le côté du connecteur.
- Connecteur à fiche selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les éléments conducteurs (8) sont des bandes de feuille d'acier qui sont amenées sur la surface du corps de base dans le réceptacle (4).
- Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le composant électronique (5) est une bobine d'arrêt à noyau de ferrite.
