Claims (9)

  1. Ein Steckverbinder (1) für Airbag Systeme und Ähnliches, mit einem Gehäuse (2), welches einen Anschlussabschnitt (3) und eine Aufnahme (4) für zumindest ein elektronisches Element (5) und einen Grundkörper (6) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (6) eine Anordnung sowohl an seiner unteren Seite, als auch an seiner oberen Seite von leitfähigen Elementen und elektronischen Elementen und Durchführungsöffnungen (7) zur Verbindung der leitfähigen Elemente (8) mit dem zumindest einen elektronischen Element (5) umfasst.
  2. Ein Steckverbinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) vertikal flach in Einfuhrrichtung ist, mit einer unteren Abdeckung (10), die mittels Sicherungselementen (11), an denen eine obere Abdeckung (9) festgelegt werden kann, festlegbar an den Seiten des Grundkörpers (6) ist.
  3. Ein Steckverbinder gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (6) eine Aufnahme (12) aufweist, die am Boden offen ist, um ein elektronisches Element (5) aufzunehmen, dessen Anschlusskabel (13) in den Öffnungen (7) zu den leitfähigen Elementen (8), die durch die Öffnungen geleitet werden und an der oberen Fläche des Grundkörpers (6) angeordnet sind, angelötet sind.
  4. Ein Steckverbinder gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die leitfähigen Elemente (8) und die Kontaktelemente (14) integral aus einem Stahlblech ausgebildet sind und die Verbindungsframes (15) sich nur nach ihrer Aufnahme in den Grundkörper (6) aufteilen.
  5. Ein Steckverbinder gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (4) die leitfähigen Elemente (8) von den elektronischen Komponenten (5) trennt.
  6. Ein Steckverbinder gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Abdeckung (9) den Grundkörper (6) des Gehäuses (2) komplett abdeckt und Aussparungen (16) zum Durchführen der Arme (17) einer Sekundärverriegelung (18) aufweist, wobei eine Sekundärverriegelung (18) in Verriegelungsposition gleichzeitig die Gehäuseabdeckungen (9, 10) in geschlossener Position sichert.
  7. Ein Steckverbinder gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (12) für das elektronische Element (5) an der oberen Fläche des Grundkörpers (6) eine im Wesentlichen halbzylindrische Form aufweist, deren Mittelachse die Achse der Verbindungskabel kreuzt und die angeordnet ist zwischen den Kabelverbindungsenden (19) und den Enden der leitfähigen Elemente (8) an der Verbinderseite.
  8. Ein Steckverbinder gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitelemente Streifen aus Stahlblech sind, die an der Oberfläche des Grundkörpers in der Aufnahme (4) geführt sind.
  9. Ein Steckverbinder gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Komponente (5) eine Drosselspule mit einem Eisenkern ist.
