- Einstellen der bestimmten Luftzahl über Einstellen der dem Gasbrenner bei konstanter Zufuhr der eingestellten Luftmenge zugeführten Brenngasmenge, indem zu Beginn eines ersten Zündversuches des Brenngas-Luft-Gemisches die Zusammensetzung desselben unterhalb der unteren Zündgrenze liegt, anschließend die zugeführte Brenngasmenge kontinuierlich und/oder schrittweise für weitere Zündversuche bis zu einer erfolgreichen Zündung, also bis zum Zündpunkt, erhöht wird, die am Zündpunkt des Brenngas-Luft-Gemisches zugeführte Brenngasmenge erfaßt wird, aus der erfaßten zugeführten Brenngasmenge der Heizwert des Brenngases hergeleitet wird und über den hergeleiteten Heizwert die für eine vollständige Verbrennung notwendige Brenngasmenge eingestellt wird.

Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Leistungseinstellung eines gasbetriebenen Gargeräts durch Einstellung einer vollständigen Verbrennung eines einem Gasbrenner des Gargerätes zugeführten Brenngas-Luft-Gemisches mit folgenden Schritten:Bestimmen einer von dem Gasbrenner abzugebenden Heizleistung und der für eine vollständige Verbrennung notwendigen Luftzahl,Einstellen der dem Gasbrenner zugeführten Luftmenge in Abhängigkeit von der bestimmten Heizleistung und der bestimmten Luftzahl, undEinstellen der bestimmten Luftzahl über Einstellen der dem Gasbrenner bei konstanter Zufuhr der eingestellten Luftmenge zugeführten Brenngasmenge, indem zu Beginn eines ersten Zündversuches des Brenngas-Luft-Gemisches die Zusammensetzung desselben unterhalb der unteren Zündgrenze liegt, anschließend die zugeführte Brenngasmenge kontinuierlich und/oder schrittweise für weitere Zündversuche bis zu einer erfolgreichen Zündung, also bis zum Zündpunkt, erhöht wird, die am Zündpunkt des Brenngas-Luft-Gemisches zugeführte Brenngasmenge erfaßt wird, aus der erfaßten zugeführten Brenngasmenge der Heizwert des Brenngases hergeleitet wird und über den hergeleiteten Heizwert die für eine vollständige Verbrennung notwendige Brenngasmenge eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Zündversuchen die Brenngaszufuhr unterbrochen wird und der Gasbrennerausgang mit Luft gespült wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der bestimmte Heizwert durch Messung zumindest einer für die Verbrennung des Brenngas-Luft-Gemisches charakteristischen ersten Temperatur, vorzugsweise der Flammentemperatur, am Zündpunkt und/oder durch Messung der Änderung der ersten Temperatur bei Erhöhung der Gaszufuhrmenge über zumindest einen ersten Sensor korrigiert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Messungen der ersten Temperatur die Brenngaszufuhr unterbrochen wird, und der Bereich des ersten Sensors mit Luft gespült und im wesentlichen auf Zimmertemperatur abgekühlt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der bestimmte Heizwert durch Messung zumindest einer zweiten für eine Aufwärmung des Gargerätes charakteristischen Temperatur über zumindest einen zweiten Sensor korrigiert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der bestimmte Heizwert durch Messung der Qualität der Verbrennung des Brenngas-Luft-Gemisches über zumindest einen dritten Sensor, wie in Form einer Sonde, im Abgasweg des Gasbrenners zur Erfassung zumindest einer für die Verbrennung charakteristischen Abgaskomponente korrigiert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zur Änderung der Heizleistung, insbesondere während des Betriebes des Gargerätes, die dem Gasbrenner zugeführte Luftmenge, vorzugsweise ohne Unterbrechnung der Luftzuführ, angepaßt wird und die dem Gasbrenner zugeführte Brenngasmenge in Abhängigkeit von dem bestimmten Heizwert des Brenngases zur Einstellung der gewünschten Luftzahl, vorzugsweise ohne Unterbrechung der Brenngaszufuhr, angepaßt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der bestimmte Heizwert abgespeichert wird und zur Einstellung einer vollständigen Verbrennung herangezogen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in bestimmten Gargerätzuständen, vorzugsweise nach Trennung des Gargerätes von einer Brenngas- und/oder einer Energieversorgung, nach Überschreitung einer vorgegebenen Betriebszeit, nach Überschreitung einer vorgegebenen Auszeit und/oder dergleichen, vorzugsweise nach Bestätigung durch einen Benutzer, eine Neubestimmung des Heizwertes durchgeführt wird. - Gargerät (1) zur Nutzung eines Verfahrens nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Garraum (3), der über den Gasbrenner (11) beheizbar ist, wobei der Gasbrenner (11) eine Brenngaszufuhr (21) mit einem ersten Ventil (23), eine Luftzufuhr (15) mit einem Gebläse (17) und/oder einem zweiten Ventil (19), eine Zündeinrichtung (27) und eine Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung (35) in Wirkverbindung mit dem ersten Ventil (23), dem zweiten Ventil (19), dem Gebläse (17) und der Zündeinrichtung (27) umfaßt.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 10, gekennzeichnet durch
einen ersten Temperatursensor (29) am Ausgang des Gasbrenners (11), vorzugsweise im Flammenbereich des Gasbrenners (11), einen zweiten Temperatursensor (31) im Garraum (3) und/oder einen Abgassensor (33) im Abgasweg des Gasbrenners (11), vorzugsweise im Abzug (13) des Gargeräts (1), wobei der erste Temperatursensor (29), der zweite Temperatursensor (31) und/oder der Abgassensor (33) in Wirkverbindung mit der Steuerund/oder Regeleinrichtung (35) steht bzw. stehen. - Gargerät nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, gekennzeichnet durch
eine Anzeigeeinheit und/oder eine Eingabeeinheit in Wirkverbindung mit der Steuerund/oder Regeleinrichtung (35). - Gargerät nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch
zumindest eine erste Einrichtung (37) zur Erkennung einer Trennung des Gargeräts (1) von einer Brenngas- (21) und/oder Energieversorgung und/oder eine zweite Einrichtung zur Bestimmung der Betriebszeit und/oder der Auszeit des Gargeräts (1) in Wirkverbindung mit der Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung (35).
