Definitions
- the invention relates to a carrier for a guide vane and a Heat shield for a blade in a thermal turbo machine like for example in a turbine part or compressor of a gas turbine Achievement of a minimal radial blade clearance.
- thermal turbomachinery there is between the rotating blades and the stationary housing and between the guide vanes and the rotor radial blade clearance, which is caused by mechanical and thermal movements of the various machine parts is determined.
- various operating states such as the Starting and stopping, with constant power operation and with load changes different blade play, because the blades, the housing and the Expand and contract the rotor at different speeds.
- Shovel clearance made big enough to touch and one The result is to prevent damage to the machine parts in every operating case in certain operating conditions an undesirably large blade clearance, the a reduction in the performance of a gas turbine or the surge limit of one Compressor brings about.
- a heat accumulation segment in one Gas turbine described, the radially opposite the blade tips on stationary housing is attached.
- a heat accumulation segment consists of a substrate with an abradable layer. It is using rails hook-shaped cross-section, on both sides and in the middle of the Heat accumulation segments on a carrier unit on the housing of the turbomachine attached radially and axially, the hooks in recesses in the carrier unit are arranged.
- a segmented, resilient band also extends between the hooks on both sides of the heat accumulation segment. The tape enables in particular a resilient attachment of the heat accumulation segment to the Carrier unit, which causes thermal expansion and deformation of the Heat accumulation segment and the carrier unit are added.
- the heat accumulation segment allows, with the rail in the middle of the heat accumulation segment a radial prevents inward movement. This also ensures segmented band a seal through which an outflow of a coolant the space between the heat accumulation segment and the segmented band is prevented. Finally, the heat accumulation segment has an abradable one Layer to minimize blade clearance.
- a disadvantage of the heat accumulation segment or heat shield of the prior art explained here is, on the one hand, the abradable layers.
- the abraded material remains inside the machine housing in the form of particles and can cause damage to the surfaces and clogging of the cooling channels.
- the shovel clearance created in this way is not necessarily optimally small.
- the rotor expands first, while the casing of the turbomachine expands more slowly. If the abradable layers are rubbed off during start-up, the blade clearance is increased again by the expansion of the housing and is not necessarily minimal during steady state operation.
- only the rotor blade clearance is regulated by heat accumulation segments of this type and by their individual attachment to the housing of the turbomachine, while the guide blade clearance must be adjusted with a separate construction.
- the object of the invention is given for a thermal turbomachine a carrier for guide vanes and a radially opposite the blade tips to create arranged heat accumulation segment, through which a minimal, radial Clearance between the tips of the guide vanes and the rotor and between the Tips of the blades and the heat accumulation segment is reached, whereby maintain this minimal blade play in as many operating states as possible should stay.
- damage caused by material of abradable Layers are avoided.
- the manufacturing costs and The service life of the components can be kept at least the same or reduced.
- the seal between the heat accumulation segment and the housing should also be used be improved.
- a thermal turbomachine with a rotor, rotor blades, a stationary housing and guide blades has a guide blade carrier which is fastened to the housing of the turbomachine.
- the guide vane carrier has a guide vane platform to which one or more guide vanes are attached.
- Heat accumulation segments are arranged radially opposite the tips of the rotor blades.
- an entire axially adjacent heat accumulation segment or part of both axially adjacent heat accumulation segments is part of the guide vane platform.
- at least two struts each extend from the guide vane platform at an angle to the guide vane platform, partly radially outwards, up to a band.
- the struts each extend from the guide vane platform in different directions from one another in the manner of open scissors to the band.
- the radially outer ends of the struts are connected by the band, the band being attached to the stationary housing.
- the guide vane platform and the struts made of a first material with a high coefficient of expansion, the band consisting of a second material whose coefficient of expansion is lower compared to the first material.
- the guide vane carrier with heat accumulation segment owns thanks to the choice of materials for the band on the one hand and for the struts and the integrated guide vane platform, on the other hand, a thermal behavior through which during the different operating states of the turbomachine minimal paddle clearance results. Because the coefficient of expansion of the tape is lower compared to that of the material of the struts and Guide vane platform, the band expands less quickly than the struts.
- the Striving causes a movement similar to the closing of scissors, whereby the guide vane platform together with the heat accumulation segment radially backwards moved inside. This results after the machine has started up and a minimal bucket clearance during continuous load operation and thereby improved turbine or compressor efficiency.
- struts differ so that the struts are similar to opening scissors move and the guide vane and the heat accumulation segment themselves move away from the rotor so that the blade tips do not touch becomes.
- the a reduced vane guide vane carrier according to the invention Scoop clearance achieved without the use of abradable layers, so damage caused by abraded material can be avoided.
- the guide vane carrier according to the invention with an integrated heat accumulation segment provides the advantage of a more stable construction. Because of that necessary smaller number of components is also a simplified suspension on allows stationary housing that takes up less space. Result from this ultimately also reduced costs.
- the heat accumulation segment is part of the Vane platform.
- the guide vane platform formed together with the heat accumulation segment as a single component, or in a second case, the guide vane platform together with a carrier for the Heat accumulation segment designed as a single component. In the latter case it is Heat accumulation segment attached to the carrier.
- the heat accumulation segment integrated guide vane platform in both of these cases.
- a first embodiment extend from that with the Heat deflector segment integrated guide vane platform three struts each Band down, with the middle strut of the three struts extending at a first angle extends to the band and the two outer struts parallel to each other in an angle in the opposite direction to the middle strut towards the belt extend so that the three struts have a V-shaped or X-shaped arrangement form.
- two struts extend from the Guide vane platform to the band, each at an angle to the platform are arranged so that they are scissors-like X-shaped or V-shaped Form an arrangement.
- the struts extend from the vane platform in a scissor-like arrangement by moving in an angle from the vane platform partly axially, partly radially outwards lead to the tape.
- the "open scissors” is then on one level parallel to the rotor axis or in a plane that leads through the rotor axis.
- the struts and the band are formed continuously over the length of the guide vane platform in the circumferential direction.
- the struts are designed with arcuate cutouts in order to relieve the thermal load on the guide vane carrier.
- the struts with the band arranged above them are arranged in the circumferential direction on the guide vane platform in several individual sections.
- the struts extend from the Guide vane platform each at an angle partly in the circumferential direction, partly radially outwards in a scissor-like arrangement towards the belt.

Abstract
