- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'une autre partie du mécanisme de la serrure, plus particulièrement un système de double fouillot ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective de cette même partie du mécanisme, les pièces étant assemblées; et
- les figures 5 à 7 sont des vues partielles en perspective de l'intérieur de la serrure, représentant notamment des éléments omis à la figure 1 et illustrant le fonctionnement.
Claims (15)
- Serrure à montage universel dite "sans main" comprenant, dans un boítier un pêne biseauté et un système de blocage dudit pêne, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte deux fouillots (511a, 511b) coaxiaux et indépendants l'un de l'autre entre lesquels est agencé un levier de manoeuvre rotatif (525) apte à actionner ledit système de blocage et en ce que chaque fouillot coopère avec ledit levier par des mécanismes de couplage sélectifs (514a, 514b) respectifs, eux-mêmes actionnés par des cames (516a, 516b - 518a, 518b) respectives.
- Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une première came (516a, 516b) positionnable installée pour commander un tel mécanisme de couplage (514a, 514b) agencé entre chaque fouillot et ledit levier de manoeuvre, afin d'adapter la serrure au sens d'ouverture d'une porte.
- Serrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une seconde came (518a, 518b) installée pour commander un tel mécanisme de couplage agencé entre chaque fouillot (511a, 511b) et ledit levier de manoeuvre, chaque seconde came étant liée à une pièce de transmission (538), mobile à l'intérieur du boítier de ladite serrure et agencée pour être soumise à l'action d'un cylindre de clé.
- Serrure selon l'ensemble des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdites premières et secondes cames sont montées coaxialement sur un tourillon commun (536) monté rotatif entre deux parois parallèles dudit boítier.
- Serrure selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les deux dites premières cames (516a, 516b) sont solidaires en rotation dudit tourillon et décalées angulairement l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Serrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit tourillon (536) comporte des méplats ou analogues avec lesquels coopère un ressort de positionnement (543) pour définir deux positions stables dudit tourillon et desdites premières cames, une telle première came étant en position d'actionner le mécanisme de couplage qui lui correspond pour l'une desdites positions stables dudit tourillon, respectivement.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les deux dites secondes cames (518a, 518b) sont montées en rotation libre sur ledit tourillon, en ce qu'elles sont parallèles entre elles et en ce que chaque seconde came est munie d'un bras (548) en prise avec ladite pièce de transmission (538).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit tourillon (536) comporte un moyen de manoeuvre (544) permettant de le placer dans l'une ou l'autre desdites positions stables.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un mécanisme de couplage (514a, 514b) précité, agencé entre chaque fouillot et ledit levier de manoeuvre comprend un cliquet (532a, 532b) articulé audit levier de manoeuvre du côté du fouillot correspondant et une dent (534a, 534b) définie à la périphérie dudit fouillot.
- Serrure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que lesdites première et seconde cames correspondant à un même mécanisme de couplage (514a, 514b) sont montées côte à côte sur ledit tourillon (536) et coopèrent avec un même cliquet.
- Serrure selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur dudit cliquet (532) est sensiblement égale à la somme des épaisseurs des première et seconde cames correspondantes.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisée en ce que lesdites premières et secondes cames sont pourvues d'excentriques d'actionnement conformés pour repousser un cliquet correspondant vers la dent du fouillot avec lequel il coopère.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 3 à 12, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une pièce de verrouillage (550) pour maintenir ladite pièce de transmission dans une position pour laquelle lesdites secondes cames ne peuvent interagir avec lesdits mécanismes de couplage sélectifs.
- Serrure selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ladite pièce de verrouillage (550) comprend un élément en forme de portion de disque, monté rotatif dans ledit boítier, muni d'une échancrure (555), en ce qu'un ressort (553) sollicite cet élément dans un sens de rotation prédéterminé et en ce qu'une patte (552) de ladite pièce de transmission est susceptible de coopérer avec ladite pièce de verrouillage, cette dernière pivotant lorsque ladite patte se dégage de ladite échancrure pour stabiliser ladite pièce de transmission (538) dans ladite position pour laquelle lesdites secondes cames ne peuvent interagir avec les mécanismes de couplage sélectifs.
- Serrure selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un coulisseau de déverrouillage (557) installé dans ledit boítier pour pouvoir être déplacé sous la commande dudit cylindre de clé, et en ce que ce coulisseau comporte une butée (559) susceptible d'entrer en contact avec un ergot (556) de ladite pièce de verrouillage pour la faire tourner dans le sens opposé à celui qui est déterminé par la sollicitation dudit ressort.
