Claims (9)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder (10), insbesondere für die Sensortechnik, mit einem Kontaktträger (11) aus Isolierstoff, mit Kontaktkanälen (17) zur Aufnahme einzelner Kontakte (16), ferner mit einem mit dem Kontaktträger (11) verbundenen Griffkörper (13) sowie einer mit elektrischen Bauelementen, insbesondere LED (23), bestückten Leiterplatine (22) mit Platinendurchbrüchen (24) zur Kontaktierung mit den Kontakten (16) einerseits, die andererseits mit jeweils einer Ader (14) einer elektrischen Anschlussleitung (15) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Kontaktträger (11) oder im Griffkörper (13) eine Aufnahme (25) für die Leiterplatine (22) ausgebildet ist, in deren positionsgerechter Lage die Platinendurchbrüche (24) mit den Kontaktkanälen (17) fluchten, dass die Adern (14) auf der den Kontaktkanälen (17) abgewandten Seite der Leiterplatine (22) verlaufen und dass jeder Kontakt (11) rückwärtig einen die Platinendurchbrüche (24) durchgreifenden Abschnitt (26) aufweist, dessen Ende als Spitze (31) zum Eindringen in eine Litze der Ader (14) ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Platinendurchbrüche (24) durchkontaktiert sind, um mit den sie durchgreifenden Abschnitten der Kontakte (16) eine elektrisch leitende Verbindung einzugehen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Platinendurchbrüche (24) durchgreifenden Abschnitte der Kontakte (16) mit einer elastischen Einpresszone (28) ausgerüstet sind, über die die Kontakte (16) mit der Laibung der Platinendurchbrüche (24) eine kraft- bzw. klemmschlüssige Verbindung eingehen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffkörper (13) einstückig-stoffschlüssiger Bestandteil des Kontaktträgers (11) ist und Kanäle (34) zum Einstecken von Adern (isolierter Litzen) (14) der Anschlussleitung (15) aufweist, die die Kontaktkanäle (17) im Kontaktträger (11) queren.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffkörper (13) einen großquerschnittigen Hohlraum (19) umfasst mit zu den Aderkanälen (34) führenden Leitereinführ-Schrägflächen (20).
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontakte (16) von einer unwirksamen Stellung innerhalb des Kontaktkanals (17) in eine Kontaktstellung verschiebbar sind, in der sich die Eindringspitze (31) in der im Aderkanal (34) bereitgehaltenen Litze (14) befindet.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Umspritzung (21) aus thermoplastischem Material, das den Kontaktträger (11), den Griffkörper (13), die Leiterplatine (22) und die Adern (14) zumindest teilweise umgibt sowie relativ zueinander fixiert.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermoplastische Material der Umspritzung (21) transparente bzw. transluzente Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umspritzung (21) zugleich die Anschlussleitung (15), auch im Sinne einer Zugentlastung, an dem Griffkörper (13) fixiert.
