Claims (9)
- Système de réservoir et d'applicateur apte à contenir une composition du type composition cosmétique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément unique (10) en matériau compressible dans lequel est ménagée une cavité (12) formant réservoir apte à recevoir ladite composition, ledit élément unique (10) présentant une première extrémité (14) et, une seconde extrémité (18) formant ledit applicateur dont la surface d'application (20) est constituée par la paroi externe de ladite seconde extrémité (18) et en ce que ladite cavité (12) est prolongée par un canal (16) débouchant dans ladite seconde extrémité (18), par quoi ladite composition est apte à être transférée dudit réservoir à ladite surface d'application (20) pour être appliquée.
- Système de réservoir et d'applicateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde extrémité (18) comprend en outre une pièce de protection décollable (22) sur ladite surface d'application (20) apte à la protéger et à obturer ledit canal (16).
- Système de réservoir et d'applicateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde extrémité (18) formant ledit applicateur est sectionnable pour libérer ledit canal (16) et ladite surface d'application (20).
- Système de réservoir et d'applicateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite cavité (12) se prolonge pour déboucher dans ladite première (14) extrémité de sorte que ladite composition est apte à être introduite dans ledit réservoir par ladite première extrémité (14), et en ce que ladite première extrémité comprend en outre un élément formant bouchon (30) apte à obturer ledit réservoir.
- Système de réservoir et d'applicateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément unique (10) en matériau compressible est de forme cylindrique et constitué en mousse de polyuréthanne.
- Système de réservoir et d'applicateur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde extrémité (18) est définie par un plan non orthogonal à l'axe longitudinal dudit élément unique (10) de façon à augmenter la surface d'application (20) dudit applicateur.
- Procédé de réalisation d'un système de réservoir et d'applicateur apte à contenir une composition du type composition cosmétique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :on fournit un élément unique (10) en matériau compressible présentant une première extrémité (14) et une seconde extrémité (18) ;on fore ledit élément unique (10) longitudinalement de façon à ménager une cavité (12) formant réservoir ; et,on fore ledit élément unique (10) longitudinalement de manière à former un canal (16) prolongeant ladite cavité (12) et débouchant dans ladite seconde extrémité (18), par quoi ladite composition est apte à être introduite et/ou extraite par ledit canal (16).
- Procédé de réalisation d'un système de réservoir et d'applicateur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :on comprime ledit élément unique (10) perpendiculairement à son axe longitudinal dans au moins une partie (26) de son volume ;on fore longitudinalement ledit élément unique (10) au moyen d'un outil de perçage (28) à diamètre constant, au moins dans ladite partie (26) de son volume comprimé, par quoi on obtient, après avoir cessé de comprimer ledit élément unique (10), une cavité (12) dont le diamètre est supérieur au diamètre dudit canal (16) qui la prolonge et qui débouche dans ladite seconde extrémité (18).
- Procédé de réalisation d'un système de réservoir et d'applicateur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'on fore longitudinalement ledit élément unique (10) depuis ladite première extrémité (14) au moyen d'un outil de perçage (32) présentant une première partie (34) de diamètre inférieur au diamètre d'une deuxième partie (36), de façon à former simultanément ledit canal (16) débouchant dans ladite seconde extrémité (18) et ledit réservoir débouchant dans ladite première extrémité (14).
