Description
- une bague métallique à axe X-X munie d'un bord externe destiné à être serti sur un corps de base de l'emballage et d'un bord interne délimitant, à l'état monté, une ouverture d'accès à l'emballage, ledit bord interne de la bague étant roulé vers l'extérieur, et
- une anse de préhension maintenue par la bague et déployable entre une position escamotée dans la bague et une position en saillie de préhension de ladite bague,
- La Figure 1 est une vue en élévation, en coupe axiale, d'un emballage selon l'invention ;
- La Figure 2 est une vue de dessus d'une anse de la Figure 1 ;
- La Figure 3 est une vue en coupe axiale suivant la ligne III-III de la Figure 2 ;

Claims (17)
- Ensemble pour emballage du type comprenant :caractérisé en ce queune bague métallique (20) à axe X-X munie d'un bord externe (20E) destiné à être serti sur un corps de base (12) de l'emballage et d'un bord interne (20L) délimitant, à l'état monté, une ouverture (22) d'accès à l'emballage, ledit bord interne (20L) de la bague (20) étant roulé vers l'extérieur, etune anse de préhension (26) maintenue par la bague (20) et déployable entre une position escamotée dans la bague (20) et une position en saillie de préhension de ladite bague,
l'anse (26) comprend, d'une part, deux pieds immobilisés (34, 36) par sertissage sur la bague par le bord interne (201) roulé de ladite bague (20) et, d'autre part, au moins une portion de liaison reliée auxdits pieds par des moyens d'articulation (38, 40) déterminant un premier axe de pivotement (A1). - Ensemble suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'anse (26) comprend une seule portion de liaison (28), et le premier axe de pivotement (A1) coupe sensiblement perpendiculairement l'axe (X-X) de la bague (20).
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'anse (26) comprend une seconde portion de liaison (42) articulée auxdits pieds (34, 36) autour d'un second axe d'articulation (A2), lesdits premier et second axes (A1, A2) s'étendant parallèlement l'un à l'autre et de part et d'autre de l'axe (X-X) de la bague (20).
- Ensemble suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les pieds (34, 36) comportent des portions d'immobilisation (54 ; 54A, 54B) s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur à partir du diamètre intérieur de la portion de liaison (28, 42).
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les portions d'immobilisation sont formées par un anneau (54) ayant un diamètre intérieur sensiblement identique au diamètre du bord interne (201) de la bague (20) et ayant un diamètre extérieur inférieur au contour intérieur de la portion de liaison (28, 42).
- Ensemble suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les pieds (34, 36) comportent une saillie de fixation (56) s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement à l'axe (X-X) de la bague (20) à partir de la surface des pieds (34, 36), et le bord interne de la bague (20L) est roulé vers l'extérieur en recouvrant radialement et axialement cette saillie de fixation (56).
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le bord interne (20L) comporte une arête (23), et en ce que cette arête incise une partie de la saillie de fixation (56).
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la saillie de fixation (56) est sertie axialement par le bord interne (20L).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, la bague métallique (20) comprend une partie centrale (20C) s'étendant sensiblement radialement par rapport à l'axe X-X, et en ce que le bord interne (20L) s'étend, à partir de la partie centrale (20C) axialement vers l'extérieur de l'emballage.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les pieds (34,36) sont sertis entre le bord interne (20L) et la partie centrale (20C).
- Ensemble suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la portion de liaison (28, 42) et les pieds (34, 36) sont en matière plastique.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la portion de liaison (28, 42) et les pieds (34, 36) sont fabriqués d'un seul tenant, et en ce que les moyens d'articulation sont formés par une portion de plus faible épaisseur (38, 40).
- Emballage comprenant un ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par les étapes :on fabrique une bague métallique (20) à axe X-X munie d'un bord externe (20E) et d'un bord interne (20L) délimitant à l'état monté une ouverture (22) d'accès à l'emballage ;on fabrique une anse de préhension (26) comprenant deux pieds (34,36) et une portion de liaison reliée auxdits pieds par des moyens d'articulation (38,40) déterminant un premier axe de pivotement (A1) ;on place l'anse de préhension (26) contre une partie (20C) de la bague métallique ;ensuite, on roule le bord interne (20L) vers la partie (20C) jusqu'à ce que le bord interne (201) sertisse les pieds.
- Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que,on roule le bord interne (20L) axialement vers la partie (20C) jusqu'à ce que le bord interne (20L) sertisse axialement les pieds (34,36).
- Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie de la bague métallique (20) est une partie centrale (20C) s'étendant sensiblement radialement par rapport à l'axe X-X.
- Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 16 d'un ensemble selon la revendication 6 ou une revendication dépendante de la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on roule le bord interne (201) jusqu'à ce que la saillie de fixation (56) soit sertie axialement.
