Claims (6)
- Puffer für Schienenfahrzeuge, mit einer am Schienenfahrzeug zu befestigenden Pufferhülse (1) und einem federnd daran abgestützten Pufferstössel (2), dessen Pufferkopf (4) mit einer durch eine Pufferplatte (7) gebildeten Stossfläche (9) versehen ist, welche in einer Vertiefung (5) des Pufferkopfs (4) aufgenommen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (5) des Pufferkopfs (4) durch einen umlaufenden Randsteg (6) begrenzt wird und die Pufferplatte (7) entlang ihres Umfangs durch zumindest einen plastisch verformten Abschnitt (6a) des Randstegs (6) fixiert ist.
- Puffer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pufferplatte (7) entlang ihrer Umfangsfläche mit einer Nut (8) versehen ist, in welche der/die plastisch verformte(n) Abschnitt(e) (6a) des Randstegs (6) eingreift bzw. eingreifen.
- Puffer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randsteg (6) durch plastische Verformung im Sinne einer Bördelung derart nach innen gebogen ist, dass alternierend in die Nut (8) der Pufferplatte (7) eingreifende Abschnitte (6a) und nicht eingreifende Abschnitte (6b) gebildet werden.
- Puffer nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass höchstens 50% des Randstegs (6) durch plastische Verformung nach innen gebogen ist.
- Puffer nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass höchstens 35% des Randstegs (6) durch plastische Verformung nach innen gebogen ist.
- Puffer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pufferplatte (7) aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
