Description
Claims (8)
- Puffer für Schienenfahrzeuge, mit einer fahrzeugseitig zu fixierenden Pufferhülse (1) und einer relativ dazu verschiebbaren, gashydraulisch gedämpften Stösselanordnung (2), die einen Pufferteller (4) und ein in der Pufferhülse (1) geführtes Plungerrohr (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Pufferteller (4) und dem Plungerrohr (5) ein schwimmend gelagertes, radial verschiebbares Zwischenelement (15) angeordnet ist, welches exzentrisch auf den Pufferteller (4) einwirkende Kräfte weitgehend zentrisch auf das Plungerrohr (5) überträgt.
- Puffer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (15) auf der dem Pufferteller (4) zugewandten Seite eine kalottenförmig gestaltete Oberfläche (16) aufweist, welche in einer korrespondierend gestalteten Ausnehmung (17) im Pufferteller (4) abgestützt ist.
- Puffer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kalottenförmig gestaltete Ausnehmung (17) im Pufferteller (4) so gestaltet ist, dass deren virtuelles Zentrum zumindest annähernd durch den Schwerpunkt des Plungerrohrs (5) verläuft.
- Puffer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Plungerrohr (5) endseitig mit einer dem Zwischenelement (15) zugewandten Scheibe (10) versehen ist, an der sich das Zwischenelement (15) abstützt, wobei sowohl der Pufferteller (4) wie auch die Scheibe (10) aus Metall bestehen und das Zwischenelement (15) aus einem gute Gleiteigenschaften aufweisenden Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Puffer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (15) mittels eines es am Umfang zumindest teilweise umschlingenden Drahtes (19) direkt oder indirekt am Plungerrohr (5) fixiert ist.
- Puffer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (15) eine umlaufende Nut (18) aufweist, in welcher der Draht (19) aufgenommen ist.
- Puffer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stösselanordnung (2) ein äusseres Stösselrohr (3) aufweist, welches die Pufferhülse (1) auf der Aussenseite zumindest teilweise umfasst.
- Puffer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Pufferhülse (1) ein sich mit zunehmendem Einschieben des Plungerrohrs (5) verkleinemder, mit einem Hydraulikmedium gefüllter Ölraum (9) angeordnet ist, und dass die Pufferhülse (1) mit einer Nut (11) versehen ist, in der zumindest eine die Aussenseite des Plungerrohrs (5) umfassende Dichtung (14) angeordnet ist
