Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Zusammenbringen und gemeinsamen Weitertransportieren von jeweils mindestens zwei flexiblen, flächigen Gegenständen, insbesondere Druckereiprodukten, bei dem die anfallenden Gegenstände (26) entlang einer eine Kurve (14) aufweisenden Förderbahn (24), einzelweise von Transportklammern (22) eines Förderers (10) bei einer bezüglich der Kurve (14) radial aussen liegenden ersten Kante (28) gehalten, in einer Förderrichtung F1) gefördert und jeweils wenigstens zwei aufeinanderfolgende Gegenstände (26), im Bereich der Kurve (14), mittels eines Greifers (40) bei einer radial innen liegenden zweiten Kante (32) gemeinsam erfasst und zum Weitertransport festgehalten werden, und nach dem Erfassen durch den Greifer (40) die betreffenden Gegenstände (26) von den Transportklammern (22) freigegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (26) in Hängelage in die Kurve (14) gefördert und von wenigstens annähernd mit gleicher Winkelgeschwindigkeit wie die Transportklammern (22) um eine Achse (18) herum bewegten Greifern (40) erfasst werden, wobei der jeweils voraus laufende Gegenstand (26) der mindestens zwei von einem Greifer (40) zu erfassenden Gegenstände (26), auf der in Förderrichtung (F1) vorderen Seite (62) bei der oder benachbart zur zweiten Kante (32) abgestützt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweils wenigstens zwei von einem Greifer (40) gehaltenen Gegenstände (26), für den Wegtransport, unmittelbar von einer Transportklammer (22) des Förderers (10) oder einem Transportgreifer (58) eines Wegförderers (56) übernommen werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Zusammenbringen und gemeinsamen Wietertransportieren von jeweils mindestens zwei flexiblen, flächigen Gegenständen, insbesondere Druckereiprodukten, mit einem Förderer (10) dessen hintereinander angeordneten Transportklammern (22) entlang einer eine Kurve (14) aufweisenden Förderbahn (24) in Förderrichtung (F1) bewegt und dazu bestimmt sind, die anfallenden Gegenstände (26) einzelweise bei einer bezüglich der Kurve (14) radial aussen liegenden ersten Kante (28) zu halten, einem bezüglich der Kurve (14) radial innen angeordneten Greiferförderer (42), dessen entlang einer Umlaufbahn (44) bewegte Greifer (40) dazu bestimmt sind, jeweils wenigstens zwei aufeinanderfolgende Gegenstände (26) bei einer radial innen liegenden zweiten Kante (32) gemeinsam zu erfassen und zum Weitertransport festzuhalten, und einem dem Förderer (10) zugeordneten Öffnungsorgan (30) zum mindestens teilweisen Öffnen der Transportklammern (22) nachdem ein Greifer (40) die betreffenden Gegenstände (26) erfasst hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens im Bereich der Kurve (14) jedem Greifer (40) ein Stützorgan (52) zugeordnet ist, das dazu bestimmt ist, den jeweils voraus laufenden Gegenstand (26) der mindestens zwei vom Greifer (40) zu erfassenden Gegenstände (26), auf der in Förderrichtung (F1) vorderen Seite (62) bei der oder benachbart zur zweiten Kante (32) abzustützen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Abschnitt der Kurve (14) und der Umlaufbahn (44) wenigstens annähernd konzentrisch zu einer horizontalen Achse (18) verlaufen, die Transportklammern (22) und die Greifer (40) in diesem Abschnitt wenigstens annähernd mit gleicher Winkelgeschwindigkeit angetrieben sind, und die Transportklammern (22), beim Erreichen der Kurve (14), gegen unten gerichtet sind um die Gegenstände (26) in Hängelage zu transportieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Greiferförderers (42) ein Wegförderer (56) angeordnet ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, die jeweils wenigstens zwei von einem Greifer (40) gehaltenen Gegenstände (26), für den Wegtransport, unmittelbar mittels eines gegen oben gerichteten Transportgreifers (58) zu übernehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifer (40) an einem umlaufend angetriebenen, um die Achse (18) herumgeführten Zugorgan (64) oder schienengeführten Wagen oder Schlitten angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugorgan (64) um einen Umlenkrad (38) geführt ist, und die Stützorgane (52) am Umlenkrad (38) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abschnitt der Förderbahn (24) des Förderers (10) unterhalb der Umlaufbahn (44) der Greifer (40) verläuft, wobei die Transportklammern (28) bei Durchlaufen dieses Abschnittes gegen oben gerichtet sind, und der Förderer (10) dazu bestimmt ist, die jeweils wenigstens zwei von einem Greifer (40) gehaltenen Gegenstände (26), für den Wegtransport, unmittelbar mittels einer Transportklammer (22) zu übernehmen.
