Die Dichtleiste 3, welche dieselbe Länge aufweist wie die Führungsprofilschiene 2, besteht aus einer Trägerprofilschiene 30, einer unteren Dichtlippe 31 und mindestens zwei seitlichen Dichtlippen 32. Die Trägerprofilschiene 30 weist einen im wesentlichen u-förmigen, nach oben offenen Querschnitt auf, wobei sie zwei parallele, vertikale Schenkel 34 und mindestens einen diese verbindenden horizontalen Steg 35 aufweist. In der durch die Trägerprofilschiene 30 geformte Nut 4 ist der nicht dargestellte Absenkmechanismus angeordnet.The sealing
Die seitlichen Dichtlippen 32 oder Schenkel sind an Seitenflächen der Trägerprofilschiene 30, genauer an je einem der vertikalen Schenkel 34 angeformt, wobei sie gleitend an den Innenwänden 20 der Führungsprofilschiene 2 anliegen. In diesem Beispiel überragen sie die Schenkel 34 oben nicht, sondern sind vorzugsweise kürzer als diese. Die untere Dichtlippe 31 ist in einer einfachen Ausführungsform in bekannter Weise in an der Trägerprofilschiene 30 angeformten Befestigungselementen eingehängt. In einer bevorzugten, hier dargestellten Ausführungsform ist sie jedoch auch an die Trägerprofilschiene 30, genauer am untersten Steg 35, angeformt. Die Dichtleiste 3 ist somit durch ein einstückiges Element gebildet.The
Besteht die Trägerprofilschiene 30 aus Kunststoff, lassen sich die Dichtlippen 31, 32 coextrudieren. Dabei ist das Trägerprofil 30 starr und besteht somit aus einem härteren Kunststoff als die flexiblen, elastomeren Dichtlippen 31,32. Diese bestehen vorzugsweise aus Silikongummi. Besteht die Trägerprofilschiene 30 aus einem Metall, insbesondere Aluminium, so sind die Dichtlippen 31,32, welche vorzugsweise wiederum aus Silikongummi bestehen, angespritzt. Sind die Dichtlippen angespritzt, so weist die Trägerprofilschiene an den Anspritzstellen vorzugsweise hier nicht dargestellte Vertiefungen oder Rillen als Ansatzhilfen für die Dichtlippen auf.If the

Claims (14)
- Door seal designed to be lowered, with a profiled guide section (2) and a sealing strip (3) displaceable in the profiled guide section (2), which sealing strip (3) comprises at least one profiled support section (30) and side sealing lips (32), and the side sealing lips (32) lie so that they slide against inside walls (20) of the profiled guide section (2), characterised in that the side sealing lips (32) are formed on the side of the profiled support section (30).
