- Le rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement est un rayonnement micro-ondes,
- ledit élément actif est un élément métallique,
- ledit élément métallique présente un point de fusion suffisamment bas pour fondre suite au dégagement de chaleur issu de la conversion d'une partie du rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement,
- ledit élément actif est une colle thermosensible,
- ledit élément actif est un polymère,
- ledit élément actif comprend des capsules aptes à libérer un produit révélateur lorsqu'elles sont exposées au rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement,
- ladite association d'un élément actif au signe de sécurité est réalisée par
l'une ou plusieurs des méthodes suivantes :
- intégration au document d'une encre comportant l'élément actif,

- ladite association est réalisée par intégration au document d'une encre, et l'élément actif comporte des colorants pouvant être sublimés suite à l'exposition au dégagement de chaleur issu de la conversion d'une partie du rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement,
- les moyens révélateurs comprennent un élément métallique,
- les moyens révélateurs comprennent une colle thermosensible.
- le procédé comprend également lors de la fabrication du document l'association au signe de sécurité d'un élément actif apte à convertir une partie du rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement en chaleur en vue d'altérer de manière visible l'aspect du document,
- et la mise en oeuvre des moyens révélateurs est déclenchée par un rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement. Le rayonnement de déclenchement est de préférence un rayonnement micro-ondes.

actif (un tel carbone en poudre peut être obtenu par les procédés
industriels connus , dit au four, au gaz, ou à la cheminée, ou par d'autres
procédés destinés habituellement à produire des « charbons » tels que
la pyrolyse thermique ou chimique ).

- à partir de poudre ou fibres de graphite,
- à partir de métal, en particulier un métal qui réagit fortement à
l'exposition à un rayonnement micro-ondes en convertissant une partie
très importante du rayonnement en énergie calorifique.

Et cet échauffement résulte en une altération de cette entité unique qui est à la fois signe de sécurité et élément actif. Ici encore, l'altération peut consister en un noircissement du document, voire en sa combustion si l'échauffement est suffisamment important. On pourra adapter la puissance du rayonnement de déclenchement et les caractéristiques du métal du signe de sécurité à cet effet, -
Dans ce cas, le métal sera de préférence incorporé au document sous la forme d'une poudre ou de paillettes intégrées au billet par impression ou autre, le métal se solidifiant de nouveau en refroidissant après sa fusion (en formant ainsi des amas solides tels que des plaques).
Ainsi, non seulement la fusion du métal engendrera un changement d'aspect du document (l'impression de poudre ou paillettes ayant été dégradée en un amas de métal fondu), mais en outre les caractéristiques mécaniques de ce document sont également altérées, ce qui le rend reconnaissable au toucher.
Et les plaques ou autres amas solides consécutifs à la fusion du métal peuvent de plus détériorer ensuite l'aspect des autres éléments imprimés du document, lors de chaque manipulation.
A titre d'exemple, on pourra ainsi incorporer à des encres (imprimables par exemple en sérigraphie)des pigments à l'état micronisé obtenus à partir de métaux tels que l'étain, ou à partir d'alliages (tels que le zamac), dont les points de fusion sont de l'ordre de 200°C à 300°C.
On remarquera que dans cette variante, le métal fondu d'un document peut en outre se répandre sur les documents voisins d'une liasse, de manière à les maculer également, - A partir d'une colle thermosensible, qui devient activement collante à
partir d'une certaine température.

- à partir de poudre ou fibres de tout composé issu de la chimie minérale (
exemple : ferrite de Nickel, et/ou Cuivre et/ou Manganèse et/ou Zinc,
magnétite de synthèse ou d'origine naturelle, etc ...) ou organo minérale
ou organo métallique, présentant des propriétés de magnétisme doux
et/ou des propriétés de conductibilité électrique ou de semi conducteurs.

- à partir de polymères : l'entité unique constituée par le signe de sécurité et l'élément actif peut également être un polymère dont les propriétés sont altérées en cas d'échauffement consécutif à l'exposition à un rayonnement micro-ondes. Cette altération se traduit en particulier par une altération d'aspect.
- d'une encre (par exemple sous la forme d'une poudre métallique ou d'un polymère),
- de fils de sécurité que l'on intègre dans la trame fibreuse du document, ou entre deux de ses feuilles si le document est réalisé en un laminé de plastique (fils comprenant une poudre métallique et/ou un polymère et/ou un dépôt - par exemple sous vide - de métal),
- d'un film de transfert-(« foils » selon la terminologie anglo-saxonne). Un tel film de transfert peut être intégré dans le document à chaud ou à froid ; il peut mettre en oeuvre par exemple une poudre métallique et/ou un polymère et/ou un dépôt de métal. A cet égard, des hologrammes peuvent être déposés sur les documents et jouer le rôle d'élément actif et de signe de sécurité, des caractéristiques de l'hologramme telles que l'épaisseur de la couche d'aluminium (ou de métal) de l'hologramme pouvant être adaptées pour que l'hologramme réagisse de manière visible au rayonnement de déclenchement,
- de fibres (métalliques et/ou polymères),
- etc...
Claims (13)
- Procédé de sécurisation de documents, comprenant les étapes consistant à intégrer à chaque document un signe de sécurité lors de sa fabrication, ledit signe de sécurité pouvant être altéré par des moyens révélateurs, lesdits moyens révélateurs étant destinés à être mis en oeuvre pour altérer en cas d'urgence les caractéristiques du signe de sécurité, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend également l'association au signe de sécurité, lors de la fabrication du document, d'un élément actif apte à convertir une partie du rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement en chaleur en vue d'altérer de manière visible l'aspect du document, et la mise en oeuvre des moyens révélateurs est déclenchée par un rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement est un rayonnement micro-ondes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément actif est un élément métallique.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément métallique présente un point de fusion suffisamment bas pour fondre suite au dégagement de chaleur issu de la conversion d'une partie du rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément actif est une colle thermosensible.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément actif est un polymère.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément actif comprend des capsules aptes à libérer un produit révélateur lorsqu'elles sont exposées au rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite association d'un élément actif au signe de sécurité est réalisée par l'une ou plusieurs des méthodes suivantes :intégration au document d'une encre comportant l'élément actif,intégration au document d'un fil de sécurité,intégration au document d'un film de transfert,intégration au document de fibres.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite association est réalisée par intégration au document d'une encre, et l'élément actif comporte des colorants pouvant être sublimés suite à l'exposition au dégagement de chaleur issu de la conversion d'une partie du rayonnement électromagnétique de déclenchement.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens révélateurs comprennent un élément métallique.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens révélateurs comprennent une colle thermosensible.
- Dispositif de marquage d'urgence de documents de sécurité, comprenant des moyens de mise en oeuvre de moyens révélateurs dans un procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de mis en oeuvre comprennent des moyens d'émission micro-ondes.
- Application d'un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 à la sécurisation de documents en papier ou en plastique.
