Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a dishwasher with a Rinsing container, at least one liquid distribution device and a switching device for changing the Liquid distribution within the rinse tank.
From EP 0 930 044 A1 a dishwasher is included a rinse tank and an upper, middle and lower Spray arm known. The upper spray arm is above an upper one Dish basket arranged so that in the upper basket items to be stored from the top with washing liquid is applied and there is no contamination on the Store wash ware. To limit the required Not all spray arms become flushing liquid quantity supplied with rinsing liquid at the same time. There are two for this Switching devices provided by their combined Switching only one spray arm of rinsing liquid is feedable. By alternately operating the The items to be washed stored in the baskets become spray arms evenly charged with rinsing liquid.
It is an object of the invention to provide a dishwasher to provide efficient cleaning on a sink level of the wash ware while reducing the necessary Amount of rinsing liquid allows.
This object is achieved with the features of
According to
In addition, it can be provided that the wash ware in certain Areas exposed to higher flushing fluid pressure will, while in other areas only a minor one Flush liquid pressure is required. Especially in that Case in which the liquid distribution device in the The ceiling area of the washing compartment is arranged Pressure drop in the flushing liquid from that in the floor area arranged circulation pump due to the line resistance and Potential energy loss reduced. By alternating There is spraying of the dishes in the upper basket a higher one for the respective area Amount of rinsing liquid per surface and thus a higher one Flush liquid pressure available.
Switching between the first and second position can be done in stages, with only one at a time Position is controllable. Or continuously, so that a smooth transition of the distribution of liquid between the first and the second position is possible. For example, it can be about increasing or decreasing Flush fluid pressure between the first and second Position can be switched.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the Switching device to at least two switch positions, wherein in a first switching position the interior of the overall by the liquid distribution device sprayable area is supplied more with rinsing liquid than in a second switch position, in which increased Liquid towards the edge of the total sprayable surface is sprayed. It will be advantageous a large interior area evenly with Flushing liquid is applied while the liquid distribution device in the second switch position Liquid under greater pressure to the edge areas radiates. This ensures that e.g. that in the Washware stored in corners of a crockery basket as well is adequately loaded with liquid. Across from a ceiling spray arm that applies the washing liquid to a Circular area evenly distributed, there is also one Cleaning of the dishes in the corners is guaranteed. By switching the liquid distribution is the Liquid distribution device in relation to a spray arm, which needs a correspondingly large volume for rotation, compact.
Is the switching device in the liquid distribution device integrated, so it can be compact achieve a switchability that few connection points needed. It is not necessary to enter and Output of the switching device e.g. with a hose for Passage of the rinsing liquid to connect what the cost reduced and operational reliability increased.
The switching device is advantageously motorized, mechanically and / or hydraulically operated. For example by means of an electromagnetic actuator, one Electric motor or by the pressure of the by the Switching device flowing rinsing liquid. In the latter The switchover device is particularly advantageous actuated by means of a circulation pump, which e.g. by interval-like interruptions the switching device operated or by adjusting the speed and thus change the pressure in the rinsing liquid the switching device switches hydraulically.
Through a rotatable mounting of the liquid distribution device on the one hand, the amount of rinsing liquid can continue can be reduced if e.g. by radial distribution of the Flushing liquid and rotating the liquid distribution device the sprayed surface by the rotation is treated with a total of rinsing liquid. simultaneously the direction from which the items are washed is changed Flushing liquid is applied so that each other a stationary liquid distribution device Cleaning effect increased.
By providing one horizontally or approximately horizontally aligned spray nozzle are preferably the edge areas e.g. of the dishes stored in the crockery basket Flushing liquid applied, whereas down or oriented obliquely downwards or upwards or obliquely the washware immediately below or above the liquid distribution device increasingly loaded with liquid becomes.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the Liquid distribution device at least in two parts formed, and at least one spray nozzle in a first Element and at least one outlet opening in a second Element arranged. The first and / or second element is thereby rotatably mounted, so that when the liquid distribution device is in operation the flushing liquid through the Rotary movement of the liquid distribution device is evenly distributed. The rotation is preferably the Recoil from the liquid distribution device flowing rinsing liquid used.
Switching by means of is particularly advantageous the switching device in one position to the liquid Distribution fed to the first element and in another Position the second element for distribution through the Outlet. So the following constellations of liquid distribution possible: the first element is rotatable and the edge areas of the rinsing container Items are washed by rotating the first element alternately acted upon. At the same time, the second Element of the interior of the stored wash ware evenly loaded with liquid while the second element is stationary or also rotates. rotates only the second element, they are advantageous Spray nozzles aligned in the corner areas of the rinsing container, so that the items to be washed are safely cleaned there.

obere Schale 7 getragen. Die untere Schale 8 ist siebartig

verlaufende, in radiale Richtung weisende Sprühdüsen 10
angeordnet.

Drehbewegung versetzt. Dabei gleitet die innere Randfläche
der zentralen Öffnung der oberen Schale 7 über die Borde 6.In the position of the shower head shown in Fig. 1A

in Richtung untere Schale 8 umgelenkt.

With increasing pressure of the rinsing liquid from the
Switching between the two in Figs. 1A and 1B

Switching advantageously takes place in pulse mode, in which the circulation pump rinsing liquid e.g. 0.8 sec with high Speed and 4 sec is operated at low speed. The sprayed areas are in quick succession rinsed and a possible back contamination of one area in the other will come back after a short while eliminated.
Fig. 2A und 2B zeigen schematisch einen horizontalen
Querschnitt durch den Spülmaschineninnenraum. Fig. 2A zeigt
verteilt. Fig. 2B zeigt die flächige Verteilung der
beaufschlagt.2A and 2B schematically show a horizontal

the distribution of the rinsing liquid in the in Fig. 1A

Fig. 4 zeigt eine schematische Querschnittsansicht einer
Fig. 4 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a
An
den Außenwänden der Verteilungskammer 23 sind Sprühdüsen 24
angeordnet.
The rinsing liquid is in the
When operating the
