When the flushing liquid is introduced, the negative pressure device is started, so that negative pressure is generated at the suction through hole 4-4, so that the flushed oral cavity endocrine water of a patient and sundries scraped off by the cleaning strip 3 in the cleaning process can be sucked, the drainage liquid mixture firstly acts on the cleaning strip 3 at the periphery of the cleaning shaft 2 before entering the negative pressure cavity 4-2 from the suction through hole 4-4, drives the cleaning strip 3 to rotate in the same direction as the cleaning strip 3 humidified by the flushing liquid before, further pushes the rest of the cleaning strips 3 to rotate, and acts on the tongue of the patient after contacting and humidifying the flushing liquid, on one hand, the dry tongue is humidified, and on the other hand, the dirt of the tongue is scraped by the rotation of the cleaning strip 3; and the drainage liquid mixture is discharged from the negative pressure through hole 1-2 under the continuous action of the negative pressure device after entering the negative pressure cavity 4-2.
In summary, when the device is operated, the flushing liquid is respectively introduced into the flushing channel and the negative pressure channel to humidify the cleaning strip 2 and drain drainage liquid (comprising the oral water, the flushing liquid entering the oral cavity and the thick greasy tongue coating scraped off by the cleaning strip 3), the flushing liquid and the drainage liquid drive the cleaning strip 3 to rotate in the flowing process, and the cleaning strip 3 humidified by the flushing liquid can bring moisture to the surface of the dried tongue coating to moisten the tongue coating, so that the cleaning strip 3 can scrape the tongue coating conveniently, and the cleaning effect on the oral cavity is improved; when the device is used, the resistance of the pushing handle 1 to move can be reduced, flushing liquid is introduced and the negative pressure device is started to assist the cleaning strip 3 to rotate, so that the operation is convenient and the workload of nursing staff is reduced; in addition, after each cleaning strip 3 rotates, tongue muscles of a patient can be exercised, and the tongue of the patient is massaged, so that the health care effect of preventing the tongue muscle disuse atrophy syndrome is achieved.
The cleaning strip 3 adopts a strip-shaped design and extends along the axial direction parallel to the cleaning shaft 2, so that the cleaning range of the cleaning strip 3 can be enlarged, the movement range of a nursing staff along the axial direction of the cleaning shaft 2 when the device is used is reduced, and the operation is more convenient; the cleaning strip 3 is made of silica gel, so that the cleaning strip is flexible, and the damage to the oral cavity of a patient caused by overlarge hardness of the cleaning strip 3 in the rotating process is avoided.
The cleaning shell 4 is arranged between the cleaning shaft 2 and the handle 1, which is beneficial to reducing the whole length of the device and is convenient to operate; the cleaning shell 4 comprises a shell 4a and a shell cover 4b which are in plug-in fit through a positioning block 4c, wherein the shell cover 4b is fixedly connected with the handle 1, and the positioning block 4c is fixed on one surface of the shell cover 4b opposite to the handle 1 and provided with two positioning blocks; the center position of the shell 4a is provided with a clamping plate, and when two positioning holes 4c are respectively inserted into two sides of the clamping plate in the shell 4a, the inner wall of the shell 4a, the clamping plate and the two positioning blocks 4c are enclosed to form a flushing cavity 4-1 and a negative pressure cavity 4-2 which are isolated from each other.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 are provided on a side of the housing 4a facing away from the handle 1, and are provided in plurality at intervals along an axial direction parallel to the cleaning shaft 2. By adopting the design, the flushing range and the suction range are enlarged, so that flushing liquid can uniformly act on the cleaning strip 3, the cleaning strip 3 is driven to rotate while the cleaning strip 3 is humidified, the suction range of negative pressure is enlarged, the oral cavity is ensured to be sucked with the flushing liquid and other impurities, and the patient is prevented from being sucked into the body by mistake.
As shown in fig. 4, 7 and 8, the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 are arranged closely to the rotation path of the cleaning strip 3 so as to enlarge the impact acting force of flushing liquid and the acting force of drainage liquid on the cleaning strip 3 and drive the cleaning strip 3 to rotate around the axial lead of the cleaning shaft 2; one end of the cleaning shell 4, which is opposite to the handle 1, is in a cambered surface shape with an opening facing the cleaning shaft 2, and the axial lead of the cleaning shell is coincident with the axial lead of the cleaning shaft 2; the cleaning bars 3 are uniformly distributed on the circumferential outer edge of the cleaning shaft 2, and at least one cleaning bar 3 is located between the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4, as shown in fig. 15, in which state two cleaning bars 3 are located between the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4.
After the design is adopted, the distance between the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 and the cleaning shaft 2 is reduced, and the distance between the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-3 is increased, so that the cleaning bar 3 always rotates between the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 in the rotating process of the cleaning shaft 2 and the cleaning bar 3, namely, the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 are always positioned at two sides of one cleaning bar 3, and as the rotating path of the cleaning bar 3 is closely adjacent to the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 (and the surface of the cleaning shell 4a, which is opposite to the handle 1), the cleaning bar 3 positioned between the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 can separate flushing liquid discharged from the flushing through hole 4-3 from drainage liquid entering from the suction through hole 4-4, so that the flushing liquid discharged from the flushing through hole 4-3 and the drainage liquid carrying part enter the suction through hole 4-4 are prevented, and the flushing effect and negative pressure drainage effect are guaranteed, and the cleaning effect of an oral cavity is improved; in addition, the whole length of the device is further reduced, the flow path length of drainage liquid and flushing liquid is shortened, the flushing effect and the negative pressure drainage effect are enhanced, and meanwhile, the patient is prevented from mistakenly sucking impurities such as the flushing liquid and the drainage liquid, and the oral health of the patient is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 3-5, two ends of the shell 4a are respectively connected with the cleaning shaft 2 through two connecting seats 8, a second bolt 10 is arranged between the shell 4a and the connecting seats 8, and the second bolt 10 penetrates through the shell wall of the shell 4a and is in threaded connection with the positioning block 4c, so that the fixed connection of the shell 4a, the positioning block 4c and the connecting seats 8 is realized; the cleaning shaft 2 is provided with a movable through hole 2-2 coaxial with the cleaning shaft, the inner side of the movable through hole 2-2 is provided with a first bolt 9 which is in loose fit with the movable through hole, and the first bolt 9 is in threaded fit with the connecting seat 9, so that the cleaning shaft 2 can rotate around the self axis between the two connecting seats 8.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the cleaning shaft 2 is provided with a plurality of slots 2-1 distributed along the axial direction thereof, the slots 2-1 are T-shaped slots and are uniformly distributed on the circumferential outer edge of the cleaning shaft 2, and the slots 2-1 are in one-to-one correspondence and plug-in fit with the cleaning strips 3. By adopting the design, the first bolt 9 and the connecting seat 8 are matched, the cleaning strip 3 and the cleaning shaft 2 can be conveniently and detachably connected, after the device is used for a plurality of times, the first bolt 9 is unscrewed, the cleaning shaft 2 can be detached from the position between the two connecting seats 8, and the cleaning strip 3 can be conveniently cleaned or replaced.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 are respectively disposed in the first quadrant and the fourth quadrant as shown in fig. 15, but the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 may also be disposed in different quadrant regions, for example, the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 are respectively disposed in the first quadrant and the second quadrant, or the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 are respectively disposed in the second quadrant and the third quadrant, and only the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 are respectively disposed in two adjacent quadrants centered on the center of the cross section of the cleaning shaft and can drive the cleaning bar 3 and the cleaning shaft 2 to rotate towards the cleaning bar 3, so as to offset the resistance of the cleaning assembly when the surface of the tongue fur of the patient moves, thereby facilitating the operation.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 9 to 14, the multifunctional oral cleaner for dysphagia patients of embodiment 2 is based on embodiment 1, and is different in that the handle 1 comprises an upper housing 1a, a lower housing 1b, a partition plate 1c fixed between the upper housing 1a and the lower housing 1b, and a connector 1d fixed on one side of the housing cover 4b opposite to the cleaning shaft 2, wherein the upper housing 1a, the lower housing 1b and the partition plate 1c enclose two isolated pipeline cavities, the upper housing 1a and the lower housing b are fixedly connected with the connector 1d, the connector 1d is fixedly connected with a flushing pipe 5 and a negative pressure pipe 6, two communication holes are arranged on the connector 1d, the flushing pipe 5 is communicated with the flushing cavity 4-1 through one of the communication holes, and the negative pressure pipe 6 is communicated with the negative pressure cavity 4-2 through the other communication hole; the flushing pipe 5 and the negative pressure pipe 6 respectively penetrate through the two pipeline cavities, and the flushing pipe 5 and the negative pressure pipe 6 are flexible silicone pipes.
Through the above structure, one of the communication holes on the flushing pipe 5 and the connector 1d, the flushing chamber 4-1 and the flushing through hole 4-3 are sequentially communicated to form a flushing passage, and the other communication hole on the negative pressure pipe 6 and the connector 1d, the negative pressure chamber 4-2 and the suction through hole 4-4 are combined to form a negative pressure passage.
The flushing pipe 5 and the negative pressure pipe 6 are respectively connected with two speed regulating components 7, and the two speed regulating components 7 are respectively used for regulating the flow rate of flushing liquid in the flushing pipe 5 and the flow rate of drainage liquid in the negative pressure pipe 6. The speed regulating knobs 7a of the two speed regulating assemblies 7 are arranged on the same side of the handle 1 and are connected with the upper shell 1 a; the speed regulating assembly 7 comprises a sealing shell 7e fixed on the upper shell 1a, a through hole is formed in the top of the sealing shell 7e, a screw rod 7b is arranged in the through hole, one end of the screw rod 7b is fixedly connected with a speed regulating knob 7a, the speed regulating knob 7a is barrel-shaped with a downward opening, the inner top wall of the speed regulating knob 7a is attached to the top of the sealing shell 7e, and the circumferential inner wall of the speed regulating knob is attached to the circumferential outer edge of the sealing shell 7 e; the other end of the screw rod 7b is in threaded fit with a screw sleeve 7c, and one end of the screw sleeve 7c, which is opposite to the sealing shell 7e, is fixed with a speed regulation plate 7d. In the two speed regulating assemblies 7, a threaded sleeve 7c of one speed regulating assembly 7 penetrates through the upper shell 1a and is in sliding fit with the upper shell 1a, and a speed regulating plate 7d and a partition plate 1c of the speed regulating assembly 7 are arranged opposite to each other and mutually squeeze the flushing pipe 5; the threaded sleeve 7c of the other speed regulating component 7 penetrates through the partition board 1c and is in sliding fit with the partition board 1c, and the speed regulating plate 7d of the speed regulating component 7 and the inner bottom wall of the lower shell 1b are opposite to each other and provided with an extrusion negative pressure pipe 6. And limiting rings 7ba are arranged on threads 7b of the two speed regulating assemblies 7, and the limiting rings 7ba are abutted on the inner top wall of the sealing shell 7e.
When the speed regulating assembly 7 is used, the speed regulating knob 7a is rotated to drive the screw rod 7b to rotate around the axis of the screw rod 7b, and the inner top wall of the speed regulating knob 7a and the limit rings 7ba on the screw rod 7b are respectively abutted to the two sides of the top of the sealing shell 7e, so that the screw rod 7b is prevented from moving circumferentially; the screw rod 7b acts on the screw sleeve 7c through threads to drive the screw sleeve 7c and the speed regulating plate 7d fixedly connected with the screw sleeve 7d to axially displace along the screw rod 7b, so that the deformation degree of the flushing pipe 5 or the negative pressure pipe 6 is changed, and when the output power of the flushing liquid supply device is fixed, the deformation degree is adjusted by extruding the flushing pipe 5, so that the flow rate of flushing liquid in the flushing pipe 5 can be changed; similarly, when the power of the negative pressure device is fixed, the deformation degree of the negative pressure pipe 6 is changed, so that the flow rate of drainage liquid in the negative pressure pipe 6 can be changed, the flow rate of flushing liquid and drainage liquid can be changed through the speed regulating assembly 7, the flushing liquid supply device and the negative pressure device are matched to regulate the flushing liquid and the absorbed drainage liquid sprayed out of the oral cavity cleaner, so that the flushing liquid is prevented from being excessively output to cause the mistaken suction of a patient, the cleaning effect is excessively output to reduce, the mistaken suction of the patient caused by the excessively inflow suction is prevented, the oral cavity cleanliness is reduced, and the drainage liquid is excessively sucked to cause the discomfort of the patient. Thus, the flow rates of flushing fluid and drainage fluid can be reasonably adjusted by operating the two speed regulating assemblies 7. The speed adjusting knobs 7a of the two speed adjusting assemblies 7 are arranged on the same side of the handle 1, so that the adjustment operation is more convenient in actual use.
It should be noted that in the above two embodiments, the length of the cleaning shaft 2 may be set between 2cm and 3cm, and two ends of the cleaning strip 3 are flush with two ends of the cleaning shaft 2, so that the cleaning assembly can extend into the oral cavity of the patient, and the cleaning range of the cleaning strip 3 is ensured while the cleaning process is performed; in addition, the height of the cleaning shell 4 is controlled within 0.5-2cm, so that the height distance difference between the flushing through hole 4-3 and the suction through hole 4-4 and the surface of the tongue fur of a patient is shortened in the cleaning process, and the flushing and negative pressure suction effects are ensured.
