The invention is characterised in that it further comprises lateral foot-rests (10) which can take up two positions, namely: a retracted position wherein said foot-rests (10) are folded under the frame; and an active position wherein said foot-rests (10) are arranged laterally relative to the frame so as to support the child's feet.
