- la figure 2 représente en demi-coupes par la ligne 12h-6h, selon les flèches II-II de la figure 1, l'assemblage du cadran et du cercle d'emboítage, et
- les figures 3 à 6 représentent des variantes d'exécution des passages traversants visibles sur la figure 2.
Claims (13)
- Dispositif de fixation d'un cadran (3) sur un élément inférieur d'une boíte destinée à recevoir un mouvement horloger, ou sur un élément inférieur (10) contenu dans celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que l'élément inférieur (10) comporte au moins deux passages traversants (12) ayant chacun une première partie (13) formant un orifice (14) du côté cadran (3) séparée d'une deuxième partie (17, 18) par une zone d'étranglement (15), lesdits passages (12) étant remplis dans toute leur première partie (13) et dans au moins une portion de leur deuxième partie (17, 18) avec un matériau adhésif (19) ayant un fort pouvoir de liaison avec au moins le matériau formant la face inférieure du cadran (3).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les orifices des passages traversants (12) sont situés sur la face supérieure côté cadran et sur la face inférieure opposée de l'élément inférieur (10).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces internes des premières et deuxièmes parties (13, 17) des passages traversants (12) ont des génératrices perpendiculaires au cadran (3) en délimitant du côté cadran un orifice (14) de section plus faible que la section de l'orifice du côté opposé, l'étranglement (15) étant formé par un épaulement créé entre les premières et deuxièmes parties (13, 17).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau de la jonction entre les deux parties (13, 17) des passages traversants (12) la section de la première partie (13) est inférieure à la section d'une zone immédiatement inférieure dans la deuxième partie (17) de chaque passage traversant (12), quelle que soit l'orientation des génératrices des premières et deuxièmes parties par rapport à une direction perpendiculaire au cadran (3).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'étranglement (15c) est confondue avec le bord de l'orifice (14) côté cadran (3).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les axes des premières parties (13) et deuxièmes parties (18) forment une ligne brisée.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément inférieur (10) comportant les passages traversants est un cercle d'emboítage.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément inférieur (10) comportant les passages traversants (12) est constitué par un dessous de platine ou des extensions de celui-ci s'étendant radialement au delà du mouvement.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau adhésif 19 est choisi parmi les composés thermofusibles, thermodurcissables, et les colles par exemple de type epoxy.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau adhésif (19) a un pouvoir adhésif faible ou nul avec le matériau formant l'élément inférieur (10).
- Dispositif de fixation d'un cadran (3) dans une boíte de forme, destinée à recevoir un mouvement horloger circulaire maintenu en place par un cercle d'emboítage (10) dont le contour extérieur épouse le contour intérieur de la boíte, caractérisé en ce que le cercle d'emboítage comporte quatre passages traversants ayant chacun une première partie côté cadran de section plus faible que la section de la deuxième partie du côté opposé, lesdits passages traversants étant garnis dans toute la première partie et dans au moins une portion de la deuxième partie d'un matériau adhésif ayant un fort pouvoir de liaison avec le matériau formant la face inférieure du cadran.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la boíte est rectangulaire et en ce que les passages traversants sont situés dans les angles morts sensiblement aux positions 1 heure, 5 heures, 7 heures et 11 heures.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le matériau adhésif a un pouvoir adhésif faible ou nul avec le matériau formant le cercle d'emboítage.
