Claims (13)

  1. Verschließeinrichtung mit Verschließkopf zum Aufbringen von Verschlusskappen auf Behälter, insbesondere auf Flaschen oder ähnliches, welcher durch eine entsprechende Hohlhülse (3) an der Verschließeinrichtung mittels einer Verbindungsvorrichtung (2) abnehmbar gehalten wird, die mindestens ein mit dieser Hülse (3) mechanisch verbundenes erstes Element (5) und mindestens ein mit der Spitze des Kopfes (1) mechanisch verbundenes zweites Element (6) umfasst, wobei das erste Element (5) und das zweite Element (6) mittels einer Schnellschlusskupplung (7) abnehmbar miteinander verbunden werden können, und wobei die Maschine eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (4) umfasst, die sich um eine Mittelachse (Z) des Kopfes (1) drehen kann, um so eine Verschlusskappe auf das obere Ende eines Behälters aufzubringen und sie mittels einer Schraubverbindung darauf in Position zu halten,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsvorrichtung (4) ein Gewinde auf der Verschlusskappe hervorbringt, indem sie deren Seitenfläche gegen eine Oberfläche auf der Öffnung der Behälter presst, und dadurch, dass eine stabförmige Schubvorrichtung (20) innerhalb des Kopfes (1) und der Hohlhülse (3) koaxial angeordnet ist und so betätigt werden kann, dass sie die Verschlusskappe auf die Öffnung des Behälters presst und zum operationalen Zusammenwirken mit der Betätigungsvorrichtung (4) vorgesehen ist, um die Verschlusskappe auf den Behälter selbst aufzubringen, und wobei die stabförmige Schubvorrichtung (20) eine Stange (41) umfasst, die eine aufmontierte Feder (40) aufweist, welche während der Montage des ersten Elements (5) vorgespannt wird.
  2. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnellschlusskupplung (7) mindestens ein geformtes Endstück (8) umfasst, das am ersten Element (5) angebracht ist, sowie mindestens eine Führung (11) auf dem zweiten Element (6), die so geformt ist, dass sie das geformte Endstück (8) aufnehmen kann, indem die beiden in einem sich gegenseitig sichernden Gefüge zusammenwirken.
  3. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnellschlusskupplung (7) eine Sicherungsvorrichtung (12) zur Befestigung des geformten Endstücks (8) in der Führung (11) umfasst.
  4. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsvorrichtung (12) mindestens eine Nase (13) umfasst, die in einer hervorstehenden Weise auf dem zweiten Element (6) befestigt ist, sowie mindestens einen beweglichen Ring (14), der mit mindestens einem Sitz (15) ausgestattet ist, welcher im ersten Element (5) eingespannt ist, und welcher zwischen einer ersten Position, in der dieser Sitz (15) an der Nase (13) einrastet, und einer zweiten Position, in der dieser Sitz (15) von dieser Nase (13) losgekuppelt wird, hin- und herbewegt werden kann.
  5. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (14) axial auf einem zylindrischen Abschnitt (16) des ersten Elements (5) zwischen der ersten Position und der zweiten Position gleiten kann, wobei diese zweite Position durch den Lagerkontakt des Ringes mit einer festen Haltevorrichtung (19) definiert wird, die mit dem ersten Element (5) eine Einheit bildet.
  6. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsvorrichtung (12) mindestens eine Feder (17) umfasst, womit der Ring (14) in Richtung der Haltevorrichtung (19) geschoben werden kann.
  7. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (19) zusammen mit dem Ring (14) den Sitz (15) definiert.
  8. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (11) in der Nase (13) gebildet wird.
  9. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Element (5, 6) in Bezug auf die Achse des Kopfes (1) koaxial angeordnet sind und dass das geformte Endstück (8) mittels Drehung des zweiten Elements (6) in Bezug auf das erste Element (5) um die Mittelachse (Z) des Kopfes (1) in die Führung (11) eingeführt werden kann.
  10. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehung des zweiten Elements (6) in Bezug auf das erste Element (5) zur Einführung des geformten Endstücks (8) in die Führung (11) durch den Lagerkontakt der Nase (13) mit der Haltevorrichtung (19) begrenzt wird.
  11. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element (5) mittels Verschraubung mit einem unteren Ende der Hohlhülse (3) verbunden ist.
  12. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Element (6) mittels Verschraubung mit der Spitze des Kopfes (1) verbunden ist.
  13. Verschließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stabförmige Schubvorrichtung (20) am unteren Ende mit einem Einrastelement (42) ausgestattet ist, welches in einen entsprechend geformten Sitz (43) eingeführt werden kann, der in Folge der Verbindung des ersten Elements (5) mit dem zweiten Element (6) im Kopf (1) gebildet wird.
