Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an escalator with a plurality of steps, each with a tread and one Have front surface.
A step belt moves with an escalator Steps from the oblique to the horizontal area, whereby the front surface of the step, also riser part called, opposite the tread, also step part called, moved the next step. This inevitable movement can be a source of danger which should be pointed out for security reasons.
An escalator is known from US 4,756,398. where the front surface of the stairs is made of one light-conducting material is made or painted in color is. In the first case, this known solution has the disadvantage on that the stair step body is made up of two different materials must be manufactured, that is the tread made of the usual material for escalators and the front surface made of a light-conducting material. This leads inevitably to longer production times and Manufacturing costs of the step. In the second case points this known solution has the disadvantage that only the Step gap is illuminated and not the whole moving Front surface of the step. This causes the Danger zone poorly perceived by the escalator user and the possible danger is not recognized.
The invention has for its object an escalator of the type mentioned at the beginning, which the does not have the aforementioned disadvantages and with simple producible means a lighter and safer Detectability of the danger zone enables.
This object is achieved by the features of
One advantage is the fact that the basic step body from a single material common for escalator steps can exist.
Durch die in den abhängigen Patentansprüchen aufgeführten
Massnahmen sind vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen und
Verbesserungen der im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Fahrtreppe
möglich.By those listed in the dependent claims

The detachable arrangement of the component on the front surface has the advantage that the component is easily replaceable is.
Another advantage is the fact that the components can be combined together to adapt to different Adjust step widths.
All the features explained are not only in each specified combination, but also in others Combinations or usable alone, without the Leave the scope of the invention.
Verschiedene Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in den
schematischen Zeichnungen dargestellt und in der
nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 zeigt die seitliche Globaldarstellung der Fahrtreppe
1, die ein Stufenband 2 aufweist, welches Treppenstufen 3
umfasst. Das Stufenband 2 weist zwei waagrechte Bereiche 4
und einen schrägen Bereich 5 auf.Figure 1 shows the lateral global representation of the
Fahrtreppetragkörper 8, auch Fachwerk genannt, befestigt.FIG. 2 shows detail A on an enlarged scale
Figure 1, the formation of the
Beispiel Aluminium-Druckguss. Das Bauelement 9 kann
vorzugsweise lösbar mit der Frontfläche 3.2 der Stufe 3
verbunden sein, beispielsweise durch Verschraubung mit dem
Aluminiumstufenkörper. Das Bauelement 9 kann somit leicht
ausgetauscht werden. In Figure 3, the formation of an escalator step is according to

Figure 4 shows in cross section two
Herstellungsungenauikeiten, Montageungenauigkeiten,
Wärmeausdehnung und so weiter entstehen.The
In all embodiments of the invention can be used as a material for the component, for example, a transparent one Plastic, which may be colored or fluorescent colored is used. All other materials, which are suitable for achieving the purpose of the invention, can also be used.
