Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Transport von
Druckprodukten, mit einem endlos umlaufend geführten Zugorgan,
an welchem in regelmässigen Abständen zugeführte Druckprodukte
übernehmende und wieder abgebende Aufnahmemittel befestigt
sind.
Derartige Einrichtungen sind u.a. als Takttransporteure in der
druckverarbeitenden Industrie bekannt und transportieren einzelne
Druckprodukte von einer Druckmaschine über mehrere Verarbeitungsstationen
in den Versandbereich. Diese Einrichtung
weist ein durch eine geführte Kette gebildetes Zugorgan auf,
an dem in regelmässigen Abständen klammerartige Greifer befestigt
sind, die in Offenstellung an einer Zuführstation durch
Schliessen des Greifers ein Druckprodukt übernehmen und an eine
nachfolgende Verarbeitungsstation weiterfördern, wo die
Druckprodukte durch Oeffnen der Greifer von diesen zur Entnahme

Fig. 1 zeigt die erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung 1 zum Transport

einer Einsteckmaschine 4 zugeführten Druckprodukten
5. Die Einsteckmaschine 4 weist an Ketten 6 umlaufende Taschen

Förderrichtung F eingesteckt werden. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel
werden die vom Abschälanleger 2 übergebenen Hauptprodukte
(Druckprodukt 5) auf einem ansteigenden Abschnitt eines
Umlenkrades den Taschen 7 der Einsteckmaschine 4 bundvoraus
zugeführt und auf dem anschliessenden abfallenden Abschnitt
des Umlenkrades geöffnet, sodass sie auf dem weiteren Förderweg
mit dem nächsten Druckprodukte einsteckweise beschickt
werden können. Zuvor werden die Druckprodukte 5 an einer Auslage
9 eines Abschälanlegers 5 oder einer anderen Zuführeinrichtung
an mit einem angetriebenen Zugorgan 13 verbundene
Aufnahmemittel 8 der Einrichtung 1 übergeben bzw. von letzterer
übernommen. Hierzu werden die Druckprodukte 5 falz- resp.
bundvoran, etwa senkrecht zur Förderrichtung F der Einrichtung
1, die etwa die gleiche Geschwindigkeit wie die Einsteckmaschine
4 aufweist, auf einem mit der Auslage 9 des Anlegers 2
kommunizierenden Förderabschnitt von den Aufnahmemitteln 8 erfasst.
Die Aufnahmemittel 8 weisen jeweils zwei paarweise fördernd
zusammenwirkende, mit dem Umfang einen Förderspalt 10
bildende Walzen 11, 12 auf, die einenends und um senkrecht zur
Förderrichtung F an einem mit dem Zugorgan 13 verbundenen
Traggestell 14 angeordnete Achsen 15 gegenläufig antreibbar
gelagert sind. Von den Walzenpaaren 11, 12 ist jeweils die in
Förderrichtung F vorauslaufende Antriebswalze 12 an einer Zuführ-
resp. Aufnahmestation 16 oder einer Abgabestation 17 der
Druckprodukte 5 mit einem Antriebsorgan 27 in Antriebsverbindung
bringbar. Der mit der Auslage 9 des Anlegers 2 kommunizierende
Förderabschnitt ist als Zuführ- resp. Aufnahmestation
16 ausgebildet, wogegen ein Förderabschnitt im Näherungsbereich
der Einsteckmaschine 4 als Abgabestation 17 ausgebildet
ist.
Zum Zweck einer Entnahme von Druckprodukten 5 vor der Abgabe
an die Einsteckmaschine 4 kann auf dem Förderweg eine Entnahmestation
18 vorgesehen sein. Die auf die Walze 12 einwirkenden
Antriebsorgane 27 können, wie in den Fig. 1 bis 3 und 5
veranschaulicht, durch ortsfeste oder verstellbare Steuerkurven
19 ausgebildet sein.
Auch angetriebene Steuermittel, beispielsweise ein auf die Antriebswalze
12 einwirkendes, umlaufend angetriebenes Band 20,
wie in der Fig. 4 gezeigt, sind als alternative Antriebsorgane
27 anwendbar.
Verstellbar ausgebildete Steuerkurven 19 oder angetriebene
Steuermittel 20 lassen sich in ihrer Wirkung ausschalten. Aufgrund
der Verarbeitungsweise und Anordnung der Verarbeitungseinrichtungen
gemäss Fig. 1 sind die Steuerkurven 19 oder
Steuermittel 20 der Zuführ- 16 und Abgabestation 17 resp. Entnahmestation
18 entlang dem Zugorgan 13 der Einrichtung 1
wechselweise gegenüberliegend angeordnet.
Aufgrund der Gegenläufigkeit der Walzen 11, 12 eines Aufnahmemittels
8 zur Bildung eines Förderspaltes 10, der an der Auslage
9 des Anlegers 2 etwa parallel zum Falz der zugeführten
Druckprodukte 5 verläuft, vorzugsweise etwa horizontal, sind
die Walzen 11, 12 eines Walzenpaares durch jeweils ein Zahnrad
21, 22 miteinander antriebsverbunden (siehe Fig. 3).
Die Druckprodukte 5 können von den Aufnahmemitteln 8 in einer
Richtung aufgenommen und abgegeben oder durch reversieren der
Drehrichtung in entgegengesetzter Richtung zur Aufnahme abgegeben
werden.
Der Antrieb der Walzen 11, 12 erfolgt über einen am Umfang der
Walze 12 überstehenden ringförmigen Antriebswulst 23, der im
Sinne einer optimalen Nutzung des Förderspaltes 10 im Bereich
der einseitigen Lagerung der Walze 12 an dieser befestigt ist.
Durch die Verstellbarkeit der Antriebsorgane 8 sind diese zuschalt-
oder ausschaltbar.
Zur Verarbeitung grösserer Druckprodukte 5, die eine längere
Einzugsstrecke erfordern, sind die Steuerkurven 19 oder die
Steuermittel 20 annähernd so lang wie zwei Teilungsabstände
zweier am Zugorgan 13 befestigter Aufnahmemittel 8.
Bei einer Ausführung der Einrichtung 1 gemäss Fig. 3 ist die
Entnahmestation 18 durch zwei nebeneinander versetzte, separat
betätigbare Steuerkurven 19, 19' oder Steuermittel 20, 20'
ausgebildet, sodass es möglich ist, an der Entnahmestation 18
ein Druckprodukt 5 von der Einrichtung 1 auszuschleusen, ohne
dass ein sich ebenfalls im Wirkbereich der Steuerkurve 19, 19'
