Description
The invention relates to a sludge and oil separator for wastewater with a sludge collecting settling for supplied via a waste water inlet wastewater, with a plate connected to a Ölabscheidekammer Plattenabscheideeinrichtung consisting of an inclined, rising in the flow direction flow channel with a plurality of juxtaposed at a mutual distance, flow-parallel separation plates, and with a drain for segregated in the Ölabscheidekammer wastewater. A plurality of flow-parallel separation plates is subdivided into juxtaposed sub-channels, so that the suspended solids and dirt particles are separated against the flow direction in the sub-channels and settle in the container receiving the Plattenabscheideeinrichtung. The container, which can accommodate the Plattenabscheideeinrichtung as an insert, is a separate unit to which an outlet on the one hand an oil separator and on the other hand a Koaleszenzabscheider be connected, which brings a considerable construction effort with a corresponding space requirement.

The invention is based on the object, a sludge and oil separator for wastewater of the type described in such a way that the construction can be substantially simplified without having to fear an impairment of the separation effect.
The invention solves this problem by the fact that the aforementioned sludge and oil separator has the features of claim.
Because of these measures only one more than Ölabscheidekammer serving, to be connected to the drain insert for the settling room is required, in which the wastewater is discharged for the separation of sludge and oil, there are particularly simple construction conditions, especially since the use is inserted as a prefabricated unit only in a settling space forming container. By incorporating the Ölabscheidekammer above the resulting in the bottom region of the settling sludge trap settling of the solid particles is not affected by the sewage flow from the settling chamber in the Ölabscheidekammer. The flowing in an upward flow through the separation plates of Plattenabscheideeinrichtung in the Ölabscheidekammer water supports Ölmitnahme in the Ölabscheidekammer while entrained solid particles due to gravity fall against the lower Abscheideplatte each forming a flow passage plate pairs and due to the low flow rate in the plate area against the flow direction along the separation plates again fall into the settling room. At best, in the Ölabscheidekammer reaching, fine-grained solids residues can settle in the Ölabscheidekammer. It therefore only needs to be taken care that the drain below the floating oil layer is connected to the oil separation chamber in order to obtain a structurally simple, functionally reliable and effective sludge and oil separator.
Since the Plattenabscheideeinrichtung is inserted into the bottom of the Ölabscheidekammer, arise for a compact unit of use as possible particularly advantageous construction conditions. In the bottom region of the Ölabscheidekammer results in addition to the projecting into the Ölabscheidekammer part of Plattenabscheideeinrichtung a calmed zone from which the wastewater is led to the drain. For this purpose, the Ölabscheidekammer could be separated from the drain through a baffle. Easier construction conditions are obtained because the drain is connected to the oil separation chamber via a dip tube.
In the drawing, the subject invention is shown, for example.
