Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de battage de tabac comportant un bâti (1) présentant une entrée supérieure (2) de chargement de feuilles de tabac ou de parties de feuilles de tabac dans le bâti, et une sortie inférieure (3) de déchargement de tabac battu hors du bâti. Un moyen d'effeuillage rotatif (4) est logé dans le bâti, ledit moyen d'effeuillage présentant une pluralité d'éléments (5) s'étendant radialement, chacun comportant une point de ponctuation des feuilles (6) destinée à ponctuer le parenchyme d'une feuille de tabac, des moyens d'entraînement rotatif des moyens d'effeuillage étant également logés dans le bâti. Le bâti et les moyens d'effeuillage sont disposés de manière qu'en utilisation, la pointe de ponctuation des feuilles (6) d'un élément s'étendant radialement (5) sur les moyens d'effeuillage (4) ponctue d'une part, lorsque le moyen d'effeuillage tourne, le parenchyme d'une feuille de tabac ou des parties de la feuille pénétrant dans le bâti par l'ouverture supérieure, et effectue d'autre part une action de coupe des parenchymes lors du mouvement descendant de la feuille ou d'une partie de la feuille dans le bâti, de manière à séparer au moins partiellement le parenchyme de la tige de la feuille. Par rapport aux machines de battage habituelles, ledit dispositif permet de produire des parenchymes de taille supérieure pour la production de tabac à rouler à la main.
