Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for forming a modular metal structure for the construction of pools.
- the main face of the panel corresponding traditional metal is rectangular and plane ;
- the main face of the panel is bordered above and below by two reinforcement strips, planes and perpendicular to the plane of the main face, located on the same side of the flat face and obtained by folding galvanized sheet forming the main face; this last is bordered laterally by two lateral bands of narrower fixation than the reinforcing bands obtained also by folding the galvanized sheet on the same side by compared to the main face as the reinforcing strips, used to fix two metal panels together successive traditional.
- the main face is a cylindrical set area generated from generators vertical along a horizontal line with the same curvature as the inner edge of the annular band; reinforcement strips upper and lower keep a constant width, they are plane and perpendicular to the generatrices of the face main and follow the curvature of the upper edges and lower side of the main face and are located on the same side with respect to said face; in this case the reinforcement strips higher or lower are obtained by stamping if the curvatures are weak at the same time as the shaping of the main face or they are cut apart and welded to the edges of the main shaped face; the lateral fixing bands of these metal panels traditional are plane and perpendicular to the tangent plane to the main face along the side edges of the face main; they serve to fix them together successive traditional metal panels whose faces are flat or cylindrical shaped.
- the signs traditional metal are thus arranged all around the inner edge of the annular band so that the reinforcement strips are on the side of the annular strip; at regular intervals of the metallic tie rods fixed part on the upper reinforcement strip or on the strips lateral fixing and on the other hand on the annular band hold traditional metal panels in place when pouring concrete to fill the space by the annular band of traditional metal panels vertical and the edge of the excavation.
- the pool is then sealed by a plastic sheet of suitable shape which covers the bottom of the pool, the border side formed by traditional metal panels vertical as well as the upper reinforcement strip which is itself embedded in concrete.
- the object of the invention consists in replacing the traditional metal panels by panels likely to adapt as well as possible to the contour of the swimming pool manufacture while minimizing form constraints, while having adaptation and implementation costs reduced.
- the method according to the invention consists in manufacturing modular metal panels 1 (figure 1) susceptible to be better adapted to the shape of the internal border to on the one hand from a standard metal panel 2 (fig. 2). having a rectangular main face 3 and bands lateral fixing 5 and 6 comprising means for fixing 4 and pre-assembly means 7 and 8, modular metal panels 1 (fig. 1) between them and upper and lower fixing means 9 and 10 and on the other hand from upper reinforcement sectors and lower 11 and 12 reported plans, including a border of conformage 13 whose shape is determined on request and an outer border 14, which are cut from sheet metal in the factory and which are fixed on the metal panels standard 2, conforming them, thanks to the fixing means upper and lower 9 and 10.
- Reinforcement sectors upper and lower 11 and 12 added from the same panel modular metal 1 are identical in shape and constant width preference and we will call them below “reported reinforcement sectors 11 and 12"; they are assembled to standard metal panels 2 at the place of their installation and allow, thanks to their shaping border 13, the shaping of each standard metal panel 2 in a regulated surface whose generators are perpendicular to the plane of the added reinforcement sectors 11 and 12 when in place.
- the establishment of the reinforcement sectors reported 11 and 12 is made, for example, for a metal panel modular 1 having on the pool side a convex face, in first placing the points 28 and 29 (fig. 5) of the ends of the added reinforcement sector 11 bearing on the nook of a standard metal panel 2, formed by sector support zones 19, blocking zones 20, end tabs 18 and the lateral edges 5 and 6, in then applying the central part of the border of conforming 13 of the added reinforcement sector 11 against the main face 3, then sliding up and down forces the central part of the shaping edge 13 of the added reinforcement sector 11 along the main face 3 while retaining the ends of the upper edge 15 of the main face 3 at the end tabs 18, in order to obtain the progressive folding of the main face 3 until the reinforcement sector 11 comes to bear on the sector support zones 19 of the fixing tabs 17 ; at the end of the movement, the added reinforcement sector 11 is supported by its large face on the sector support zones 19 mounting tabs 17 and end tabs 18, the shaping edge 13 being supported on the face main 3 of standard metal panel 2 parallel at the upper edge 15, the outer edge 14 being
- the shaping of a modular metal panel 1 having a concave face on the pool side is achieved by placing the central part of the shaping strip 13 of the added reinforcement sector 11 resting on the dihedral formed by the sector support zone 19 and the blocking zone 20 of the tongue 17 located in the middle of the upper edge 15; the points 28 and 29 of the ends of the reinforcement sector reported 11 are placed in abutment on the main face 3 of the standard metal panel 2; points 28 and 29 are strength increases along the main face 3 while that a retainer is operated at the tabs of attachment 17 located in the middle of the upper edge 15 so obtain the progressive folding of the main face 3 until the reinforcement sector comes to bear on the sector support zones 19 of the fixing tabs 17; the fitting of the added reinforcement sector 12 is done by the same way and fixing the sector on the tabs fixing 17 by clips 31 also.
- the lateral edges 5 and 6 of the metal panels modular 1 include fixing means 4 which are the same as those used to fix the panels together traditional metal; the lateral edges 5 comprise, for example, holes 30 which correspond to holes 32 made in the lateral edges 6, which allow the bolting the side edges 5 and 6 of two panels modular metal 1 successive.
- the tongues ends 40 (fig. 4), having a sector support zone 45, themselves have a lateral tongue 41, having a hole 43, which is folded at a right angle by compared to sector support zone 45 so that the lateral tongue 41 also comes to bear on the strip corresponding lateral fixing 44 on the side of this last located on the side of the main face 3, the strip lateral fixing 44 comprising a bore 42 corresponding with the bore 43 of the lateral tongue 41; the holes 43 of the lateral tabs 41 of two panels consecutive modular metallic ones coincide with holes 42 of the lateral fixing strips 44 making it possible to connect everything together by a set of bolt and nut so as to maintain the tips of the ends of the modular reinforcement sectors.
- the strips lateral fixing 5 and 6 additionally comprise means of fixing 4 of the pre-assembly means 7 and 8 (fig. 2) consist on the one hand of at least one hook 33 of which the opening faces upwards, integral with the strip lateral fixing 5 and a light 34 made in the lateral fixing strip 6; hook 33 is preferably obtained by an inverted "U" shaped cutout constituting a tongue which is then stamped towards the outside to obtain the hook 33; when two modular metal panels are placed vertically side by side, along the internal border, the lights 34 of the lateral fastening strip 6, of a first panel modular metal, snap onto hooks 33 of the lateral fixing strip 5, of a second panel modular metal; hooks hold panels modular metal in place enough to ability to present maximum number of panels along the internal border before fixing them definitively.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for forming a modular metal structure for the construction of pools.
One way to build an inground pool is first of all to make an excavation in the ground of a volume very much greater than the volume of the pool itself said; we then build a massive reinforced concrete building on the bottom of the excavation and possibly on its walls lateral and whose upper part reproduces, in its central part, the shape of the bottom of the pool construction and in its lateral part an annular band horizontal plane; on the internal edge of the strip annular, which corresponds to the intersection of the latter with the central part of the massif constituting the bottom of the swimming pool, galvanized sheet metal panels, called hereinafter "traditional metal panels", comprising a main face, are placed vertically side by side and follow the contours of said annular band. When the annular band is straight the main face of the panel corresponding traditional metal is rectangular and plane ; the main face of the panel is bordered above and below by two reinforcement strips, planes and perpendicular to the plane of the main face, located on the same side of the flat face and obtained by folding galvanized sheet forming the main face; this last is bordered laterally by two lateral bands of narrower fixation than the reinforcing bands obtained also by folding the galvanized sheet on the same side by compared to the main face as the reinforcing strips, used to fix two metal panels together successive traditional. When the internal edge of the strip annular has a curvature, the main face is a cylindrical set area generated from generators vertical along a horizontal line with the same curvature as the inner edge of the annular band; reinforcement strips upper and lower keep a constant width, they are plane and perpendicular to the generatrices of the face main and follow the curvature of the upper edges and lower side of the main face and are located on the same side with respect to said face; in this case the reinforcement strips higher or lower are obtained by stamping if the curvatures are weak at the same time as the shaping of the main face or they are cut apart and welded to the edges of the main shaped face; the lateral fixing bands of these metal panels traditional are plane and perpendicular to the tangent plane to the main face along the side edges of the face main; they serve to fix them together successive traditional metal panels whose faces are flat or cylindrical shaped. The signs traditional metal are thus arranged all around the inner edge of the annular band so that the reinforcement strips are on the side of the annular strip; at regular intervals of the metallic tie rods fixed part on the upper reinforcement strip or on the strips lateral fixing and on the other hand on the annular band hold traditional metal panels in place when pouring concrete to fill the space by the annular band of traditional metal panels vertical and the edge of the excavation. The pool is then sealed by a plastic sheet of suitable shape which covers the bottom of the pool, the border side formed by traditional metal panels vertical as well as the upper reinforcement strip which is itself embedded in concrete.
Traditional metal panels, facing main having a flat surface where set cylindrical, equipped with their upper and lower reinforcement bands and their side fastening strips are made of factory and in particular require specific tools for shaping and as well as folding machines. Hence the need to establish a range of metal panels traditional standard plans or curves which impose a certain number of criteria for the shape of the border internal of the annular band; including rays of curvature, lengths of straight or curved edges representing a whole number of panel lengths traditional metal. The implementation of this technique currently requires several dozen different models to keep in stock. These panels traditional metal being transported "in shape", they occupy a large volume, which makes transport expensive.
US 4055922 A.Devices of this type are described in the state of the technique constituted by documents CA 1266351 A and US 4055922 A.
The object of the invention consists in replacing the traditional metal panels by panels likely to adapt as well as possible to the contour of the swimming pool manufacture while minimizing form constraints, while having adaptation and implementation costs reduced.
The method according to the invention consists in manufacturing

systématiquement un perçage 27.Lower and upper fixing means 9 and 10 of

The establishment of the reinforcement sectors reported 11
