Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a as a threshold, stand, frame or latch usable support element and a kit for producing the load-bearing Exterior walls, interior walls as well as the ceilings and roof of wooden houses, consisting of spaced support elements, between which a filling element and insulation is arranged and both inside and are also covered on the outside, whereby the surface can remain visible on the inside.
From the German utility model 90 12 616, for example, is a kit for creating wooden structures, preferably known for building walls, the consists of different support elements that over each other corresponding projections and recesses form-fitting to a structure are interconnectable. The individual support elements have the formed in one piece, a rectangular cross-section and made of wood. The space between two supporting elements is covered with an insulating material filled. The support elements are then cladded on the outside and inside Mistake. If necessary, an additional layer of insulation and a Moisture and a vapor barrier can be introduced. With such a Kit is considered a disadvantage that the one-piece support elements despite represent a cold and heat bridge of their material. On the other hand, the Material requirements of such a support element are relatively high.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a support element and a Kit for the production of the load-bearing external walls, ceilings and roofs by To create wooden houses, in which the material requirement for the support elements is reduced and at the same time avoided or extremely minimized the cold or heat bridge becomes.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that each support element from an outer and an inner belt rod made of wood, which at least two spacers are connected together, and the space between the spacers with at least one insulation board, the thickness of which Corresponds to the thickness of the spacer, is filled. The belt bars have it preferably a rectangular cross section and point at each other facing surfaces in the longitudinal direction grooves for pluggable reception of slat-like spacers. Over in the longitudinal direction through or across in the spacers projecting screws, dowels and / or nails or adhesives these are preferably firmly connected. Furthermore, the task solved by a kit in which between the belt bars and on the side the spacers of a supporting element are arranged further insulation panels, which completely fill the space between the belt bars. The Construction principle of the outer wall is the same for ceilings and Roof elements applied.
With such a configuration, there is a slat-like spacer no significant cold or heat bridge between the two belt bars a supporting element. The material requirement for a support element is reduced, so that renewable raw material is saved.
Further preferred features of the support element and the kit according to the

besitzen an ihren aneinander zugewandten Flächen durchgehende, in Längsrichtung
erfolgen. Durch diese Verschraubung bzw. Verbindung der Abstandshalter 5 mit den
Gurtstäben 3, 4 erhalten die Tragelemente 2 ein leiterartiges Aussehen. In Figures 1 and 2 of the drawing, a load-bearing outer wall 1 is one
Wooden house shown made up of a variety of spaced apart
arranged
The free space between the
On such a
The space formed between two
In the areas of the wall 1 in which above the
