Claims (10)
- Rohrtrenner zum Trennen eines aus einem Trinkwassersystem auf- oder nachfüllbaren Brauchwassersystems von diesem Trinkwassersystem enthaltend einen stromaufwärtigen und einen stromabwärtigen Rückflußverhinderer (104,106), die beide in Richtung von dem Brauchwassersystem zu dem Trinkwassersystem hin schließen, und ein Ablaßventil (108) mit einem Ventilschließkörper (116), durch welches eine strömungsmäßig zwischen dem einlaufseitigen und dem ablaufseitigen Rückflußverhinderer (104,106) angeordnete Mitteldruckzone (124) mit einem Ablauf (100) verbindbar ist, und welches gegen die eine Rückstellkraft von der Differenz der Drücke des Trinkwassersystems und der Mitteldruckzone in Schließstellung bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) die Mitteldruckzone (108) von einer Kammer in einem topfförmigen, Gehäuse (114) gebildet ist, welche durch eine Ringmembran (170) abgeschlossen ist,(b) der Ventilschließkörper (116) einen hülsenförmigen Teil aufweist, der an einem Ende mit dem Innenrand der Ringmembran (170) verbunden ist und am anderen Ende durch einen Ventilteller (162) abgeschlossen ist, welcher mit einem am Boden (126) des topfförmigen Gehäuses (114) um einen Ventildurchgang (154) herum gebildeten Ventilsitz (156) zusammenwirkt,(c) das Innere des hülsenförmigen Teils einerseits an dem einen Ende mit einem Einlaßraum (178), der mit dem Trinkwassersystem in Verbindung steht, und andererseits über seitliche Durchbrüche (198) mit der die Mitteldruckzone (124) bildenden Kammer verbunden ist,(d) der stromaufwärtige Rückflußverhinderer in dem Inneren des hülsenförmigen Teils stromauf von den seitlichen Durchbrüchen sitzt,(e) der Boden des topfförmigen Gehäuses doppelwandig ist und eine Kammer bildet, welche einerseits über den Ventildurchgang des Ablaßventils (108) mit der Mitteldruckzone (124) verbindbar und andererseits mit dem Ablaß (152) verbunden ist, und(f) um den Ventildurchgang (154) des Ablaßventils herum ein Kranz von Stegen (140) mit Durchgängen (128,130,132,134) gebildet ist, wobei diese Durchgänge (128,130,132,134) einerseits mit der die Mitteldruckzone (124) bildenden Kammer und andererseits mit dem Brauchwassersystem in Verbindung stehen und eine Mehrzahl von stromabwärtigen Durchflußverhinderem (106) in diesen Durchgängen (128,130,132,134) sitzen.
- Rohrtrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das topfförmige Gehäuse (114) mit dem Ablaßventil (108) und den Rückflußverhinderern (104,106) als patronenartiges, herausnehmbares Bauteil in ein Rohrtrennergehäuse (90) eingesetzt ist, welches einen Trinkwassereinlaß (94) und einen Brauchwasserauslaß (96) aufweist.
- Rohrtrenner nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) das Rohrtrennergehäuse (90) einen nach einer Seite hin offenen, das Einsetzen des patronenartigen Bauteils gestattenden Mittelteil aufweist, der durch eine Gehäusekappe (102) abgeschlossen ist,(b) Trinkwassereinlaß (94) und Brauchwasserauslaß (96) gleichachsig auf diametral gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Mittelteils vorgesehen sind, der Trinkwassereinlaß (94) mit dem Einlaßraum zwischen Gehäusekappe (102) und ringförmiger Ringmembran (170) verbunden ist und(c) der Brauchwasserauslaß (96) über einen an die äußere Wandung des doppelwandigen Bodens (126) des topfförmigen Gehäuses (114) angrenzende Auslaßkammer und einen daran anschließenden Auslaßkanal (136) mit dem Kranz von Durchgängen (128,130,132,134) in Verbindung steht.
- Rohrtrenner nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ringförmige Ringmembran (170) zwischen dem Rand des topfförmigen Gehäuses (114) und einem an der Gehäusekappe (102) anliegenden, mit seitlichen Durchbrüchen (176) versehenen Druckstück (174) festgeklemmt ist, wobei das Innere des Druckstücks (174) über die seitlichen Durchbrüche (176) mit dem Trinkwassereinlaß (94) in Verbindung steht.
- Rohrtrenner nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den seitlichen Durchbrüche (176) des Druckstücks (174) Filterelemente (180) angeordnet sind.
- Rohrtrenner nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) als Rückdichtsystem das Druckstück (174) einen nach innen ragenden Rand aufweist, und(b) auf der Ringmembran (170) ein Teller (182) mit einer Dichtung angebracht ist, der bei einem Öffnungshub des Ablaßventils (108) mit seinem Rand an den nach innen ragenden Rand des Druckstücks (174) anlegbar ist.
- Rohrtrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) in der Gehäusekappe (102) fluchtend mit dem Ablaufventil (108) ein kuppelförmiges Sichtfenster (188) angebracht ist und(b) mit dem hülsenförmigen Teil des Ventilschließkörpers (116) ein pilzförmiges Anzeigeelement (186) verbunden ist, das bei Offenstellung des Ablaßventils (108) an dem Sichtfenster (188) vollständig oder nahezu zur Anlage kommt.
- Rohrtrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der Innenwandung des topfförmigen Gehäuses (114) radiale Rippen (166) zur Führung des hülsenförmigen Teils des Ventilschließkörpers (116) vorstehen.
- Rohrtrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erzeugung der Rückstellkraft eine Schraubenfeder (158) vorgesehen ist, welche den hülsenförmigen Teil des Ablaßventils (108) umgibt, am Boden (146) des topfförmigen Gehäuses (116) abgestützt ist und an einem Bund (167) des hülsenförmigen Teils anliegt
- Rohrtrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch Ventile absperrbare Prüfanschlüsse (190,192,194) vorgesehen sind, die mit dem Trinkwassereinlaß, dem Brauchwasserauslaß und der Mitteldruckzone verbunden sind.
