Claims (7)
- Trenn- und Stützelement (20,21) zu Frästrommeln (1) an Fräsmaschinen für rohe unebene Flächen aus Beton, Asphalt oder für die Entfernung von Strassenzeichnungen, wobei die Frästrommeln (1) einen Werkzeughalter (2) aufweisen zwischen dessen Flanschen (5) auf einem Radius x Wellen (4) angeordnet sind, auf die lose drehbar montiert Fräswerkzeuge (3) geschoben werden, wobei die Anzahl der eingesetzten Fräswerkzeuge (3) nach Einsatz und Grösse der Fräswerkzeuge (3) frei bestimmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Wellen (4) und zwischen den Flanschen (5), in frei bestimmbarer Abfolge wechselnd, Fräswerkzeuge (3) und Trenn- und Stützelemente (20,21) in achsialer Richtung an beliebiger Stelle montiert werden, wobei die Trenn-und Stützelemente (20,21) eine um max. 180° umfassende, halbrunde Aussparung (11,12) den die äussersten Konturen des Profiles bestimmenden Durchmesser des zentralen Rohres (6) aufweisen, wobei die Distanz zwischen dem Zentrum a des zentralen Rohres (6) und dem Zentrum a' der Bohrung (9) dem Radius x entspricht, wobei die Bohrungen (9) der Aufnahme der Wellen (4) dienen.
- Trenn- und Stützelement gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein einfaches Trenn- und Stützelement (20) das zentrale Rohr (6) mit einer Öffnung (11) einseitig mit max. 180° umschlingt.
- Trenn- und Stützelement gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein doppeltes Trenn- und Stützelement (21) auf zwei Wellen (4,4') aufgeschoben wird und seitlich im Winkel von 90° zur Verbindungslinie zwischen den Zentren der Wellen (4) und (4') eine Aussparung (11) aufweist, welche das zentrale Rohr (6) seitlich mit max. 180° umschlingt.
- Trenn- und Stützelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparungen (11,12) ein zentrales Rohr (6) an dessen radial angeordneten äussersten Profilkonturen umschlingt, unabhängig davon ob dieses ein rundes, ein sechskantiges oder ein vieleckiges Rohrprofil aufweist.
- Trenn- und Stützelement gemäss Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das doppelte Trenn- und Stützelement (21) aus einem linken Teil (22) und einem rechten Teil (23) besteht, wobei die für das zentrale Rohr (6) vorgesehenen Aussparungen (12,12') gegengleich angeordnet sind.
- Trenn- und Stützelement nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparungen (12,12') eines doppelten Trenn- und Stützelementpaares (22,23) gemeinsam eine 360° umfassende Aussparung (12,12') aufweisen.
- Trenn- und Stützelement nach den Ansprüchen 3,5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der linke Teil (22) und der rechte Teil (23) eines doppelten Stützelementpaares (22,23) Konturen (24,25) aufweisen, mit welchen sie im zusammengebauten Zustand in Richtung der Verbindungslinie der beiden Bohrungen (9,9')eine form- und kraftschlüssige Verbindung bilden.
