Claims (15)
- Procédé de calandrage de papier dans une calandre qui comprend au moins une unité de calandre (10; 110) dans laquelle un premier interstice de calandrage (N1:N3) est formé entre un rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116) et un premier rouleau (12; 112), interstice dans lequel une bande de papier (W) est guidée de manière à circuler afin de calandrer le papier sur au moins une face, et dans lequel dans l'unité de calandre (10; 110) un second interstice de calandrage (N2:N4) est formé avec le rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116) et un troisième rouleau de calandre (17; 117), lequel interstice étant un interstice entre rouleaux, et la bande de papier (W) est guidée de manière à circuler dans ledit interstice entre rouleaux (N2:N4) de telle sorte que, dans les deux interstices de calandrage (N1, N3; N2, N4), la même face de la bande de papier (W) est en contact avec le rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116), caractérisé en ce que ledit premier rouleau (12; 112) est un rouleau à interstice étendu, de sorte que le premier interstice est un interstice étendu.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le second interstice de calandrage (N2; N4) est formé entre un rouleau de calandre (17; 117) pourvu d'un revêtement souple de rouleau (18; 118) et le rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116), de sorte que ledit second interstice de calandrage (N2; N4) est un interstice souple.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le second interstice de calandrage (N2:N4) est formé entre un rouleau de calandre à surface dure (17; 117) et le rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116) de telle sorte que ledit second interstice de calandrage (N2:N4) est un interstice rigide.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande de papier (W) est calandrée dans l'unité de calandre (10; 110) tout d'abord au moyen du premier interstice de calandrage (N2; N4), c'est-à-dire un interstice étendu, et après cela, au moyen du second interstice de calandrage (N2; N4), c'est-à-dire un interstice entre rouleaux (16;116) et qu'entre les interstices de calandrage, la bande de papier (W) est écarté de tout contact avec la surface du rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la bande de papier (W) est calandrée dans l'unité de calandre (10; 110) tout d'abord au moyen du second interstice de calandrage (N2:N4), c'est-à-dire un interstice entre rouleaux, et ensuite au moyen du premier interstice de calandrage (N1; N3), c'est-à-dire un interstice étendu, et qu'entre les interstices de calandrage, la bande de papier (W) est écartée de tout contact avec la surface du rouleau de calandrage pouvant être chauffé (16; 116).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'unité de calandrage (10; 110), un profilage de l'épaisseur de la bande de papier (W) est exécuté au moyen de l'interstice entre rouleaux (N2; N4).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans la calandre, la bande de papier (W) traverse deux unités de calandre successives (10; 110) entre lesquelles la bande de papier (W) est retournée de sorte que dans les unités de calandre successives, une face différente de la bande de papier vient en contact avec le rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116) de telle sorte que la bande de papier (W) est calandrée sur deux faces.
- Dispositif pour calandrer un papier dans une calandre qui comprend au moins une unité de calandre (10; 110) qui inclut un cadre de calandre (11; 111) et un rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116) et un premier rouleau (12; 112) monté dans le cadre, lesquels rouleaux forment entre eux un premier interstice de calandrage (N1; N3), dans lequel une bande de papier (W) peut être guidée de manière à circuler afin de calandrer le papier sur au moins une face, et dans lequel un troisième rouleau de calandre (17; 117) est monté dans l'unité de calandre (10; 110), lequel rouleau forme un second interstice de calandrage (N2; N4) avec le rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116), lequel interstice est un interstice entre rouleaux, auquel cas la bande de papier (W) peut être guidée de manière à circuler dans ledit interstice entre rouleaux (N2; N4) de telle sorte que dans les deux interstices de calandrage (N1, N3; N2, N4), la même face de la bande de papier (W) est en contact avec le rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116), caractérisé en ce que ledit premier rouleau (12; 112) est un rouleau à interstice étendu de sorte que ledit premier interstice de calandrage est un interstice étendu.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le troisième interstice de calandrage(17; 117) est pourvu d'un revêtement de rouleau souple (18; 118) de telle sorte que l'interstice de calandrage (N2, N4) entre ledit troisième rouleau de calandre (17; 117) et le rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116) est un interstice souple.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement de rouleau (18; 118) du troisième de calandre (17; 117) est un revêtement polymère.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le troisième rouleau de calandre (17; 117) est un rouleau de calandre à surface dure (17; 117) de sorte que l'interstice de calandrage (N2; N4) entre ledit troisième rouleau de calandre (17; 117) et le rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116) est un interstice dur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que dans l'unité de calandre (10; 110), la bande de papier (W) a été disposée de manière à pénétrer tout d'abord dans le premier interstice de calandre (N1; N3), c'est-à-dire un interstice étendu, à la suite duquel la bande de papier (W) est guidé sans contact avec la surface du rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116) et ensuite pénètre dans le second interstice de calandrage (N2; N4), c'est-à-dire un interstice entre rouleaux.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'unité de calandrage (10; 110), la bande de papier (W) est agencée de manière à pénétrer tout d'abord dans le second interstice de calandre (N2; N4), c'est-à-dire un interstice entre rouleaux, à la suite de quoi la bande de papier (W) est guidée en étant écartée de tout contact avec la surface dudit rouleau de calandre pouvant être chauffé (16; 116) et ensuite pénètre dans le premier interstice de calandre (N1; N3), c'est-à-dire un interstice étendu.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de calandre (10; 110) est équipée de moyens pour exécuter le profilage de calibrage de la bande de papier (W) à l'aide de l'interstice entre rouleaux (N2; N4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la calandre comprend deux unités de calandre successives (10; 110) dans lesquelles passe la bande de papier (W) à l'état retourné de telle sorte que, dans les unités de calandre successives, une face différente de la bande de papier vient en contact avec le rouleau de calandre devant être chauffé (16; 116) de manière à calandrer la bande de papier (W) sur deux faces.
